This brand new guest cottage is just a 5 minute walk to the beach. There are beautiful ocean views from the deck, large french doors and huge windows. The decor has a boutique cottage feel. The farmhouse sink and high end appliances make this cottage a great place to cook and enjoy. Welcome to your home away from home! Enjoy your stay in the private studio of a house that was built in 2017 and is well looked after and loved. Close to Vancouver Island University, Nanaimo Aquatic Centre, Nanaimo Ice Centre and Nanaimo Harbour. Central to both major ferry terminals with driving time of approximately 12 mins to each and approximately 15 mins to the airport. There is a shopping complex nearby that features Quality Foods, Coop Gas Station, liquor store and pharmacy.

Old City Quarter Miners Cottage

Private small one bedroom miners cottage in quite downtown neighborhood. Close to many amenities, VIU & hospital. Easy walk to the seawall, shopping and many restaurants. The cottage is set in a lovely garden with seating under the gazeboor under the grape arbor. Both hosts John and Marc are artists and have a small show room on the property that we a happy to open if our guests have a desire to see more of our art. Sorry we are unable to accept same day guests.
