Villa holiday rentals in Nail Bay

The condo was the perfect private getaway - conveniently located walking distance to beautiful Sapphire Beach and close to the ferry and many shops and restaurants nearby. The check-in and check-out processes were quick and easy, and our hosts responded very quickly to questions, which added to ensuring that all we had to focus on was enjoying the condo and its proximity to all the island had to offer. The condo was also stocked with many kitchen, bath, and activity goods and supplies; we particularly enjoyed using the snorkel gear and beach chairs and mats. We look forward to returning as soon as possible, and will be recommending friends to visit as well.

From the minute we booked the house we knew we were in good hands. The house was perfect - the location, the view (breathtaking), a fully equipped kitchen, towels, a grill, and plenty of space for our family. The rental team was responsive either by text or in person - We loved our stay and would love to return in the very near future.

The charm of the Hideaway is the quiet, remote location. The views are spectacular! The beach is very private with lounge chairs and a pergola - we were the only ones there! The open-air dining area is spacious and we loved being able to look out at sea while eating. The beds were comfortable and the outdoor shower was a cool experience. The kitchen had all we needed to make simple meals, including a blender for frozen island drinks. :-) Filtered water and an ice-maker in the fridge were key. Libby was a great host - very communicative, helpful and quick to respond to our questions. We did end up renting a Jeep since it is a bit far from from Great Harbour and the roads are very steep, but Foxy's Taboo is a short 1-mile walk down the road and their food is excellent. I do recommend bringing some provisions with you so you don't have to make the trek back to town because once you're there, you won't want to leave!

Our stay at L'Isle Amour was perfect for our 20th Anniversary/makeup Honeymoon! The inside living area/kitchen was inviting and comfortable and had everything we needed plus items that would have been handy if we cooked more but we ate out a lot. The bar area was great for eating and planning our days and the lounge area was great for hanging out after a long day of exploring. We didn't watch much TV but there were plenty of channels to choose from. The upstairs bedroom provided plenty of closet/drawer space. The bed was comfy and provided amazing views in the morning. The AC cooled off the upstairs pretty quickly, only used it once, the windows and fans allowed for great breezes and the entire place stayed comfy for our stay. There were plenty of towels provided for showering, poolside and beach visits. The decks provided great views and we watched birds and iguanas with our binoculars. The pool & area were amazing! We will be back!!

Beautiful home and unparalleled views, especially for sunsets. Proximity to Redhook area, beaches and food was great; close but simultaneously tucked away. If you want to relax and recharge, this is your spot! Our host was accommodating and quick with responses to any questions as well. A little confusing navigating the last half mile to the house but after the 1st time, with directions from Carrie, no problem. Definitely 5 stars!

The Villa was Spectacular. Can’t beat the views. Truly felt like an oasis. We cooked several meals at the house and had everything we needed. Bedrooms and Bathrooms were comfortable, clean and peaceful. Drew was a great host was always available when I had questions and responded quickly. We took advantage of the shuttle taxis ($10 PP each way) a lot even though we had a jeep rental. Would definitely recommend this place. Thank You DREW!!!!

My family would love to stay here again. It was a nice private oasis just a 5 minute drive up the hill from Cruz bay. Lots of private space between the two levels for everyone to spread out. Nice big showers and bathrooms on both levels. Several outdoor deck spaces to soak in the views. Host and staff were super responsive and helpful.

The place was clean and nicely furnished. Water pressure was a little low but other than that, the place was perfect. Stayed for four nights and really enjoyed the place. Stand was great and we even used his taxi service one night. Definitely worth the price.

The photos don’t do Kim’s place justice! The view is incredible, sitting in the pool or on the patio and looking over the hills and Coral Bay makes you never want to leave! Kim was full of helpful tips and very responsive. She had everything there from pool floats, beach towels to sunblock and a wonderfully equipped kitchen which we made quite a few meals in. We can’t wait to return to the incredibly gorgeous St. John and Blue Kai.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Nautilus villa! The pictures do NOT do this place justice!! The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable and it's stocked with everything you need from snorkel gear, beach chairs, floats, and of course all the kitchenware you need for some at home cooking. The location is near the Westin and a short ride into town. We loved all that St John had to offer, and it was too much to fit into one week! David is the best host I've ever had the pleasure of having! He had a car available to rent which made things super convenient. We were able to take the passenger ferry from the airport directly to St John without the hassle of the car ferry. He was proactive with his communication, relayed great instructions, and really made the trip just that much more enjoyable. Would we stay here again? 10/10

I hesitate to write a review too glowing because I’d love to keep this gem hidden for myself for future travel to VG! It was absolutely perfect for my family of 5 (3 daughters 11, 13, & 15). It’s located right where you want to be on the island. The house was spotless, the kitchen was well-provisioned - we wanted for nothing when poking around to make a meal. The beds were comfortable, all of the instructions for appliances and general house use were clear & concise, everything was exactly what we wanted. Communication from the host was proactive and helpful. I cannot think of anything I would change!

Absolutely Perfect Stay at Just Peachy! Our stay at Just Peachy in St. John was nothing short of incredible! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning views of the mountains and ocean—it truly felt like paradise. The villa itself was immaculate, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. Melissa, our host, was phenomenal! She was incredibly responsive, always just a message away, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Whether it was providing great local recommendations, answering any questions we had, or simply ensuring we felt at home, her hospitality was unmatched. Waking up to breathtaking sunrises, lounging on the patio with the cool island breeze, and enjoying the peaceful surroundings made this trip unforgettable. If you're looking for the perfect getaway in St. John, Just Peachy is the place to be. We can’t wait to come back! Thank you, Melissa, for making our trip so special!

Villa Paradiso was incredible! Hilltop location, overlooking to Jost Van Dyke. The roads are a little harrowing to get up there, but easily navigable, and once there it’s pure solitude. Our kids lived the pool. The kitchen had everything to cook to dinner for our group of 10. The outdoor showers were the cherry on top. Would rate the home 10/10 and Rehanna and Sylvia were so so great to communicate with.

We had a great stay at Eureka. The home was extremely nice, clean, and very well appointed. Elise was also amazing. Not only did she meet us as we got our Jeep rental to lead us to the house, but she was continually trying to make our stay better. From making sure we had kids sizes for snorkel gear to having the generator running before we even knew there was a power outage. The view and privacy of the home we also fantastic. We will definitely be back and for much longer than a week next time.

Kesha was really the best host I've had and I travel often. When a slight problem arose, she handled it with grace.

The condo is brand new! Great modern design. No clutter in the house. Very clean. Nora and Bruce were great hosts and easy to work with. The pool is shared by the other few units in the building, and clean, and about 7’x20’, but we were the only ones in the pool when we wanted to use it. The unit is very walkable in less than 15 minutes to all of Cruz Bay shops and restaurants, which is great because parking in the Buisness district is difficult. The condo is located in the same port as the car ferry and you can see both the port water and the ocean from the unit, great view. The immediate area is a mix of industrial and local residential housing. There is a combo washer/dryer for small loads that each took 3 hrs. Chairs and cooler availible. The national park and beaches are either a drive or taxi ride away. The beaches had clear water and great snorkeling! We enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend the unit to others and consider staying there if we were to go again.

Amazing views in a very well equipped home! This place has it all - from the comfortable beds to the peaceful outdoor patio - and was exactly as described. We appreciated the beach towels and chairs and especially the snorkeling gear, which we used every day as we explored different beaches across the island. This home is a decent drive up a steep road so renting a jeep is highly recommended. We will definitely return to this home in paradise!

This villa is even more beautiful in person than it appears in the pictures. Casita Villa was a little slice of heaven on Virgin Gorda. The host (Tina) greeted me and made sure that I had clear instructions and guidance on how everything works. She took me to the villa and made sure I was settled in. The surrounding garden was absolutely gorgeous and made the area seem peaceful and private.The housekeeping staff was respectful, attentive and kept the villa clean. Waking up to the view of the ocean from the bed was amazing and having a private pool was definitely a plus. I would definitely recommend this villa to my friends and family and I hope to be able to visit again soon.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Views from every room are amazing. Located in a nice area, conveniently located near Red Hook, where you will find restaurants & the ferry to St John. We rented a Jeep (highly recommend) and went to a different beach every day. The only concern was that the sliding doors didn’t lock which would’ve been a problem if we had younger children with us & was a little unsettling the first night but he host is aware and already has plans to fix them.

This unit was very lovely inside and out. Derek was very responsive at all times and gave lots of local recommendations. Overall I would definitely stay here again when visiting Tortola.

We loved our week long stay at Pressure Drop! We were a family of four with an almost 2 year old and 5 year old, plus our au pair. The set up was great, and Jean had a pack and play and blow up twin mattress for the kids. The house was nicely decorated with a well stocked kitchen. We liked having the separate living and sleeping quarters so whoever got up early with kids could let everyone else sleep. The pool was also a great size for our kids with a shallower end where the older one could stand. We also loved how close the house is to Maho and the north shore beaches. We would definitely come back! The only downside is that the driveway is not for the faint of heart, but that’s not uncommon for St John. The only downside

A positive experience from start to end. When looking for a villa, this place checked all the boxes. All the reviews were 5s and I must agree. I give it 5 and want to Thank them for sharing their little piece of heaven. We'll be back.

Can’t say enough good things about our stay here. The house and views are simply beautiful, and we were so happy to have such a comfortable and relaxing place to stay. We ate in most nights after busy days of diving, hiking, and beach time, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and more! The pool was also lovely with comfortable furniture and a super handy mini fridge right there. Kandee’s directions to the house were very clear and easy to follow- I’d recommend a Jeep for sure as the roads in the area can be challenging, especially at night. Kandee was also super responsive and friendly, and gave us great recommendations for things to do and plaxes to eat. Would 100% stay here again!

Absolutely beautiful villa. Great views, close to beaches and restaurants. The perfect set up for our big family - we all had our own space, yet common areas and the pool to hang out.
