Beachfront holiday rental in Narragansett

We enjoyed our stay. The place was cozy and warm considering the freezing temperatures outside. She left plenty of towels, toiletries, and basic supplies in the house. Also, there was plenty of coffee and a few snacks which was a nice touch. The home was very comfortable and the street was quiet. I would love to come back in warmer temps next time.

The location is great and the place was clean. Mitchell was very communicative.

The house was very comfortable and clean. The view was very beautiful! There’s a large beautiful deck with comfortable furniture. The house has a certain ambiance to it, and the history of it must be interesting.

We needed a temporary home for our family and dogs while we had some restoration work done on our house. We were there for a week and it was a very pleasant stay. We felt right at home. Tom is an excellent host, and checked in frequently. I would certainly recommend Tom’s house to anyone who needs a temporary place to stay!

Had a great stay at Bill’s place in Portsmouth, RI. Even though it was winter time, the area was still extremely active and had a lot of great restaurants. The beach was within walking distance and I felt very safe my entire stay. Bill was very responsive and gave some good recommendations. The view was beautiful as well.

Our family had a wonderful stay with Melanie! Her home is comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. She was always responsive and helpful from the time we made our reservation through checkout. Would stay here again and would definitely recommend.

We come here often for weekend getaways! We love the lake and sauna. Angela and Chris are very friendly and helpful. We always have a great time and will be back in a few weeks!

My daughter and I stayed here for three nights, and we loved it. We could walk to the beach and the downtown coffee shops and town center. The pullout, unlike most, was so comfortable, and the balcony overlooking the sea was the ideal spot for sunset dinners and glasses of wine. I could easily live in Rhode Island - it's PERFECT. And Chris was so accommodating and communicative. Great trip. Highly recommend!

Everything was wonderful! The room was huge with amazing views, the location was amazing, and tickets was excellent. The one critique we had was the size of the pillows in the bed; they’re the size of half a regular pillow and did make sleeping a little uncomfortable. Otherwise, 10/10

Classic cottage we had some issue with the pull out couch but we didn’t end up needing it after all still was a great stay!

Thank you Chris for the Airbnb rental we had an amazing time. Everything in the rental was perfect. Amazing views great accommodations, great location, walking distance to restaurants, stores,trolley, boat cruises, ferries the beach is minutes away. The amenities from the sister hotel was awesome as well which was right across the street. Looking forward to coming back🫶🏻

We had a wonderful stay. The friends I stayed with rated the place as a “gold star” pick. Everyone was so impressed at how clean, beautiful, & organized the home. We settled in quite nicely. Gary is also very responsive and proactive with communication before and throughout our stay. We have all the information we need right off the bat. Also, everything in the house is so well thought out. I felt right at home. I will book his place again when we return in the area.

We enjoyed our stay at Lauren's place. We picked her house due to the location to Easton's beach, as that was the start of a half-marathon that I was running in. The location was perfect and the house had everything we needed. We also appreciated Lauren allowing us a late check out, so that I could have some time to shower and change after the race. Lauren's house worked out perfectly for our trip to Newport.

We had a lovely long weekend! The view is amazing and the sunsets and sunrises even better. This place was perfect to celebrate a birthday with our family - easy beach access and enough common spaces for us all. I am already missing the view.

Massoud’s seaside cottage was the perfect retreat for me and my family for a post Thanksgiving getaway. The space was very charming, immaculate, spacious, and very comfortable for a family of 10. The location was perfect for us to go and explore Newport for the weekend, without the hustle and bustle of being in the city. We felt right at home and enjoyed every moment of our together. The children loved having the whole lower portion of the house to themselves. They had a lot of fun with their board games and watching Netflix movies at their disposal. I highly recommend this home for anyone looking to stay near Newport for their next getaway!

the home is a beautiful cottage with lots of updates. amazing view of the water, easy access from the house and use of a variety of surfboards, paddle boat.

Ashely is one of the best air bnb hosts I’ve ever had! I went with some friends and she was responsive, accommodating, the place was clean. She even had a Google doc with recommendations of local spots, how to get in and out, trash, anything you could think of! Already checking my calendar for when I can stay here again!

Our stay and communication with Kate, from booking our post-Christmas getaway months prior to our checkout, was outstanding. Her spacious home easily accommodated our family of 7 adults and was SPOTLESS. It was filled with everything you need to feel right at home and more. We really wanted a place to relax that had a hot tub and fireplace and this home delivered-even in not great weather we got in a little soak! Beds were comfortable, linens clean and beautiful decor was perfect—we especially liked the tasteful winter holiday touches. Would love to return to enjoy the beautiful patio and gardens.

The cottage was well appointed and decorated, very clean and very comfortable. Wayne and Sherry were responsive and helpful. Island Park is a great low-key location with nice bars and restaurants and a lovely beachfront within minutes of the cottage. This cottage was great value for money.

My family enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. All the spaces were so well thought out for guests to relax, work or gather together. We traveled during the winter. It was fun to watch the snow fall from a cozy couch by the electric fireplace. Next time we plan on traveling in the summer to enjoy the beach:)
