Billy’s place was perfect! He went above & beyond to make sure we had everything we needed! Walkable to downtown & to plenty of restaurants.

Cozy and beautiful space! The property is so pretty and well kept. I don’t feel the pictures even do it justice! Water view. Everything you could need in this guest house. Debra was great and easy to communicate with! The Wave transportation was closed in madaket during the off season (we came last weekend of September. It was open in other parts of the island) so we took cabs most places, which is pricey. Not many Ubers to be found at this part of island on off season, so cabs were our best bet! Great stay and would love to come back!

Gail was extremely friendly and helpful. She lives in the apartment above the rental although we hardly saw her. She gave us suggestions of places to go. It is a distance to the town but the bus stops just down the street and is very easy to use! There is a little pub within walking distance. The beach is just a little over a mile, which we did walk to. There are nice bike paths if you choose to rent or bring a bike. The house was very clean and homey! We really enjoyed our stay.

This Mid-Island Mermaid basement apartment Air BnB exceeded our expectations. The descriptions on Air BnB were accurate. We were visiting my sister on Nantucket who lives about a mile away, but she doesn't have room for guests. We are a retired couple with two late-twenty-year-old sons. It was our first time on Nantucket for a longer stay. The size of the apartment is just right for four adults. It could possibly accommodate two more adults or a few small children sleeping on couches. The spaciousness of the apartment is a plus because he of us could have some privacy. The owner Charles communicated frequently and effectively prior to our arrival. All his instructions were clear. The weather was blustery, so locating the apartment was a slight challenge because it is in the back of the house. We had a minor access issue on the second evening when the access code to the door didn't work, but Charles was very responsive at 9PM. He sent a neighbor over to let us in. Recommend this place.

This is the third time I stay at this place. It’s very nice and very comfortable. My only complaint which I think should be corrected is regarding the linens. You’re expected to place all the linens and all the towels in the washing machine and run it prior to leaving. This is done so that the cleaning person only has to put the washing machine load in the dryer. Problem is the linens alone filled up the entire washing machine. Stuffing all the towels in there would not have cleaned the linens properly. It begs the question whether the linens were clean prior to our stay since the previous tenant may have overstuffed the washing machine with all the linens and all the towels as directed.

Amazing and accommodating hosts. The apartment is stunning. Right downtown - no better way to experience all Nantucket has to offer. We are looking forward to going back.

Best spot to accommodate a girls weekend. Easy to get places from downtown to Cisco. We felt at home and house had everything you need. The host is super flexible and responsive. We loved it!

We absolutely loved our stay in this apartment! It was exactly as advertised and even cuter than the photos. Impeccably clean. We appreciated the nice touches like coffee creamer and OJ in the fridge, luggage racks in the bedroom, plenty of outlets, clean beach chairs etc. Amazing location walkable to Faregrounds for dinner and Yummy for breakfast. We rented bikes and also took advantage of the Wave bus. Would rent here again.

Brand new home. The inside was just beautiful and worked out great for us to stay one night while our client was purchasing a home on the island. I will say it's a little tricky to find. You have to turn down a little driveway that crosses the bike path.

Lori's place was fantastic, and she and her husband made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The house was amazing and very relaxing; it truly felt like home. I don't typically write reviews, but I had to because my family and I were truly amazed. We'll be recommending Lori's place to all our family and friends visiting the Cape. With Onset Beach just down the street and a short drive to the Cape, you don't have to go far to enjoy a beautiful beach.

Great for families. The kids loved the indoor pool, the calm beach and the activity center (puzzles, games, other families and kids, hot dog and ice cream socials). The staff at the hotel were friendly and had lots of recommendations for things to do in the area. The room was comfortable and clean, with a kitchenette and there was a community kitchen to cook meals down the hall. Towels, lounge chairs , and daily maid service were included. Next time, I will bring eye masks as it’s very bright in the morning through the blinds and a fan to circulate the air conditioning into the bedroom. Thank you Diane for hosting us- we had a great time!

This place was so cute and cozy. Such a great and quiet location. Just a very comfortable place close to everything. We really enjoyed our stay

This was our second time renting this property. We had a lovely adults weekend, and really enjoyed our stay.

Host was very attentive and friendly, accommodations were great, and we had a comfortable stay, I would stay here again !! I liked that we had access to all amenities listed even the hot tub.

Loved staying here for long weekend with my dog. Accomodations were clean, quiet, comfortable. Tina was very helpful and friendly. Location was peaceful yet close to many restaurants, walking trails, the beach. We would love to stay again!
