We spent 1 night in this place, ideal for four guests. There is a lot of space, well-kept territory and a responsive owner. We really liked that there is a wood-burning stove on the balcony, where you can warm up comfortably. Of the minuses, we can note the lack of duvet covers and a hygiene kit. Nevertheless, even in the off-season, the housing is well-kept and cleaned and prepared for guests to move in.

Very cute village house, everything you need in the house. It has a gorgeous garden. It is right in Kayaköy and on foot, you can easily reach everything you need and you have the opportunity to visit the historical Kayaköy. 20 min by car to the city center I recommend going to the cold water bay, we love it. We are always traveling with our dog. The garden of the house is very suitable for the dog. But we had a very sad incident the day we checked in. Our dog beat up one of the chickens around the house and killed him. We also apologize to my host for this again. Also, thank you so much for your understanding. I am really sorry. In summary, we came back with a lot of pleasure from our holiday. Be sure to experience this house. I love it. Happy holidays to everyone in advance.

When we reached the house with our family of 3 and our dog, Ms. Gülden and Mr. Yusuf welcomed us very warmly. The house was spotlessly clean and very tidy. Everything a home should have, and even more, was available. The house was cool because it was a little high altitude in terms of location and on the edge of the forest. Which allowed us not to be overwhelmed by the heat and sleep comfortably. We didn't feel the need to turn on the AC at all. The garden was quite large and surrounded by a fence. Our dog enjoyed it freely in the yard. The pool was small but enjoyable It was ideal to start the day fit in the morning. The surroundings were very quiet and peaceful. There was no sound other than the occasional distant dog barking. Our hosts were caring. They often asked if we needed anything. The only address we will stay in when we come to Fethiye. We would like to thank Ms. Gülden and Mr. Yusuf for everything.

I communicated with the judge from another city. But I've never seen a host who is so tolerant, so caring, so caring. When we entered the interior like our own home, the magnificent smell of cleanliness was already showing the quality. Ms. Arife's interest, helpfulness, everything was very nice, we were very satisfied. This is the only address to stay when I come to Fethiye from now on. :)

The location is central, the distance to the beaches is 15-20 min drive, the market (bazar) is 5 min drive. Carrefour shop which is near is not recomended. The appartments is good for a short stay, like 2-4 days max (it is more looks a light house construction). In the city I'd recomend the restaurant Nomands. The interrior and equipment is basic however it was clean.

We really enjoyed our stay. The view is beautiful and the pool is great. The villa is located on a steep slope and the road access is quite challenging, especially parking the vehicle in the garage but we enjoyed the challenge. It is about a 20 minute walk to the beach where there are numerous restaurants. The walk back takes longer due to the steep incline.

The house is just as it appears in the photos, it is a very pleasant house to have a holiday. We went to 4 adults, 2 children and had a very nice 4 days. Mr. Ali greeted us at the beginning of the street and accompanied us to the house. The house was more than missing. There was an extra large ice maker, filter coffee maker, mocha pot, Turkish coffee maker. All the kitchen utensils were very available, there were plenty of spices. They have a stocked kitchen that you can enter and use as your own without bringing anything with you. The house was big for us, but this also gave us the opportunity to use it comfortably. We went to the beach recommended by Mr. Ali to swim in the sea. Söğüt is a really quiet neighborhood, the sea is undisturbed and warm. Especially in September, the sea at an ideal temperature for families with children thinking about a holiday is never cold. Having a pool of the house was very good for the children, they left the sea and continued to have fun in the pool. There was box game for the kids. We would love to go and stay again, it was just what we wanted, thank you so much for a wonderful holiday.

really amazing stay , the site was safe and clean, the house was very nice

We absolutely loved staying at Irmak’s home. The house is really comfortable and well equipped. It’s perfect for a group of friends and everyone had their own bathroom. The infinity swimming pool was perfect, although a little fresh when you first jump in in the morning! We were lucky to stay when the citrus fruits were starting to ripen and Irmak allowed us to pick the fruit so we had plenty of fresh oranges. The local communal cats were adorable too, not annoying like they can be in some places. We developed a nice friendship with them! When the sun goes down behind the oak tree at about 4pm we headed to a nearby beach to catch the rest of the day’s sun. The villa is very private, up in the mountains. Irmak is a great host and was super helpful when my friend was bitten by a scorpion. A car is essential and it means you can drive to the amazing restaurants in and around Akyaka. Akyaka is the embodiment of slow travel. The best place ever!

Halil is an excellent host. The house has everything you are looking for. We felt at home. We didn't really want to leave the house. Both the location and the decoration of the house made us feel like we were staying in a cabin of our own in the forest. Thank you very much for everything. Hope to see you again. Onur’s place is perfect! It’s a big villa with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and two large patios. Comfortable (with great air conditioning) and close to town (although the roads are a bit steep, fyi). Onur was the best host ever! He helped arrange taxis for us each day, and he was incredibly responsive and helpful. He really went above and beyond, and we were so grateful as it made our trip easy. I highly recommend staying here!

We came to this villa for the 2nd time, and it was another great family holiday. Inlice is a quiet village and a great place to relax and disconnect, while being only 10m drive from Gocek with its restaurants and shopping street. The house and the garden are in a very good condition, with everything necessary readily available. The host is very friendly and responsive, and happy to provide local recommendations (e.g. finding a boat for a day in the sea). Thank you Murat for hosting us!

lovely place by the sea with a cute patio and garden. i stayed at the end of the season so it was very private. the kitchen is best well equipped, i was able to make meals. the washing machine is also very useful. everything was clean and nice smelling when i arrived. gözde and evren were very kind and helpful. i would love to stay again!

One of the best Airbnbs I have stayed so far . Everything is as described. Magical place to relax and unwind. The whole house has a meditative, positive and calming vibe. Mr. Onur is a great host. Her house is the same. A quiet house in a huge garden that is immaculately clean. We were so comfortable with our dog, we never left our minds. It was almost always in the garden. The sweet breeze of the olive trees added to our holiday. Even thought about where to put the car. There's even a canopy in the garden where you can put your vehicle. Don't buy your in-house needs from the grocery store, because the house has everything you want.
