The apartment felt like a home away from home; it was very cozy. It also has absolutely stunning views! This may be an odd comment, but THE BEST BED I have ever slept in.

Cesar is super kind and proactive. Location is great, easy access driving to old SJ and other locations. We enjoyed our stay.

The hosts went above and beyond with everything I needed! The place is absolutely beautiful and 100% walking distance to everything! You literally walk out the back door to the beach!! And it’s the most priceless view you could ever ask for!! 10 out of 10!!

The villa is immaculate, with thoughtful design and impeccable cleanliness. Every detail has been considered for ease of access, with clear labels and readily available directions for any items that require them. We arrived at night, and the villa's patios and interiors were beautifully lit, making it easy to navigate and settle in. The kitchen is well-stocked, with clean and easily accessible appliances. Every area is thoughtfully equipped with expected essentials and delightful extras—ranging from Puerto Rican coffee to aloe vera for those moments when you’ve lingered too long in the sun. Rosemara is an exceptional host—always responsive and proactive in keeping us updated on local news that could affect our stay. For instance, during a mild power outage, we were only aware of it thanks to her timely notification. This brings me to a standout feature: Rosemara’s unit is equipped with both Tesla batteries and solar power, providing an extra layer of comfort and peace of mind. A++++++

Great stay very easy to check in and out

This was a fantastic location - I came with my husband and both sets of parents. The three bedrooms were a godsend, the air conditioning worked great, and the full kitchen allowed us to eat out less (if we wanted) - and to be able to take full advantage of left overs when we did. Just a few short walks to the beach, we always felt safe, and Rob and Lali are very communicative.

Best place we stayed in CONDADO. Everything it’s just great ! The bed and ac, the view, the pool … We will come back again in one month

We had the most incredible stay at this Airbnb in San Juan, Puerto Rico! Everything about it exceeded our expectations. We stayed with two small toddlers - one year old and two year old. The property itself is a dream—there’s a beautiful pool that we enjoyed daily, and the beach was just a 2 min walk away, making it so convenient. The host truly thought of everything to make our stay comfortable, from the well-stocked beach supplies (chairs, umbrellas, and even toys!) to the thoughtful touches throughout the home. What truly set this experience apart was the host’s responsiveness and attention to detail. They were incredibly kind, quick to reply, and always available to help with recommendations or any questions we had. This was, hands down, the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. We are so thankful for this experience with our two little kids. We can’t wait to come back and would recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect getaway in San Juan!

This was a perfect spot for 2 adults enjoying a baecation. Very private. Wonderful views. The beach is literally right there, we walked to it barefooted and enjoyed a cup of coffee on our morning walks. Yoly recommended us some great spots for food also. Everything in the area was delicious. We truly enjoyed our stay. Will be coming back to this very spot again. Thankyou yoly !
