We have a strictly no party policy and No Smoking inside the house. There is also the option to rent a 2 bedroom cottage located behind the main house (Pals Cottage) listed on Airbnb . A spa is available for separate hire.

Our sleep out has been refurbished to a high standard with quality linens and locally made products. It is located in the back garden of our art deco home, with use of the hot tub and swimming pool (not heated). Close by are the delights of Napier including wineries, cafes, restaurants and art deco architecture. Push bikes are available for your use with Napier town centre 1.6km . There are no cooking facilities but a basic breakfast is included.
