Beach condo holiday rentals in Naples

The condo has been recently remodeled and is beautiful and very clean - one of the cleanest we have stayed in. The kitchen is very well equipped, with many thoughtful touches, and we cooked several meals during our stay. King bed was comfortable (we did not use the other beds). Being so close to the beach was fantastic! This was our first time on Sanibel and we loved it, in spite of being there during unusually cold weather. Definitely hope to return and would love to stay in this condo again!

Cindy has gone above and beyond in what she provides with her places. The furnishes and decor are beautiful and high quality. The bed is comfortable, everything you could ever want or need is available in the kitchen, there are all sorts of bathroom and toiletries supplied and the sheets and towels are very nice. The location is close to the beach and so many beach items are available to take to the beach. We have stayed at MANY Airbnbs but this one was tops!

Great view, wonderful location. Lots of nice restaurants nearby. The condo was really nice with a great balcony. Pool conveniently located. The internet had some issues but overall the condo was fabulous. It was just my wife and me but the condo was very spacious and would have held many more easily.

Thomas was a wonderful host! He was quick to respond and gave wonderful suggestions for things to do and see on the island. The condo was clean and spacious and the location is convenient to the restaurants and shopping. The ocean view was amazing!

Our stay at this Airbnb was amazing. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, and we were treated to gorgeous sunsets every evening. The accommodations were stylish and thoughtfully designed, with new and fresh decor. We loved the privacy of the unit (no other unit could see into ours). We also appreciated that there were 2 full bathrooms. Fred, the owner, is very kind and responsive.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Beach View Getaway at Gullwing Beach Resort. From the moment we arrived, Lisa proved to be the best host anyone could ask for. She was incredibly responsive, helpful, and accommodating, ensuring that our every need was met promptly and efficiently. The property itself exceeded our expectations. It was immaculate, spacious, and well-maintained, providing a perfect home away from home. There was construction still going on but that didn’t stop the overall charm of the condo, making it an ideal spot for relaxation and enjoyment. We highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking to stay in Fort Myers. Thank you, Lisa, for making our trip so memorable.

We love Sanibel. Nancy’s place met our needs very well. It is an easy walk to the beach and very comfortable. We were very happy to be able to have our two little dogs with us for a very reasonable fee.

It was a pleasant stay in a Well equipped apartment and our kids really loved the pool. The only thing We missed was a whisk and a grater. It was really Nice to be able to wash some clothes and be able to dry it. Unfortunately the beaches in all the area including sanibel were not plesant at all because of “red tides”. There were huges amounts of dead or dying fish on the beaches. But of course that is not the owners faulth.

Roomy, clean, comfortable!These three adjectives sum up our experience at this unit! The master bed was SO comfortable! We liked and used the ceiling fan. Two nice sized closets in the master bath, and a generously sized dresser and table in the master, gave us substantial room to put away clothing for the week. Both modern bathrooms had quality linens and several beach towels available for our use. The kitchen was well appointed, modern, and spacious. We enjoyed the comfy couch and ceiling fan in the living area. X-finity TV and some streaming services were super nice. The screened in porch was lovely in the evenings, and it has a ceiling fan also. From this unit to the water at the beach is maybe 200 yards. We are 60+ and have joint issues and walked it several times per day, no problem. We can recommend Mucky Duck, Sanibel Cafe, Gramma Dot’s restaurants and Bowman and Turner beaches for a different shelling experience. We saw manatees at Bowman Beach!

Stephanie’s unit was a wonderful place for our family to stay over spring break. Clean, well stocked and exactly as described we had a great stay. While the pool and backyard are shared spaces, they still felt private and provided a great extra space to relax and enjoy the sunshine. The unit is convenient to everything and felt like good value. We would definitely return.

Tanya provided timely communications with detailed info on accessing the unit. It is a quiet end unit that was more spacious than I was expecting. There is some outside noise that filters in but otherwise very peaceful. It is also less than a mile from the beach which makes for a nice walk with low traffic.

We can definitely see why people want to come back to Cynthia & Roger's place. The location was perfect for our needs. Their home was immediately comfortable and relaxing. The big windows, view and amenities were fantastic. We loved seeing interesting photos and the decorative touches. They put extra thought into routine necessities that people forget to bring, like bug spray placed by the back door, an umbrella by the front door, kleenex and hand sanitizers in a central location, etc., etc. So many "little" things that show thought and caring. What a wonderful, relaxing visit. Thank you!

Had a great stay. Condo had a great view of the ocean. The beach had tons of shells and white sand. We were very happy with Jeanette’s condo. Walked across the street to Santini Plaza which is not fully open yet. The Islander is a favorite shop there and they were open. A Cuban food truck parked there was a good place for coffee and sandwiches. We visited the local market at Santini on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Picked up some food items and fresh squeezed juice.

Without a doubt, our vacation was perfect! The condo is not only beautiful, upgraded and well decorated. The location is perfect with a spectacular oceanview and a view of the new amazing pool! If we needed anything, Ryan was awesome. We cannot thank Holly and Jesse enough for their kindness. Responsiveness and hospitality! We are coming back!! Warmly, Catherine, Janine, Kay and Phil!

Tricia's condo was beautiful, terrific beach views, amazing sunsets, great balconies. The whole place was beautifully decorated, really comfortable furniture, everything seemed fresh and new. Really liked the kitchen, everything that we needed to cook breakfasts and fresh seafood meals. The fridge had an ice maker and filtered water in the door, important for us. Comfy bed, pillows, and room darkening shades a real plus. The outdoor pool was heated and really popular, plenty of lounge chairs. We had a great stay, only wish we had stayed a few days longer!

I can’t list all the great things about our stay. Top of the list is an epic location, modern remodeled condo, quiet and peaceful complex and an outstanding host. We booked a last minute stay with Avery and he got us set up immediately. The private parking space was huge and having beach equipment made the one block jaunt to the gorgeous beach easy. Couldn’t have been better. We were a family of 5 and had enough space to spread out. We even extended our stay-it was that good. Avery responded in minutes with any inquiry.

Absolutely beautiful! Stay with confidence! Look exactly like photos, smartly organized and lots of great amenities! Loved our stay here! Christine is easy to communicate with and was just lovely to work with!
