Very peaceful place, great escape from the city and quite nearby to a few hot spring resorts. The surrounding is definitely a few even when the weather’s not so bright. Staff was very helpful and welcoming. Host was kind enough to share their birthday cake and spread the joy. Could tell the owner definitely spare efforts in building this place. Will definitely come back for a second time if visiting Lipa again :)

We had a fantastic stay! The location is perfect—just a short distance from BGC’s most popular spots. Marlon was an exceptional host—his communication was top-notch, and he went above and beyond by providing great local recommendations. The condo itself was spotless, and the building’s security and lobby staff were friendly and welcoming. Overall, a seamless and comfortable experience. I’ve definitely found my go-to place whenever I visit BGC!

Nice place, with complete amenities, closer to mall, convenience store, groceries, shops and restaus. Closer to banks & atm hubs too. Unit is big for a studio, its clean, have a very good aircon, working washing machine, and few kitchen/cooking utensils. They also have a sturdy clothes rack outside, you can wash and do airdry, but be careful when hanging clothes outside bec its not really allowed. You have to move the clothes rack near the aircon area, slightly hidden. Big clothes cabinet if you have a lot of clothes, with few hangers. Spacious ref too. TV is working but its not a smart TV, u need a hub to connect the TV and do screen display using your devices. Spacious balcony but I wish there's a small table & chairs outside. We originally checked in last Dec 2024 until Feb 2025, and decided to extend the booking twice. They are flexible with booking. My only concern was the response time, during our stay. Other than that, everything is good. Place is comfy & private.

Follow the suggestions placed in the room, such as, bring the eco bag they have provided as you might grab something from groceries store on way back after a roam around. A lot of stuff controllable by remotes, ei. the dining lights. Just fyi, as there is many remotes, kinda confusing which is funny somehow😅. Great projector screen with the sound bar makes it more cinematic feels at the comfort of your home. fyr, water heater for the shower is somehow not working. Tried it, tho, eventually showered with a cold water. Love the smell of body wash. Overall, it was a nice stay. Love the maximization of the space and the convenience of the area in which there is nearby supermarkets opened 24hrs, the venice canal and etc. Plus is the hospitable staff from the security to the concierge. Ofc, our host Laarni in which super responsive. Thanks a lot, will be looking forward to stay again with Max Dwell.

This was our first time having a host personally accompany us to the room, explaining all the facilities and the dos and don’ts. The host even gave us a tour of the unit and showed us how everything works. He is very responsive, flexible, and accommodating, even with our super late check-in time. The place truly felt like home—everything you need is there. The location is very accessible, and the host even suggested nearby night markets, which added to the experience. The building is also very safe—you need to tap the access card to enter, exit, and even go to your designated floor. The high-tech features added to the convenience. Highly recommended!

Watching lake taal & the volcano from this most blissful of retreats always feels like I’ve gone back millions of years, a tetradactyl gliding across the skyline wouldn’t feel out of place . Vic is relentless with improvements to the grounds. The new pool has been constructed since my last visit earlier during Covid and it makes a great addition. I’ll never stop returning to Vic’s as long as I’m welcome. It never disappoints. Thank you as always for being such wonderful hosts to me over the last 8 or 9 years that I’ve been a guest.

The location of the place was perfect and convenient. Everything was accessible. Mona’s condo was also huge and comfortable. It never felt like someone else’s place but like home for us. Thank you

the place was pretty great. no hot showers, though. that was disappointing. it's very peaceful and quiet. short walk and you can have a great view of Taal.

If you’re looking for a peaceful and relaxing vacation with your family and friends in Pansol/Calamba Laguna, Celine’s place is the spot. Place is super clean, organize and well maintained. It’s like a secret garden with a natural hot spring pool and Jacuzzi. Kuya Joseph (caretaker) is also very nice and helpful. Make sure to use Celine’s instruction on how to get to the house for the address shown on the listing is a bit confusing. My family and I had a great time and we will definitely comeback. I highly recommend Celine’s place!

I stayed here in 2020 and fell in love with the place. It is a great place to stay if you want to have some peace and quiet and get in touch with nature. Huge plus for the gym and the lap pool. Customer service is top notch! I will keep coming back.

Highly Recommended. Specially for the price. The Host was very accomodating and we were able to Check-in easily even when he wasn't present there. Pros: - Very Clean Place with a very minimal aesthetic. It also smelled great. Furniture choice felt premium, host definitely didn't cheap out. Everything was very tidy overall. - Plates and Utensils that are provided all match together. Plates are ceramic and almost everything is provided. - Cleaning Equipment are also provided to maintain cleanliness during your stay. - 5 min walk away from Bus Stop at Olivarez/Rotonda. - Many budget friendly food options surrounding the place, specially when compared to other similar condo complexes. - Host is very friendly and acommodating. He even allowed us to check-in earlier upon our request. Cons: - No cooking allowed inside the unit. Though microwave heating is allowed. - Window/Balcony view is on the opposite side of Taal Lake. Taal can be viewed on the roofdeck of the Building.

The host is very responsive and easy to negotiate with. Will surely prefer him as host for our next visit. I just wish to have mirror somewhere in the living room or bed room for guests like us who is attending an event and has to prep on our own. A room deodorizer might also be a plus factor on your unit 😉 Overall, we had a comfortable stay. Highly recommended unit ☺️

The place is nice and ate was so helpful and let us enjoy even if we were already loud 😅 The water in pool is also clean. The only issue is the videoke microphone. But I will still recommend this place
