Apartment just as described, very clean and tidy and with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Easy and flexible check-in. The area is very quiet and very easy to reach, a thousand more points for the possibility of always being able to find a parking lot under the house, which for a city like Rome is almost a dream.

I absolutely loved my stay at this accommodation! The place was cozy and perfectly clean, and the host went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. It truly felt like a home – I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

The location is fantastic, on a pedestrian street around a 10-15 minute walk over the Tiber from St Peter's Square, and about 15 mins from the Pantheon. The apartment is very well equipped though we didn't cook as there is such a wide choice of places to eat. As other guests have said, the only downside is that the street is noisy àt night, not quieting down until 1-2am due to the number of nearby bars. I would recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Rome for a holiday or work.

Despite the accommodation being close to the station we decided to take up the offer of a taxi service which was ideal as it was our first time in Rome and cheaper than the train for a group of 8. However the location was just around the corner from the train station and a close proximity to a lot of the attractions. The host met us at the accommodation and showed us around. She had already sent us a lot of details recommending places to visit and places to eat which was very helpful. The accommodation was clean, and a great place to stay. The neighbours were lovely too. Thanks a lot for making our first trip to Rome one to remember. 👍🏾

Our stay went very well. Simonetta and her son are extremely dedicated and available at the slightest request. The accommodation is very clean and perfectly in line with the description. We felt like we were staying with friends and will happily be back.

the Dream turned out to be a comfortable place, with a lot of space, cozy and clean, well heated, with a fully equipped kitchen. Mrs. Susanna was very kind to us and our dogs. We highly recommend it

If you want a destination that is close to everything, but quiet, this is the right choice. all the windows of the apartment opened onto the courtyard and the entrance was along a small, quiet street (Via del Boccacia). it took a few minutes to walk to the metro station. Fransesca was quick to respond to messages and was flexible with check-in times, which was important to us. the apartment corresponded well to the descriptions. beds Ok although I'm used to softer ones.

Livios place was a lovely private destination perfect for our family. We were visiting the area for a wedding, and we felt very welcome. The pool was a great way to spend time together and we also had BBQ’s. It is important to have a car - we explored the lake, visiting all of the towns. We had an issue with wifi being in the countryside and also the TV, however Livio was very responsive in attending to this. If we come back to Bracciano area, we will definitely be re-booking with Livio

We had a lovely stay at Iris’s place, the place is. Bit small for long stays, however it is clean, cozy, close to the Vatican and is walkable distance away from almost everything beautiful in Rome. Iris is an amazing host, very responsive and super friendly. I recommend this place with a heartbeat and can’t wait to be back again.

Very cool place. New equipment and big screen smart TV. Everything is very clean. There is underfloor heating in the accommodation, but unfortunately the floor is cold right in front of the toilet. Maybe that's the only negative. The owners are very nice.

Fabiana’s home is a little treasure. So much care and attention to creating a little beach getaway. Comfortable bedding, all the wonderful amenities and a fabulous, responsive host. We thoroughly enjoyed the rooftop living space to watch the sunset or simply to relax. Walkable to the beach and a great restaurant. Close to airport which made it easy to make our connection along with Fabiana’s shuttle recommendation. Fabiana was always prompt and so helpful in responding to our needs or questions. A wonderful host! Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! After a 3-week vacation around Italy, we wanted a quiet place to unwind for the last three days before our flight, and this apartment was perfect. The space was clean, comfortable, and, best of all, free from any unpleasant odors – it was refreshing to step into such a well-maintained and welcoming environment. It truly felt like home! The location is great, with the seashore right in front of the house and the port and numerous restaurants within walking distance. Despite its proximity to everything, the area is quiet and private, with a bakery and supermarkets conveniently nearby. Free parking is also available near the house. Communication with Stefano was excellent! He was very accommodating! Highly recommended!

We had a great stay at Enrico's place. The Airbnb was close by to lots of attractions and was a very comfortable place to stay.

Perfect place. Oh so comfortable beds! Torture to get up early on our last day. Very attractive comfortable apartment. Like a hotel but with character. Metro five minutes walk. Genial, friendly host. I loved staying there and highly recommend it. Thank you Giuseppe!

The house is in a very convenient location. Both to visit all the papal basilicas for the Jubilee by metro, and to reach every other point of interest. In the house there are menus to order to take away when you return to the house after a full day outside. Nearby there is any service, even a shopping center with a garage where you can leave the car at a very reasonable nightly price. The first night finding the water was a very welcome surprise.

Well, it was super safe place, there’s only local people I think. Easy to get to center of Rome, around 2-30mins by bus. Aparment was so cozy, clean, lovely and quiet. I found a very local and amazingly delicious gelato shop, Ice cream and mozzarella, highly recommend pistacio with darker colour. And the host was the best!!!! So kind and responsable.

Giuseppe is a fantastic, very helpful host. Communication is always quick and without misunderstandings, the space is absolutely outstanding. Super nice: There was still free coffee powder for the coffee maker. THANK YOU! The place is clean and bright and if you don't know further, you can look into the house manual. Then everything works. Giuseppe organized a cheap airport transfer for 7 people at very short notice. The driver, Markus, is from the other star: he had to wait for us for an hour (flight delay), was still super friendly and gave us great tips for Rome on the drive (his restaurant tip: Pancrazio dal 1922. Delicious food and great atmosphere there, we tried it). A wonderful stay, also thanks to Giuseppe and Markus.

We had a great stay.The breaker fell off twice during our stay, but the host was quick to respond to our messages and thanks to our collaborators, the electricity was immediately returned.We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. He told me about the surrounding restaurants and supermarkets, and he told me a lot of things very politely when I checked in.Would love to stay here again if I go to Rome. Thank you very much!
