We are very satisfied with the stay, regardless of the cleanliness of the room and the environment are all 5 stars, there are many good food near the house, only 3 minutes walk from the MRT station, there is a large shopping mall, a relaxing park nearby, and the host is more conscientious, friendly, hospitable, polite, recommending friends from different countries to stay. Highly recommend this housing, which I gave all areas for 5 stars. There are full of restaurants, park, museum. High accessibility with only 3 minutes walk to MRT station. More importantly, the house owner is responsible and hospitable, and I am quite sure you would have a great experience if you choose the housing from this house owner!

The owners are friendly and a lot of the everyday items are prepared for us.The problem in the bathroom said it was also resolved immediately.The only US-China deficiency was that there was only one room, but it was fine.The room bathroom was overall clean.

Very convenient location, familymart also has a lot to eat nearby.Big Far 100 is just across the road, and there are also plenty of hand letter shops. The house is good for big family/group people to stay together, it is very convenient to have a luggage hoist.There is enough room space, and the toilet is also separated from the shower.The mattress and pillows are very comfortable. The host and team were very efficient to help resolve the issue, thank you very much.

Lulu was a splendid host, from start to end, extremely hospitable and made great breakfast for all 8 of us every morning! Comfortable distance to nearby attractions like Fengchia Night Market, and Ichiran ramen, and convenience stores Place was massive, and can easily fit my party of 8, each room had its own toilet along with showers - adding on the common area showers and toilets made for a queue free experience Will definitely return if we have a chance!

It was the second time we stayed, quiet, clean, and convenient, the hardware and software in the room are everything, and the host is very friendly, will definitely choose this side again ^ ^

Location is a top priority, and it perfectly meets our needs. The flexibility with check-in times is an added bonus. I was looking for a place in Taichung to stay for a few weeks and Rick's place was a great location for my needs. It's located fairly close to some of the large department stores with a good amount of restaurants in the vicinity. The biggest surprise with the rental unit was a giant punching bag hanging from the ceiling between the entrance of the two rooms but it didn't bother me much since it provided me a bit of extra workout at home. I would consider staying here again during my next trip back to Taichung due to the safe neighborhood and convenient shopping nearby.

The best deal, food & location in Taichung. The owner Tim provided very generous discount for a month stay. It saved me a lot of money that provides good budget to enjoy all the super yummy food in town. The elevator building is very private. My cozy apartment was a great home away from home. Perfect living space for a backpack traveler. Close to the metro station for high speed train system, all 4 major bus transport stations to anywhere in the island. Department stores, & the famous night market are in walking distance. During my stay, the weather was unexpectedly extraordinarily cold in this part of sub-tropical island. Tim provides me extra blanket that is so fluffy and clean. The washer is located in the same floor I stayed. Super convenient to take care of the dirty laundry. Can’t ask for a better place to stay in such small budget.
