The property is a Modern 2 storey, 3 bedroom town house in the heart of South West Rocks. Main bedroom features air-conditioning, a TV with a DVD player and an ensuite. The two upstairs rooms have air-conditioning and TV's also. The main bathroom is spacious with a spa bath and separate shower. You can bring your own linen, or pay a small fee to have the beds made and ready for your arrival. The kitchen has all modern conveniences including a dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. Nothing like a coffee to start the day fresh, or a dishwasher to ease into total relaxation. The North facing living area features a 50 inch flat screen television and DVD player and Wifi. A large book, game and DVD library is also available to use. This living area opens on to a superb Alfresco dining area with a Beef Eater BBQ, Bar Fridge and large timber dining table with restaurant quality shade cover. A great place to reflect and unwind after a day out, or to catch up on some reading. La Bella Vita allows all family members to take time out from the hustle and bustle of normal life. Holiday mode can be activated effortlessly, and all will enjoy a great holiday in the ambience of a chilled back, superb seaside village. It's so good, even the owners holiday there! Leesa and Mark’s place was beautiful and extremely clean. My friend and I met for a relaxing girls’ weekend and it was perfect. The house is peaceful, quiet, modern and well kitted out. Emerald beach is beautiful and it was lovely being about to walk to the beach and the local cafe/ bar. We loved sitting on the back deck for a morning coffee or with a charcuterie board and wine. We will definitely be back!

Was an awesome spot. Walking distance to shops and beach. Was a work related stay so having the laundry and kitchen was a massive bonus. The apartment was very clean and well maintained with all the necessary utensils etc to make you feel at home. Just need to bring your own linen and afew extra toilet tickets and you’ll be right. Thanks guys for a trouble free and enjoyable stay. Will recommend and will definitely be back!!

We had a wonderful stay here. The kids were impressed with the outdoor bath and the adults enjoyed the Sauna. The place was very spacious, well laid out and beautifully furnished. Location to attractions and the beach was great and the management were responsive. The doggo also had a great time with good outdoor space for him.

Loved the stay and will stay again. I felt a bit uneasy with the ring doorbell (like being watched) but loved the use of the kayaks with the kids and all the facilities. I couldn’t find spare sheets even though it said there were some. A great location, very walkable.
