Lucas' apartment is very organized, well decorated and very cozy, we traveled with two children and the place accommodated us very comfortably. The condominium has a great leisure area with pool and playground, the children loved it. Super clean environment, comfortable and clean beds, two bathrooms with hot water and clean towels. It is very well located, about 500 mts from Ponta Negra Beach, around there is everything necessary, bakeries, restaurants, pharmacy and etc …. Both Lucas and Natália are super attentive and gentle, we will be back soon !!!!!

the perfect AP. for stay for those who know a new place, take walks. The beach itself does not serve for bathing. hotel breakfast is top. always proactive employee. we know some beaches and lagoons nearby. The super resolutive host, out of the ordinary service experience.

a great apartment very well located! close to everything! has the mall midway, supermarket, the delicatessen mercatto, with breakfast, lunch, dinner. the apartment is comfortable, the area is quiet. and the layana is very kind, friendly and helpful. i loved it and highly recommend it. will always be my corner in Natal!

The apartment is wonderful, I recommend! Super clean and organized! Impeccable bedding and bathing! We went in 4 people and the space supplied all our needs. The location is very good, close to the beach, restaurants, bakery, market and also the busy places at night, you can go to all these places on foot. Super attentive host and condominium employees all polite and helpful. We love our stay, we will come back more often!!

I was hosted on January 23, 2025, the super cozy place, a panoramic view of the beach including the bald hill. I highly recommend it.

The apartment is the same as the ad, very beautiful, comfortable, kitchen equipped with the main utensils, washer and dryer that helped us a lot in the days we stayed. Host Ana very kind and solicitous, passed all the instructions to the chekin in advance and answered all my questions about the apartment, sure in another opportunity I will return.

We were in Sol's apartment for a week, and we even spent the New Year there. We were a family group of three adults and two children (our two netinhas, 9 and 13 years old). It was a great experience! In the sun from the start, it was extremely kind and gentle. It allowed us to check in early as we took a flight arriving at dawn. The apartment was super clean and tidy, and is just a few minutes from the beach and the main street of Ponta Negra, where there are plenty of restaurants, bars and shops. The condominium is very safe, full of leisure areas, and we take great advantage of the pool, whenever we return from the beach. We are very grateful to Sol and Magdiel ( great boy, responsible for our check in and check out) for everything, and we highly recommend the venue for all guests in our community! Marcelo e Elisa

well-ventilated apt, with a lovely sea view. friendly host. everything was wonderful. nothing to complain, very top. the village would return for sure.

I really liked the home. The view, from the 18th floor, is incredible. The very good location, close to everything.

The stay was great. The space is like the photos, in addition to having a very good location, near the beach of Ponta Negra and several restaurants. Super comfortable, would come back more often!
