We rented the apartment for a month, and we had a great stay. The apartment is small, but bright and functional for two people. The location is excellent - a short bus ride to the city center, and a 15 minute walk to the lakeshore. There are grocery stores and restaurants within a few minutes walk, tho the apartment is in a nice, quiet neighborhood.

Chiara is an excellent host, I was punctual at the time of arrival and greeted us smiling and friendly, everything on the dpto according to the listing, everything clean, ideal for walking downtown, I would come back again

The apartment was beautiful in an excellent location in the center of the city. Gonzalo received us wonderfully and made us feel at home. Everything was perfect, the kitchen is fully equipped, the toilet is clean, the internet in the apartment is excellent, the bed is comfortable and fun to have a TV with access to Netflix and YouTube. I definitely recommend the place

Luxury accommodation, the box spring is a hotel and has all the amenities one needs. We felt right at home and Josefina was an excellent host, very sweet and attentive to respond to any concerns. Totally recommended, it worth it.

We went on vacation with my family for a few days. We loved the place. The host's response was always great. The house is beautiful, very comfortable, everything is very nice and nice. It has everything, coffee maker, toaster, washing machine, turkey. We used everything and everything worked perfectly. Silvi and Lautaro very friendly with us, the house a luxury, had everything we needed and the location was perfect, close to everything we need, whether it's supermarket, grocery, butcher, bars, pharmacy, etc. Also at the end of the street where the house is located there is a descent to the beach, very nice everything.

Our stay was super gracious, Joaquin's family welcomed us very well, the cottage super nice, super clean and has everything you need, in addition the environment is very nice, the space is safe and quiet, if they go by car they have the beach, the supermarket and what they need very close by. In addition, within the premises Viva Mora, a very loving dog that my niece is charming🐶 Thank you so much for the good weather, we are very happy back ☺️

The house is very nice and spacious. It has many rooms so it facilitates the location of large groups (more than one family, boys, etc.) The park is spectacular. The house is old and requires some maintenance and cleaning details. It has a very good location for those who want to be separated from the city (about 20 minutes from Bariloche), a few meters from Lake Gutierrez, and with very good access to Route 40 with exit to the south. Manuel took care of us very cordially, and has the support of Rafael who lives next to the house and is cordially available.

Walter's home exceeded our expectations. Starting the year enjoying a few days of that view was mind-blowing. I went with a group of friendly couples and there is a lot of privacy, it's comfortable and functional. We found everything spotless: the beds and bedding, tableware and tablecloth, there is what you need to cook and more. A wide variety of books to read and look at. Good sound system and many cd's from its collection to relax looking at the fire of the home. We were able to take advantage of the garden, the grill and the pool. A separate mention of the orchard that allowed us to cook rich and above it was raspberry season. Walter is a genius, you can tell that he gives a lot of love to the place and there are many details that stand out. If you have the possibility, live this experience because it is a luxury.

Ana Ines served us promptly at the time we arrived, she was kind and very attentive. The apartment is comfortable, clean, airy. The kitchen had everything we needed. The building is secure, with restricted access. The only thing we missed was a laundry space, a small tank would already help a lot.

Great apartment, just like it appears in the pictures. Very well equipped, we had everything we needed to cook! Super comfortable for one couple, or even including a child. Location is just superb, beautiful view. We enjoyed our stay very much, and would definitely stay again :)

Nico and Caro super friendly, they waited for us for having had flight delay. The super comfortable dpto for us 2. Bathroom, shower power, heating and fan (touched us days of 30 degrees), super comfortable bed, everything as expected. Super recommended. I hope to be back soon!!

The apartment is beautiful and very well cared for, it has a spectacular view, the complex is very quiet, the attention of Florence is always very attentive and ready to give recommendations both culinary and places to visit, I do not think you can get a similar stay for the price it offers, the only thing to rescue is that the entrance to the apartments is through 200 meters uphill that if you do not have a car and you have any physical inconvenience can result in a complication. Ideal for driving, it has a garage.
