Villa holiday rentals in Nail Bay

The condo was the perfect private getaway - conveniently located walking distance to beautiful Sapphire Beach and close to the ferry and many shops and restaurants nearby. The check-in and check-out processes were quick and easy, and our hosts responded very quickly to questions, which added to ensuring that all we had to focus on was enjoying the condo and its proximity to all the island had to offer. The condo was also stocked with many kitchen, bath, and activity goods and supplies; we particularly enjoyed using the snorkel gear and beach chairs and mats. We look forward to returning as soon as possible, and will be recommending friends to visit as well.

From the minute we booked the house we knew we were in good hands. The house was perfect - the location, the view (breathtaking), a fully equipped kitchen, towels, a grill, and plenty of space for our family. The rental team was responsive either by text or in person - We loved our stay and would love to return in the very near future.

Heaven on earth is an understatement. Looking out from this villa is like looking at a picture of God’s masterpiece from every angle. Sunshine, rainbows, open water, and beautiful islands abound. Having never been to the Virgin Islands before myself and trying to plan a surprise trip for my wife’s 50th birthday on a remote island like Jost Van Dyke left me with an immense amount of questions for the villa owner, Libby. She was extremely friendly and was open to the many questions that I asked her for our planning. Every answer she provided was very prompt and extremely helpful in making this our best vacation ever. When I messaged her at the end of our trip to thank her and her husband, Tommy, for their hospitality and told her how much we loved the place, she answered simply “that makes our hearts happy.” This should tell you everything you need to know about the kind of people that they are and how much they care about the experience you will have. We will absolutely be back, soon!

Our stay at L'Isle Amour was perfect for our 20th Anniversary/makeup Honeymoon! The inside living area/kitchen was inviting and comfortable and had everything we needed plus items that would have been handy if we cooked more but we ate out a lot. The bar area was great for eating and planning our days and the lounge area was great for hanging out after a long day of exploring. We didn't watch much TV but there were plenty of channels to choose from. The upstairs bedroom provided plenty of closet/drawer space. The bed was comfy and provided amazing views in the morning. The AC cooled off the upstairs pretty quickly, only used it once, the windows and fans allowed for great breezes and the entire place stayed comfy for our stay. There were plenty of towels provided for showering, poolside and beach visits. The decks provided great views and we watched birds and iguanas with our binoculars. The pool & area were amazing! We will be back!!

Turnstone Villa was an unbelievable location and property. There is a mango tree and a papaya tree in the yard. You can see to the ocean from the decks. Kiara was a wonderful host, meeting us at the dock after many delays, making sure we got our rental car and showing us to the property and around the property. She left homemade fruit punch and rum punch for us to enjoy also. The best thing about the villa is its location. It is walking distance (maybe 50-100 yards) to some of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Which are not crowded, many times we were the only people there. there is tons to look at right at those beaches with a mask/goggles or to climb between the rocks to several other nearby lagoons. We swam over to the Baths (it is that close!), or it is a 5 min drive. The one downside is that there are roosters roaming about the yard and they do make a lot of noise. For restaurants nearby with great views and food, would recommend Cocomaya and the Reef.

Beautiful home and unparalleled views, especially for sunsets. Proximity to Redhook area, beaches and food was great; close but simultaneously tucked away. If you want to relax and recharge, this is your spot! Our host was accommodating and quick with responses to any questions as well. A little confusing navigating the last half mile to the house but after the 1st time, with directions from Carrie, no problem. Definitely 5 stars!

WOW is all I can say about this villa! Beautiful house and property. The views are amazing and the location was so peaceful. The pool was great to sit by after the beach. The house was clean, comfortable and had all we needed for our stay. We loved our stay and have already recommended it to others. Thank you!!

We really enjoyed our 9-night stay at Azure Vista. What a lovely place! Sam and her colleague Sharlene were so friendly and responsive. We only had 2 small needs during our stay and a quick text to Sharlene had them sorted right away. Kitchen was well supplied. Bedrooms comfortable as were the mix of indoor and outdoor areas. Views spectacular. Can’t recommend the place enough. Just be ready for driving those steep hills!

Stunning views, and a great layout for families and friends. Very friendly, responsive and helpful host/owner and gracious, helpful, wonderful local contact/caretaker. We plan to come back!

Ginger Thomas is a wonderful place to stay. The view is unbelievable. Clean, comfortable space with everything you need. The set-up being open to the outdoor area and the kitchen make for a perfect place to hang out and watch the sunset. The pool was larger than we thought and was terrific after a long day at the beach or exploring. Karen had everything stocked up so we only needed to bring food and drinks. She is very responsive and gave us great recommendations. Location is excellent- short 2 min drive to town and easy access to the beach road.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Nautilus villa! The pictures do NOT do this place justice!! The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable and it's stocked with everything you need from snorkel gear, beach chairs, floats, and of course all the kitchenware you need for some at home cooking. The location is near the Westin and a short ride into town. We loved all that St John had to offer, and it was too much to fit into one week! David is the best host I've ever had the pleasure of having! He had a car available to rent which made things super convenient. We were able to take the passenger ferry from the airport directly to St John without the hassle of the car ferry. He was proactive with his communication, relayed great instructions, and really made the trip just that much more enjoyable. Would we stay here again? 10/10

We had a wonderful time at Seascape. The villa is beautiful, clean, and modern, and in a great location. Emily and Jonathan were both extremely responsive when we had questions early in our stay, and were exceptionally quick to address one request we made. We were able to easily walk from the villa to Leverick Bay to visit the restaurants and grocery store. The pool deck has wonderful shade and great views of Moskito Island, while the front of the house has great views of Saba Rock and the rest of the North Sound from both the interior and exterior seating. We also love that the house runs on solar, and found it to be totally seamless to operate off the grid! We had a wonderful time and hope to return soon!

Absolutely Perfect Stay at Just Peachy! Our stay at Just Peachy in St. John was nothing short of incredible! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning views of the mountains and ocean—it truly felt like paradise. The villa itself was immaculate, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. Melissa, our host, was phenomenal! She was incredibly responsive, always just a message away, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Whether it was providing great local recommendations, answering any questions we had, or simply ensuring we felt at home, her hospitality was unmatched. Waking up to breathtaking sunrises, lounging on the patio with the cool island breeze, and enjoying the peaceful surroundings made this trip unforgettable. If you're looking for the perfect getaway in St. John, Just Peachy is the place to be. We can’t wait to come back! Thank you, Melissa, for making our trip so special!

Rehanna is a great host. The property is absolutely wonderful. We had a minor issue that came up on Christmas eve and she had a person on the property in less than 30 mins to resolve it. We all really appreciated that. The property was very well presented, clean, and spacious.

We had a great stay at Eureka. The home was extremely nice, clean, and very well appointed. Elise was also amazing. Not only did she meet us as we got our Jeep rental to lead us to the house, but she was continually trying to make our stay better. From making sure we had kids sizes for snorkel gear to having the generator running before we even knew there was a power outage. The view and privacy of the home we also fantastic. We will definitely be back and for much longer than a week next time.

Kim’s place is a gem in Coral Bay. We have stayed in the area many times but this was a real treat. Kim is proactive, friendly and a wonderful host! The house is spectacular with luxuries and a fantastic view. Highly recommend!

This home is absolutely amazing! The views are stunning and the location is unbeatable! We will definitely be staying here again! Hosts were very responsive and anticipated every need, we have zero complaints and had the best vacation! It’s nice being walkable for Redhook with the best restaurants minutes away.

A positive experience from start to end. When looking for a villa, this place checked all the boxes. All the reviews were 5s and I must agree. I give it 5 and want to Thank them for sharing their little piece of heaven. We'll be back.

Amber was very responsive throughout our whole stay. Loved the rooftop pool area...nice furniture, clean gas grill and beautiful views!! Also great that we were able to use the amenities at Point Pleasant Resort. It is walkable but the hills are pretty steep. A shuttle service is available...remember to tip the friendly drivers:) Great food and staff at Sun and Sea Bar & Grill. You can walk the shoreline to Margaritaville Resort next door and then get on a side road to Coki Beach too. Enjoyed our stay...we'll be back!!

Can’t say enough good things about our stay here. The house and views are simply beautiful, and we were so happy to have such a comfortable and relaxing place to stay. We ate in most nights after busy days of diving, hiking, and beach time, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and more! The pool was also lovely with comfortable furniture and a super handy mini fridge right there. Kandee’s directions to the house were very clear and easy to follow- I’d recommend a Jeep for sure as the roads in the area can be challenging, especially at night. Kandee was also super responsive and friendly, and gave us great recommendations for things to do and plaxes to eat. Would 100% stay here again!

Our family of 10 have a wonderful stay! The house was absolutely perfect for a large group and had everything that we needed. We definitely will be returning!

Absolutely beautiful villa. Great views, close to beaches and restaurants. The perfect set up for our big family - we all had our own space, yet common areas and the pool to hang out.

This a wonderful home and perfect for a large family, or 3 couples. Fabulous views, relaxing deck, plenty of space to hang out, and a great pool to cool off in…Wendy was very helpful and has a wonderful local team…..we loved it all!
