Holiday rentals with beach access in Musselburgh

Sam’s place and support were perfect. Each of the rooms were inviting and comfortable. The bathrooms were modern and showers very good. The whole setting was charming and the location central to the town.

Elaine was the most helpful host and responsive to messages. Her place is well located in Dunbar, spacious and clean. We stayed here whilst at a wedding at Broxmonth Courtyard with young children and grandparents. Elaine even went to the effort of leaving toys, a cot and highchair.

A Gem of a place. Everything we wanted.Catherine was a super host. If you’re arriving by train about a 10 to 15 minute walk through the lovely town. Very close to a beautiful beach walk especially in the frost.

We loved the apartment and the location. We had a beautiful view from the living room and kitchen areas. The neighborhood has great restaurants and is very walkable. We walked to the train station for the Edinburgh train, and it was super easy to get around. I highly recommend Julie’s place.

Our family of 4 (plus Inca, our border terrier) stayed at The Puffin Burrow for 3 nights between Christmas and New Year. It was comfortable, clean and very well equipped. There was even a real Christmas tree in the main room which was a nice touch. The best thing about it was the location right opposite the beach which made it so easy to get out for walks with our dog. Once or twice I emailed Lucy to ask her something and she replied immediately which was very helpful. The flat itself is very tastefully decorated, there are games, maps, books, tv, everything you could need really. We'd definitely book this place again in the future.

This was the nicest airbnb we have ever stayed in. The flat is perfect - it’s nicely furnished, with lots of space. The view from the front windows is stunning. Everything you need is on the doorstep - shops, restaurants, bars and cafes. We had our dog with us - it was perfect for him with a beach 30 seconds walk away & some incredible walks in the area. Loved it & will be back.

North Berwick is a wonderful place to stay and this property is in the perfect location, with an easy walk to the beach, town and train station. Its a period property - well decorated, welcoming and spacious - with fantastic sea views. The property had everything you need for your stay - we even got a Christmas tree. Our dogs loved the easy walk to the beach and the generous outside space and lawn. Parking for 2 cars was easy on Links Road to the side of the property. The owner was very helpful and communication was excellent. We would love to return and spend a long summer evening in the garden. Thanks for a great stay.

Three nights stay in October. Really comfortable. The value of the fireplace should not be understated! Certainly would go back again.

Cottage was MUCH better than expected based on pictures. Garden fabulous. Just few mins through lovely park and in main st. Loads lovely glasses. Nice wee touches like shampoo, herbs. Lots of room. Already planning return trip. Thank you.

We like to eat at home most of the time. The kitchen is well equipped to cook variable meals. Communicating with Wendy was very easy. Just sending a mail and within very little time there was a response from her. Most importantly, we are a family of 5. Usually we have to rent a house with 3 double beds. Our children are at an age that they don’t mind sharing a bed, but prefer their own bed. The house has 1 double bed and 4 singles. So it is very well suited for families with 2-4 children.

Jamie was friendly and responsive which helped a lot. clear check in instructions and clean space.

Amazing place, right beside the sea. The best part is you can hear the waves as you go to sleep at night. I only wish we stayed longer.

Lovely property. Milk in the fridge when we arrived and fresh towels laid out with was a very thoughtful touch. Would stay again.

We had the pleasure of staying at Alison’s for Christmas. A lovely cozy place to spend the holiday looking at the sea. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking roast dinner. Alison made us feel at home by putting out Christmas decorations and a Christmas card! She was very communicative sending instructions and Hive heating schedule in advance. Already looking forward to staying again.

We booked the flat for a few days for my Dad to stay over Christmas. The flat was ideal, Craig had left a few Christmas treats, which was really appreciated. The flat was spotless and my Dad felt right at home. We will definitely book again!

We have had a really lovely stay for 4 nights at Karen’s apartment. The apartment is extremely comfortable and very well equipped with quality furniture, linens and kitchen equipment. Karen has thought of everything that we could need during our stay. Everything is spotlessly clean and fresh. The lounge and kitchen overlook the sea and it’s possible to walk straight from the property entrance to the lovely long promenade . There is a supermarket nearby and buses run regularly into Edinburgh. We would love to stay in the apartment on our next trip to the area.

A perfect location within easy walking distance to the golf club, Gullane beach and local pubs and eateries. The apartment was extremely clean and has been maintained to a high & modern standard.

Another lovely stay over the New Year period. It was great to return and we thoroughly enjoyed our trip. Everything was just as we remembered it and lovely and cosy too at this time of year. Thank you again, 5 stars!

Great place. Spacious, with everything we needed. Right in the center of town- the farmers market was on when we visited. Central location for exploring St Andrews and the East Neuk, and Falkland for those Outlander fans. Reece was super responsive. Check-in was easy. Will stay here next time we are in town.

Levi was so kind and helpful the whole time both before and during our stay, even with some wild weather! The place was lovely and clean also, the surroundings were gorgeous, and travel in and out of the city was very convenient too. Thanks so much!

My 2 friends and I were looking for an affordable yet great place to stay on our short trip to Edinburgh. This was the perfect location, few min away from the beach with beautiful views. The host provided clear instructions and provided answers to any questions throughout the stay! The place was as described and super clean.
