Holiday rentals with a patio in Murray River

David’s place is great for an extended stay. We stayed 5 days and was a good sized place for our needs. Yarraville village is an easy 15 min walk and great cafes and local shops. The place is in a small complex on the ground floor and easily accessible. Was a $22 Uber to get to the Tennis at Rod Laver Arena. We sat out on the balcony, had a wine and enjoyed the serenity! Happy to recommend to others.

Key pick up was super close and easy. Height of the apartment in the building was actually more impressive than the listing looked.

Súper convenient location in front of St Kilda beach. Katie was very nice and approachable making our stay super smooth. The check-in instructions are very clear, the only inconvenience is the fact that you need to pick the keys in a different place (convenience store). For us it was OK, very worth to note. Apartment is as described in the pictures and accommodates a family of 5 easily by using the sofa bed. Recommended stay and great hosts. We will be back!

Great stay with a very accommodating host who allowed us an earlier check in and luggage hold which was a major help. Perfect location with easy accessibility to public transport. Clean and comfortable stay. I would suggest maybe a portable stand fan in the bedroom but perfect otherwise. Will definitely be booking again, Thanks Frazer and team!

Our stay at Ruqaya’s apartment was fabulous. Very clean and comfortable. Ruqaya had supplies in the pantry and fridge for us which was lovely. Ruqaya was very responsive to messages. The view was amazing 🤩 Short walk to Melbourne central and out to where we needed to go. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Thank you Ruqaya.

Lynette was easy to communicate with. Location of house was close to the river. Lynette's house provided a great place for the team to sleep whilst working in the area. Would happily stay here again.

We stayed at Brad’s place over the long weekend and it was nothing short of amazing! He was so helpful throughout the stay and accommodated perfectly for our stay and the extras we had coming. It was so relaxing and exactly what we were looking for! We had the best time and will definitely be returning! Thanks again Brad, appreciate your help.

Good value for money we had 3 couples stay in the house, each couple had a bedroom to themselves. 2 of the 3 bedrooms have air conditioning. The two bathrooms were a bonus. We didn’t use the second lounge room as the air con in the main lounge room was nice and cool. We used the bbq and outdoor area to eat both nights. The house has been recently renovated.

We stayed two nights at Jack's place and it was everything as described . Peaceful location and clean property.

A great location within walking distance to Central Melbourne. The apartment is in a relatively quiet neighbourhood just across three street from a park and a full-size Woolworths, which was very convenient. The apartment was airy, spacious, quiet and well equipped, and the on-site pool and gym were great amenities. We would be happy to go back to Mary's place.

Deb and Rob's apartment is a stunning jewel in the heart of Melbourne, an excellent location at South Bank near the Yarra river. Many attractions can be reached walking or by public transport. Supermarket, bottleshop and great coffee place are opposite the apartment building. The apartment is modern, beautiful, well stocked with all amenities one would like to have. Everything works! Wifi is great, parking spot for the car was very much appreciated (and required for us). Deb and Rob are great hosts, always acting and reacting fast, clear and to the point. will definitely stay here again. flexible check in / check out. Daniela is responsive, friendly and welcoming. we walked in to a hand written note, chocolates and a bottle of wine we felt instantly at home. Apartment is beautiful and clean.

The apartment was beautiful and in a great location for sure. we loved the heritage building, the only thing that was a bit of an issue, specifically just for my family group was the accessibility a little bit. There is an elevator which is great, but you have to walk up or down a flight of stairs to get to it. Sadly that was not known when booking and would ordinarily not be an issue, but we had one of our travel members this time travelling had difficulty with the stairs. But other than that, it was fantastic. Would definitely book again!

Great place to stay, area itself felt safe and quiet. We loved the swimming pool too! Kid friendly and lots of things to do around the area. Highly recommended and will stay again.
