Family-friendly holiday rentals in Nagcarlan

We had a wonderful stay! The place was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making the check-in and check-out process seamless. It’s a perfect spot for a barkada getaway—spacious, comfortable, and convenient. Highly recommend this place and would definitely return!

Our stay here was peaceful and cozy. The place was well-equipped with everything we needed—from kitchen utensils and a barbecue grill to a superb bathtub and an amazing, serene view. Although our stay was short (we wish we had booked for two nights!), we thoroughly enjoyed it. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to maximize the meditation room, but there’s always next time. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we’d love to come back!

Irenes Place is perfectly situated just across a massive mall that offers anything one could ask for. It’s very close to all the business in Alabang. I stayed at the place for 1 month and have not gotten any bored, views are amazing and it’s fancy design makes for a amazing stay. The condo offers anything you need for a daily life and if anything, I found Irene is super responsive and able to give great tips. 10/10 would recommend and very likely I will be back.

Very peaceful place, great escape from the city and quite nearby to a few hot spring resorts. The surrounding is definitely a few even when the weather’s not so bright. Staff was very helpful and welcoming. Host was kind enough to share their birthday cake and spread the joy. Could tell the owner definitely spare efforts in building this place. Will definitely come back for a second time if visiting Lipa again :)

The Place is relaxing and very nice place for family outing. I will recommend this to all my friends and family. Hosts are really accommodating and friendly. First of all, Ms Leticia is truly a great host, very responsive and considerate and her representative Kuya Dan was very helpful and knowledgeable with his job 😊 The location of the house is about 2km from the highway, so it isn't truly commute-friendly but if you like cozy, peaceful, & quiet place, then this is it! House is equipped with all we ever needed even coffee maker & a functional oven. Too bad the ice-maker was acting up during our stay🥲 But the hot water in the tap in the sinks are very useful and the AC in the living room is super efficient. Although, one of the room's AC didn't have the remote so we had to manually operate. Our daughters enjoyed the board games, videoke, billiards, darts, jacuzzi, hammock & the surround sound of the TV 😁 Overall, our stay in Ms.Letecia's was another memorable NYE experience in the bag ❤️ (oh, there were little ants that's quick to invade, those fast thin ones not the thick red kind. Also, don't forget your mosquito repellent)

Villa Lumbreras inside Crosswind is a perfect place for a quick vacation in Tagaytay, its very pretty and relaxing. Its away from the busy places but within driving distance. The guesthouse is as described , very clean, everything you need is available, lots of places to eat nearby, My relative said it has a very positive vibe. Lastly the host is great, thank you for having us.

We had a lovely stay at Mae's place. The place was huge! I even remember how a single room can fit a large group easily and comfortably. Will definitely book again if given a chance 🙂

Thumbs up to our host, Celine, and their caretaker kuya Joseph, for their hospitality. They really made sure their guests have a great stay. The place was also really easy to find. We like the feels upon entering the place; It was well-landscaped and aesthetically pleasing. They also have lots of pets(fishes, turtles, rabbit) that my niece and nephew really enjoyed. The hotspring pool was nice and warm and the elders really enjoyed their stay in the jacuzzi. For special mention, the aircon was really nice and cold plus they have fans in the room that helped the cold air move around, perfect for sleeping after soaking in their hotspring pool. Definitely would want to go back for some hotspring outing.

Alexis is a great host. The space was spacious and extra clean, making it very comfortable throughout our visit. It’s also perfectly located near nature, offering a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The place is beautiful and very relaxing. We are provided with the basic necessities, the automatic ice maker and coffee maker are nice addition. Both Sharon and the staff are helpful. The staff are always available to assist and are all pleasant and respectful. We had a great time and will surely come back for a longer stay.

Great place for family gathering!

Ms. Jacque was very responsive, this place has everything we needed, 11 of us slept comfortably. Issue with parking was reolved right away. We had a nice stay, maybe the elevators will be less crowded on weekdays. I agree with most of the good reviews this place received.

We liked this place so much during our first stay that we decided to stay a second time. It would've been our third stay but our previous trip itinerary was too unstable. We have the place booked for another stay in the future. The property has a nice peaceful, homey feel. It's hard to believe that there's a bustling city that sees one million passersby, per day, just a few minutes out the door when we are sitting in the covered and enclosed side yard. We really enjoy having our morning coffee out there, enjoying the warm morning breeze, listening to the birds sing. We also enjoy our morning walks around the neighborhood. There are beautiful plants and trees throughout and friendly neighbors always returning a "good morning". The aircon cools the house quickly if it becomes too warm outside. Our host is very friendly and responsive to questions and our simple needs. We give 5 stars in all aspects. I hope this listing will be available for our future plans!

We had a wonderful time at this Airbnb for our family gathering on December 25th. The place itself is fantastic for groups, and we especially appreciated that the towels were provided after a slight miscommunication. The caretaker was incredibly kind and accommodating, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

Stayed here for a night laying over in MNL and like many other Airbnbs in this complex, Mia's listing was solid. It had the listed amenities, was clean, and was of reasonable price. If you're looking for an airbnb in this area, this is a solid one to go with.
