This is the Namhae German Village Youngsook and the Armin Tais. Young-sook is a 36-year nurse at Paddock, Armin is a Meins-born architectural machinery materials proprietor, and he moved to the German village in August 2005. All construction materials and methods are authentic German, and Armin built the Mainzer Haus himself. She is an expert on German-style bread, baking rye bread like Bouröchen, and her husband is a smoked schenken and smoked sausage expert who promotes German health food culture.
