Very modern style, everything you need is available, high-quality equipment! Even bikes are available, great! Quiet area. Due to the fact that the lawn is blown daily in the evening, there are some mosquitoes, but all rooms have a screen. We would come back.

Our stay was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The house was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The location of the property was also ideal, providing a peaceful and private atmosphere while still being close to local attractions and amenities. The hosts were incredibly kind, responsive, and made sure we felt welcome from start to finish. We can’t wait to return!

Beautiful place exactly as described. we had a lovley holiday here and would definitely come back. Anything we needed was provided including toys and anything else that we needed for our 1 year old baby. Everything was clean, tidy and the outdoor space is amazing with the pool, jacuzzi and outdoor cooking area. The inside was spotless and had everything we needed. Really kind and helpful host - even brought us over some homemade apple cake one day - which was delicious 😋 Good location easy walk into the town and beaches and also had use of electric bikes which we used on a couple of days.

Our vacation in this house was just great. The house is very nice and decorated with a lot of love. The pool is great and is cleaned daily. The terraces offer a lot of space and are all great. The house is exactly as it is described. All things like soap, sponges, oil, and more are new. It all looked like no one has ever been there. All very clean and you feel right at home. Just beautiful. The area is quiet, but you can get everywhere quickly by car. In the village there is a small stand that always has fresh fruits and vegetables there. It's worth supporting. But the blast is the landlords. They both take care of everything. They are always willing to give tips and you will also be supplied with treats in between. The two are super nice. Overall, I highly recommend this place. This certainly wasn't our last time

We were there in August with our dog, for a lot of privacy. The little cottage is secluded on a mountain where there was almost no traffic. The host was super nice and had left us fresh vegetables and wine to welcome us. The house is a rustic style, but very clean and it's also just a great fit for the surroundings! The pool on the higher level is not visible to other people from below, so privacy is also secured there again. The house had everything you could have asked for. We would always book it again!

We were guests as a family of 4 in Esther's small, Istrian cottage. Ester, as well as her daughter Edita, were super friendly and helpful with everything we needed. The excursion destinations Edita recommended to us were great. 😃 The parking is located behind the house, the driveway or exit is a bit tricky due to the adjacent olive trees, but otherwise no problem. The pool is not visible from the street and is located a bit off the house. We liked to use the sun terrace, even though one or the other hallway was no longer completely intact. The beds are perfect, we slept very well in it. Beds are made and there are plenty of towels. The kitchen is well equipped so that you can prepare all kinds of things. Air conditioning on all floors, also a plus. 👍 Close the windows that you don't hear about the traffic. A perfect starting point for things to do for us. Thank you! 🫶

We stayed in Vizinada for a total of 1 week. The pool with the terrace alone offers great opportunities. The charging station in the village with 50KW was within walking distance. There are two small grocery stores, but with higher prices. The surroundings with all their wineries and great villages are easy to explore. Hikes, bike rides or beach visits are also not a problem. By car, you can reach Pula in an hour. The hosts gave us a plate full of treats and a carafe of orange liqueur. Very tasty! The location and facilities fit very well and we would be happy to recommend the place! Only the missing fly screens on the windows should be retrofitted to fly and keep mosquitoes away.

Brane was a very nice host. The apartment itself is nice and clean. Would book again.

Our stay in Petra´s house was perfect. The house is cozy and very practical. You can find there all kind of amenities what you need. Next to the house is great local restaurant.

This is our second time staying at the house. Beautiful place, old renovated house, very comfortable for four people. We really enjoyed both terraces, the covered BBQ area as well as the pool. You could relax and unwind. The neighborhood is beautiful: vineyards, olive groves, and encourages bike tours and walks. Town: Fiorini has a very nice atmosphere, it is quiet and peaceful. Host Catarina is very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!.

This is a perfect holiday resort for families located secluded and undisturbed in a small cozy village. In addition to the main floor, there is also a separate apartment in the basement which makes this perfect for 2 families to share. The house was tidy, clean and nicely furnished. It had all the appliances and equipment you will need. In the nice weather, we still spent almost all of our time outside in the fantastic outdoor room, which had an outdoor kitchen with a large dining area and a gas bbq plate. Both hot tub and swimming pool were clean and were professionally maintained. Marina was the world's nicest host and contributed to a wonderful stay.

It was great, we arrived at Sunday (shops are closed in Slovenia at Sunday), so we really appreciated that there was some basic food and also flexibility of check-in via key box.

Goran is a great host who welcomed us in person, in a punctual and friendly way. The accommodation, in the historic center of the wonderful Motovun, was delivered to us tidy, clean, corresponding to what was described but above all... very hot!!! (the wood-burning stove was a very pleasant surprise) The parking space was shown to us when we arrived, just as we were given a lot of useful information, which allowed us to spend a beautiful weekend!!! Recommended without a doubt!

We had a wonderful time, the house was good to find there was a welcome dinner, the house and the grounds are totally beautiful. As a highlight, the extensively equipped outdoor kitchen in gastronomy is standard, the huge pool and the beautiful basement sauna with shower and relaxation room. We can also recommend the house wine and took a few bottles for home. Will definitely be back 5*

We had a great time during the Christmas holiday's in the 4 Seasons House. Everything advertised was available and the contact with Ivan was both quick and pro-active, letting us know that the roads were OK even though it had snowed. If you are looking for a place to escape the everyday world and enjoy the quiet and the beautiful nature, the 4 Seasons House is perfect for that. Would recommend for anyone looking for a break!

My family and I booked the house for a week and were totally satisfied. Everything was as described. There was nothing in the kitchen. Utensils and dishes were more than enough. The house is in a quiet environment where you have a lot of privacy. The homeowner and caretaker were always reachable. We had a wonderful time and can only recommend the house

Family Kukac was very friendly and they made us feel welcomed. We liked the house and we (specially kids) loved the pool. House is in the middle of small nice village. You can walk to local bakery and get fresh bred and croissants every morning. There is church in the neighbor which was first a little bit confusing (bell rings every 15 min from 6.00 - 22.00) but you get use to it wery soon. We can surely recommend this lovely house to others :)

Nice staying with 24/7 swimming pool and BBQ zone. 10 min by car to the nears beach. Great view from the terrace!

This place is gorgeous and clean, in a peaceful, stunning location. The house is really well-outfitted for a family or group. Unlike so many rentals, the home is equipped with extra towels, spices (not just salt & pepper), cooking utensils, and and the things you need. Josipa is a great communicator: super responsive and helpful and she even lent us bikes for our stay. Thank you!

This place is magically beautiful! You walk from the garden to the beach. The two gardens are lovely to laze in and the house is very nice to be in. You feel right at home. The host is very nice and easy to reach and very helpful. This is truly a top spot!

We had a warm welcome, in the house is verything one needs. Air condition in the house works fine, the kitchen has a lot of inventory, everything you need! :-) The pool has a top size for swimming and is deep enough for jumping into it for the children. Around the pool is a lot of place, seats, sunbeds and parasols are there. We had a perfect time there and want to come back!
