“Beautiful City home next to services in the center”

Beautiful home in the center. Private sauna, spacious bathroom with washing machine and glazed balcony for extra comfort. 2007 built elevator house, accessible access. Warm garage space for the car. Location near the shopping center and restaurants. It's a short drive to the market and the theater. The kitchen is equipped for cooking. Coffee and tea included. In the bedroom there is a double bed, which can be separated into two beds. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. The living room has an extra bed and a comfortable sofa.

This is a unique top floor furnished two-bedroom apartment with a sauna in an amazing location near the centre of Oulu. I am sure you will enjoy this double! A large, unique roof terrace wider than an apartment with a southern mouth is a sun worshipper's dream. Large windows and a large sliding door to the balcony give a comfortable feeling of space. Small apartment with personal character

The property is located in a quiet residential area, in a courtyard building in a detached house about 15km from the center of Oulu. The apartment in new taxes is in good condition, there are sleeping places for two, and an air mattress for the third if needed. On the second floor there is a bedroom with a double bed (an extra mattress is available upon guest arrival) Other things to note: There is a folder on the table in the hallway with a few home instructions for the renter, be sure to read thanks.
