We had a wonderful stay at Alessio's apartment in Florence. Alessio's attendance was excellent, always attentive before, during and after our stay. It allowed us to access the apartment before the scheduled time, which was a very kind detail on your part. The location is unbeatable: less than 5 minutes from the walking train station, with several public transport stops next door, and surrounded by restaurants, cafes and a stone's throw from the Florence market. The apartment was in perfect condition, with excellent distribution. Each room has its own bathroom, which made our stay even more comfortable. In addition, the building has an elevator, which was very practical for luggage. Thank you very much Alessio for your hospitality and hospitality. We will definitely be back!

The apartment is on the third and final floor of a building a few steps from Santa Maria Novella station: I was only there for a few hours (arrived by train and having to leave by train) and therefore the proximity to the station was a valuable factor of comfort. The climb to the third floor is quite ambitious, but when you arrive at the top you will find a niceapartment, very bright, absolutely clean, with a nice bathroom and a bed that I found very comfortable, equipped for more than four pillows (of two different thicknesses, so you can choose). Check-in is very simple, the host responds quickly (we also met casually and is also very nice!) and the price is very competitive in my opinion. In short, I am promoted with full votes.

Angelo‘s flat is nicely located across the river in the less touristy part of the town. It was quiet with a supermarket and great bakery close by. At a 5-10 min walking distance you can find great restaurants and cocktail bars. The flat was clean and had everything we needed. The communication with Angelo was easy at all times. Definitely recommend!

Vittoria was so helpful, quick to respond and represented her home beautifully. We will 100% be booking her place upon our return! The location was incredible, so close to everything. Cost was so little for what you get aswell. 10/10

Great place with a magnificent view, quiet in the heights. The pool is very pleasant during the day and the bar / restaurant offers a good value for money with a great kindness from the hosts! I recommend it.

My family and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the home of Alessandro and Emiliano in Florence. The house is simply charming, with every detail carefully thought out – from antique pieces to tasteful touches that make every corner special. The view of the valley is stunning, a spectacle aside, and it's really worth enjoying this unique place. What made the experience even more memorable was the hospitality of the hosts. Alessandro and Emiliano were exceptional – attentive, available and extremely helpful, taking care of every detail so that we could feel at home. It is rare to find such dedicated and welcoming hosts. Undoubtedly, we will recommend this house to all our friends, and we are already looking forward to returning on an upcoming visit to Florence. Highest note for the home, for the experience, and especially for hosts! Thank you so much!

Gianfranco provided a lot of help both before and during our stay. 1. During the check-in process, he gave us detailed instructions, making it easy for us to settle in. 2. The parking facility was very convenient. After parking, we took a long escalator to reach the area near the apartment. Riding the escalator was an interesting experience, almost like traveling through a cave. 3. Throughout our stay, they shared helpful information that we could refer to for our plans. 4. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and met all our needs. We highly recommend staying here!

We loved staying at Guido’s home! He was so welcoming from the time we booked our reservation and throughout our stay! He provided so many recommendations on places to see and things to do, I wish we had more time to do it all! After meeting Guido and Ingrid in person, I feel like we have made some new friends and hope we get the chance to see them again in the future!

Ideal place for someone who choose silence and calmness. Dreamed place for someone like us who set big price for nature/being able to reset mind and totally chillout. Area is situated far from the road and there is only a sound and smell of nature. Thats how we imagined Toscany - winery, cyprysses, wild environment and all far from loud city. Swimming pool was extra addiction which helped with high temperatures and also added prestige to the object. Access to activities/sightseeing around is very suitable - you have more than 8 different places to visit which takes almost whole day each. This object beaten up our expectations - it’s so so impressive - we will definitely come back. PS. We were with our 16months old daughter - she was happier than we could imagine. Totally recommend, Szymon and Justyna.

This was exactly what we were looking for. Very peaceful and private with beautiful views. Lots of wonderful villages to visit and explore within a 30 minute drive. Norma made some great reservations for our anniversary dinner as well as a couple of great wine tours. She also gave us recommendations of which villages were best to visit and what to do there. We highly recommend doing the cooking lessons with her family. They are such a nice family and were very eager to show us how to cook a traditional Tuscan meal. Grandma really is an amazing cook. They even sat with us as a family to share what we had cooked. We have been to many AirBnB’s and Norma has been our best host by far. We would go back the next time we visit Tuscany. Dave and Liz

Very kind host and very helpful in explaining the apartment and travel tips. The apartment is cheerful and cozy, super clean and with all the comforts and needs you can have during a trip and even more.

I had a great time at this place. Literally close to Duomo and everything else within 10 minute radius. The place is clean and well-maintained. If I come back to Florence, this will be the place that I will stay again.

We had a great stay in this comfortable, clean apartment. It is near many landmarks and close to the Central Market so we could shop to cook at home - the kitchen was well stocked with dishes etc. The rooftop patio was an amazing place to sit and eat while looking at the Duomo. Our host offered some restaurant suggestions that we tried and they were very good. I would definitely stay here again.

One of the reasons our family was able to fully enjoy Florence was choosing this accommodation. It is conveniently located near the train station, within walking distance of most tourist attractions, and surrounded by many great restaurants, allowing us to relax comfortably at the end of each day. On top of that, the beautifully decorated interior prepared by the host and the various amenities provided made our 5-day stay perfect in every way. Although there are many stairs, the host was very helpful during check-in, so it wasn’t an issue. The breathtaking view of Florence’s sunset from the top floor made climbing all those stairs absolutely worth it. One of my children mentioned wanting to live in a place like this, which shows just how satisfied we were with the accommodation.

We wish we stayed longer. Definitely would stay in this cute n cozy unit if we ever get a chance to return and will recommend to friends n family.
