We stayed in the apartment for the 2nd time and we enjoyed it just as much as the 1st email. The apartment is well equipped, very well maintained and very close to the beach. Even the underground car park looked like new. Communication with the hosts was exemplary again. We'll be back for sure.

Everything worked out, as it was agreed in advance in a short email exchange. At the agreed time, we were kindly welcomed by Ms. Malzahn, led into the apartment and instructed in the very good furnishings. All friendly and personal, helpful and factual. Thus, we quickly felt at home and were able to enjoy the beautiful sea view and the surroundings. Thanks for the nice week right on the Baltic Sea.

The place was very easy to reach and check-in was well organized. The equipment is perfect, everything we needed for 3 great relaxing days at the Usedom. Particularly noteworthy is the bedroom under the roof, spacious and very good bed with excellent mattresses and everything wonderfully clean. Thanks a bunch

We had a really nice and modern apartment on the first floor. However, you should know that the bathroom is accessible from the bedroom if you are traveling with a small child. The communication was great and we felt comfortable. We were able to park almost right outside the front door.

We had a wonderful holiday at Michael's place and were able to relax wonderfully. Super location to the Baltic Sea and very quiet. The apartment was well equipped and clean. Great location: quiet side street close to the beach. Shops, restaurants and harbor are within walking distance. The only drawback: missing parking directly on the street - but this is common for Warnemünde. The apartment is cozy and practical. We did not fold the bed every day, there is also enough space. What I or my back did not like was the quite firm mattress (that's a matter of taste). The kitchen is well equipped, everything you need is available. Everything was very clean. For the unobtrusive Christmas decorations, there is an extra point from me. Check-in worked out very well, either via an app or via key pad. In addition, there is a key in the apartment. The communication with Gunnar was hassle-free and friendly. We'd love to come back - THANK YOU!

My wife and I, our three grandchildren as well as our dog spent a wonderful vacation in Ulrike's cottage. The house is very lovingly and cozily decorated and has a huge living and dining area. The bedrooms have good mattresses, screens and blinds. Everything is available in very good quality technical equipment, as well as dishes, etc. The house is very clean and well maintained. The internet connection via wifi did not cause any problems. The property itself is a dream, high pine trees and a huge lawn, created for all kinds of activities. It was only a short walk to the swimming spot, where there was also a rowing boat for rent. The communication with Ulrike was very pleasant. All large and small holiday home guests enjoyed the days in Kleinzerlang very much and we will definitely be back.

Absolute repetition needed! There were two of us staying in the accommodation for two nights and we left happily. The special highlight is the wide view of nothing to the sea and the absolute tranquility. We have to make special recommendations regarding the private spa area, which can be booked separately - great sauna with infusion facilities and relaxation area inside as well as outside and especially the hot tub. Under the stars and in absolute peace (when the showers are out), we have never experienced this before. Thies greeted us super friendly and showed us the property, very pleasant. The only thing that could be noted regarding privacy is that the glass door behind which the dining table is facing the host's property - it didn't really bother us, but maybe there are some who would like otherwise. However, a curtain would be a solution to the puzzle. Thanks for a great stay!

The place is nicely located, close to the lake. Everything you needed was there, very clean and tidy without "dirty corners" . The furniture was nicely coordinated with each other, no indiscriminate cramming of grandma's oll dining table and discarded tablecloths/towels:-) and other things. We felt right at home and enjoyed the time very much. In summer, even more beautiful, with use of the terrace, barbecue and the proximity to the swimming spot. Anke was always and quickly accessible, patient and helpful so absolutely recommended. Whether you end up with the cleaning fee, everyone has to decide for themselves, which is similar in many accommodations, but still different.

We had a really good weekend at Matthis‘ house! From communication before and during the stay, to amenities (only 5 wine glasses for 12 people, but everything else was more than abundant) to cleanliness, everything was just right for our group of 12. The hot tub and sauna overlooking the lake was of course unbeatable. There is not much going on in the area, but shopping, further walking routes and Co. are easily accessible by car. We can 100% recommend the house:)

We were 11 people and had a very pleasant week in the house on the Bodden. Arrangements with Jan were uncomplicated in advance and on site. We particularly liked the beautiful view of the water, the large garden, the living area, the tranquility during the day and at night and the sauna house. You can go to Greifswald very well by bike. Also towards the west is a good tour via Gristow and then (on the water long) to Stahlbrode. You can eat very well in Gristow at "De Fischer and be Fru". Bathing is not recommended directly at the property because of seagrass (better in Wampen or in the Tremt). The boat is ok but only transporting to the water with several strong people.

We had a wonderful time at Matthias‘ house. The house is modern, beautifully decorated and very well equipped. Matthias is a great host who always responded quickly, gave tips and was helpful with issues. Only for the cleanliness I had to deduct a bit of points because it seemed like it had been cleaned, but already a long time ago, which is why there was a lot of dust and cobwebs in the corners and some dead flies. All in all, I can only recommend Airbnb and will be happy to come back.

Cute thatched roof cottage on the edge of the horse paddock. The driveway can't be found immediately, but that too has had its flair. Glasses, dishes and cutlery are of very good quality and also kept in good shape inside. Sauna was very clean and not crowded by the time regulation. Same goes for the hot tub. Great time

The apartment is very modern and stylish. Especially the gallery is a special highlight and gives the apartment a certain charm. Everything is very well maintained and clean. We immediately felt comfortable, the center, the beach and the train station are a few minutes' walk away. Check in & out as well as communication with the hostess was always friendly and hassle-free. We were very happy with our choice and would come back anytime or recommend the place. Thank you!

We really enjoyed our time there. It was wonderfully quiet and easily accessible with the bikes Kühlungsborn and Rerik. We were able to do many beautiful tours on the coast and were able to take great care of ourselves in Kägsdorf through the shop in the neighborhood. The apartment was super equipped with everything you could need. We felt very comfortable.

We stayed in the apartment for the 2nd time and this time especially enjoyed the cozy atmosphere in the apartment, with great evening sky, lots of wood in the decor and colorfully dimmable Light mood. In the large, fortunately not too soft bed we could very well sleeping. Impressive is the panoramic view from the bedroom, over which South-facing balcony all the way to the backwater. In the bright living room, cut over the corner, there are various Areas, so even families with children have good space. We liked to cook in the small but practical kitchen and also sometimes baked, everything from high-quality pots to the waffle iron. We have never had such a good TV in a vacation rental and sound system with Netflix and AppleTV. The wifi worked 1a. Also in the bathroom with detergent for the Miele, shower gel, shampoo all organic! Thanks to the hosts Christina and Stefan, who personally prepare everything so lovingly. Maria and Helmuth

Everything was as described. You felt right at home. The accommodation was sufficiently large, very clean and there was everything we needed. Gladly again.

The location was very good, a lot was within walking distance. The underground parking space was nice and wide. The apartment was comfortably furnished and you will find everything you need. Only toilet paper could have been a little more.
