Great value for money. Not the best wi-fi, but other than that no complaints from a regular arcadia resident.

I would like to say that Bualai's condo was awesome. I had a very relaxed stay. The place was extremely clean. Very spacious, the furniture was in really good condition, and I was surprised she even had an air fryer in the condo if I wanted to cook. I loved the view and the balcony that over saw the pool area. The condo also had two large TV's which was a huge plus for me. The one part that made the check in and out process of Bualai's place cool, Bualai met me both times. She walked through the condo with me, conversated with me, and ensured everything was good to go. Then before I checked out, she came back and asked about my stay and wished me safe travel back home which was the first time a host has done for me. She is awesome, funny, and very delightful. I highly recommend Bualai's place.

Great unit in a highly rated complex. close to anything you might need, shopping, restaurants and nightlifeb are all in walking distance. the unit look like was described and showed in the pictures..Jonathan was a great host, very friendly and amicable and very responsive when asked questions. after multiple trips to Thailand I can say he is one of the best hosts I've stayed with and would definitely come back if the unit is available on my travel dates.

We have an awesome stay! The staffs were great and very helpful (Nueng). The place is clean, nicely furnished and everything works well (shower, aircon, electrical appliances, etc.). The best part is the balcony with the breathtaking view. Worth every penny!

I had a great stay in this unit, it was nice and clean, the check in process was straightforward. It’s within walking distance to stores, food, laundry’s etc. The facilities were great with a convenience store in the building

The place was great, the view from the fifth floor was not a big deal,but the rooftop pool made up for everything. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment was well-equipped.

The staff at the condo that was at the office/condo was rude, unprofessional and was not helpful at all when we asked for directions and instead us questions that was none of their business like: how much did we pay for our condo? Etc

We spent 3 nights in Pattaya and Kyle looked after us very well. We did have “problems” with our keycard, but these were solved within 15 minutes because Kyle was able to help us immediately and someone fixed the problem on site. The AirBnb is really great if you want to be centrally located and offers a lot in terms of views, amenities and usage options such as a bar/pool. The on-site staff is available 24 hours a day downstairs in the lobby. The pool is outstanding and offers a great view of the sea and the city. All in all, I would recommend the AirBnb again and again and may come back soon myself.

May is an absolute gem! This is my third stay at May’s condo and won’t be the last. Super friendly, accommodating, and very quick to respond to any messages. I lucked out connecting with a host like May. I met her husband Joe this time and he’s just as nice!

There are convenience facilities such as pool pocketball. Transportation is convenient. There is a washing machine in the room and a dryer function, so it's good for swimming and washing.

Really nice views from this room. Easy entry to the pool. Host is always accommodating.

beatiful villa with good quality of interiors and furniture's. The swimming pool has a jacuzzi system included. The water was a bit cold but it is ok. Very comfotable place and very quite.

I stayed here for a week and I would highly recommend this place, very spacious house and a quit neighborhood, but also not very far from everything you would want to do. if you plan to go to pattaya I'd recommend staying here.

Thailand is delicious and fun, but the most surprising thing is this villa, there is a pool, the hygiene is also clean, I will definitely recommend this house next time!

Yuri 'space was fantastic. Very clean and stylish place with everything you needed. In a great location, right near heaps of great places to eat! Yuri was very accommodating and helpful letting us drop our bags off early and checking in on us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. High speed wifi, 250 mb/s , many attraction around, kids play ground , and fitness room, Restaurants there I could say excellent. Furthermore, they clearly explained the area, and also arranged a taxi for me from the apartment to the airport after I checked out. For (Price), I honestly think this is a bargain. I am looking forward to staying here again one day.

We had a group of 15 - most people didn’t know each other and the villa provided a perfect amount of privacy (if preferred) and great community areas to eat, cook and hang out! Pool was awesome.

Minnie, our host, was very friendly. From the communication before our stay to almost daily requests during our stay, everything was quickly resolved. She is truly a very helpful host. Thank you.
