Townhouse holiday rentals in Naniwa Ward

It's a little far from downtown, but the accommodation itself is very good.

I have been to Japan countless times, staying in hotels and B&Bs. This time I felt excellent, with the highest CP value. The B&B is a large place with parking, the room is large, and there is plenty of hot water. Because it’s January in Osaka, Japan, temperatures approach freezing at night. There is a very large supermarket 100 meters away, which is perfect for a whole family to buy food here. You can even use a stove, with cooking stoves, refrigerators, microwaves, ovens, etc. There is also a self-service sushi restaurant on the near corner, that is, around 30 meters away and also, there is a family mart 60 to 70 meters away, which is very convenient. The environment is quiet, the layout of the house is thoughtfully designed, and there is a free parking space. You save money on parking fees, and you can travel to Kyoto, Nara, Wakayama and other further places. All in all, I am very satisfied with this stay.

Good location,walking distance to most popular attractions,and the host was responsive.she let me drop my luggage before check in time .the bed sheets were pretty clean.the neighborhood is safe !highly recommended!

A gem of an Airbnb, a must stay when in Osaka! This Airbnb is in between Sakai and downtown Osaka. Very easy access to two metros, great restaurants open late nearby. About a 20min walk away from Nagai Park where you can find an array of things to do no matter day or night. Harmon Cafe is very close and delicious. The Airbnb is traditional Japanese style, with the tatami floor and shikibuton bed, yet modernized as you have a full kitchen and the lovely Japanese bidets. Natsuko was super helpful and hospitable during our stay. She was so sweet to meet us outside the train station and walk us to the Airbnb. The reading guides presented at the Airbnb are not to be missed. Natsuko was very accommodating as well and allowed us a slightly later checkout time since we gave her a days notice ahead of time. Good location near train station.

We stayed in Phebe7 for a month, very convenient for transportation, a lot of life in the surrounding supermarket is also very convenient, Phebe7 household supplies are very well prepared, the housekeeper has heard that we are going to taste new rice cookers in Niigata Prefecture and really give us a home away from home experience.We will stay again next time we have a chance.

It is very close to Shin-imamiya Station, within five minutes on foot, it is convenient to come from Kansai Airport, and Shin-imamiya is also very convenient to go to Kyoto and Nara.We are multiple people staying and a whole building will not disturb each other.The room is three stories, the stairs to the second floor are steep, and it is not very convenient to climb the stairs with luggage.The stairs on the second and third floor are relatively good.But anyway, it's a great value for money.

Great spot to base up for a couple of days to explore Osaka. Great location so close to train station and convenience stores. Made day trips so easy. The place was clean and tidy. Easy to get in. Good kitchen to be able to cook breakfast. Highly recommend. Great host always checking if we were okay. Thanks for the great stay!

Check-in was smooth, and above all, the room was very clean.I want to use it again when I come to Osaka.

The townhouse is as described. It's in a residential neighborhood with a pharmacy next door and a Family Mart 30 seconds away. Also it's nice to be able to do laundry.

The property is as described in the listing. Located in a quiet area that is close to shops and public transport. Comfortable and good value for money, we heartily recommend this property and would stay again in the future.

What an amazing property! This building has so much history in it, your trip will be enhanced just by staying here. I originally was disappointed we did not book a ryokan but Yaya's place had all the best features without the drawbacks of a hotel. It is located within a few minutes walk of both 7-11 and a train station so the location couldn't be more convenient. The interior is amazing and you really feel like you're living in another age. Highly recommended!

The place is very clean, tidy and so spacious for four of us. Also, it is so cozy and we felt like home straight away. Location is excellent and it only takes around 15 minutes walk to Umeda and Osaka train station. Leo is very responsible and frequently responds with messages. We had wifi connection problem and he sorted it out immediately. I highly recommend this place to someone who wants to stay in Umeda and explore Osaka.

Check-in is very convenient!Temporarily added two rooms. It is close to the station, and it is super convenient to go to Umeda and USJ, and I had a lot of fun, thank you for providing such a convenient place to stay.I will come to Osaka again next time.

Appreciate owner to provide us a wonderful house during 6days vacation, it's full of Japan calture elements and also with comfortable and confidential, good location to take bus or subway to anywhere of Osaka. I'd like to recommend you to live here if you tired of boring hotel.

I highly recommend Leo’s home. It’s located in an awesome neighborhood very close to Umeda. Despite its proximity to Osaka station the neighborhood is quiet and had a ton of cute shops and restaurants. The home was clean, spacious and perfect for our family of four. I highly recommend Leo’s home.

Autumn's homestay has been unanimously loved by all of us!The diamond lot where the B&B is located is even more convenient and comfortable for our trip this time!Food nearby is so much more food that makes life difficult to choose!If we come to Osaka next time, we will also include Akiko's homestay as our first choice!

Located in a residential area, easy to find, quiet surroundings, there is also a supermarket, pharmacy, life is very convenient, Namba Shinsaibashi is a little far away
