Villa holiday rentals in Narrabeen

Our family had a beautiful holiday here and we would certainly come back again. The apartment had 2 full bathrooms including a separate toilet in the laundry downstairs which was great for our big family. The size of the apartment was comfortable and the view was better than expected with direct walk down to the beach. We were also impressed with the amount of products that were left to use. It was clean and homely. A couple of things to consider if you have children under 5, elderly or disabled people staying. All living is top level with a decent staircase to get there. Take a baby gate to keep your little ones safe. There are many stairs and a sloping grass hill to get to the beach. Not a problem for the average person but we had to be very careful with our young kids. There is no direct access to the park with the playground and BBQ so a short walk along the road or up the road from the beach can access however I would not recommend walking if wanting to BBQ.

The place was clean and as described. Jill is easy to communicate with and friendly. Their dogs are very very cute.

Lovely host and team, quick to response with clear instructions on check in/ out. The house is private, comfortable and has all we needed for the stay. Walking distance to Chatswood station (10-15 mins) . Will recommend anyone visiting the area to stay there.

What a lovely place, so comfortable and so close to everything. Our family enjoyed our stay very much.

Very peaceful place with a big garage to park a car. It was also near to the highway entrance, so very easy to get out with a car. It is closer to the blue mountains than city area, so we could be there in 90 minutes. Woolworth supermarket is 3 min by car, so it was convenient to buy foods. There was an Indian food market next to Woolworth, so might be convenient for people who prefer Indian foods! All the rooms, kitchen and shower room were all very clean. Thank you Kerryn, we had a wonderful time!

We had a wonderful stay at Palm Beach! Great place and awesome location. Quick access to the beach and cafes etc made it easy with the kids. Thanks again!

We stayed one night at Kelly’s place for a funeral nearby and this was just what we needed. Clean and comfortable and well priced for a 2 bedroom apartment.

It is an ideal house for a large family like ours or two medium-sized families, as it has two independent apartments within the same house. The views from the upper floor were magnificent, allowing you to enjoy Sydney Harbour while having breakfast. The location is very quiet, not suitable for parties, and the overall location is excellent. It’s a high-end area, just 10 minutes from Bondi Beach or 5 minutes from Rose Bay. On the downside, the terrace cushions were worn and some damaged, and one of the upstairs bathrooms was a bit dated. The garden could also use a little touch-up. All in all, a bit pricey, but we were delighted with our stay.

Bruno was the best host we’ve ever had (and we stay in AirBnBs a lot!). Bruno and his wonderful family went above and beyond to make sure our Christmas stay was special. We loved the spacious home with incredible views of Garigal National Park. The location is perfect to do all the things Sydney has to offer. It’s an easy 20 minute drive to Manly where you can ferry to basically anywhere. We even made a day trip to the Blue Mountains, which was so enjoyable. There are walkable shops and restaurants. It’s beautiful and hilly, so it’s also a nice little exercise too! It’s close to some beautiful hikes as well. We comfortably slept 11 adults and an infant. The house is very big, and we used the perfect temperature pool every single day. We loved the place and are already talking about coming back! Thanks Bruno and family for being so fabulous!

Cemine's place was exactly as described! It is a hidden gem, 15mins to Olympic Park, 30mins to CBD, large garden, close to shops and cafes and restaurants, and wonderful amenities o on site! All of this, and is also very private and quiet! One note is that there is only street parking available, however there are many street parking spaces available.

Great house and nice and quiet location. The pool was a good size with lots of backyard space. Fantastic toys and equipment for the kids to play with.

Thanks for a great stay! Our hosts were very responsive. The property is as pictured, but there is a couch now rather than chairs. Pool was great. Not as private as expected as it is connected to the main house, however we didn’t have any issues.

Comfy. As usual. Not my first stay here.
