Amazing peaceful please, just outside of the busy chiang mai. Exactly what I needed after an intense retreat. Will def come back here when back again in CM!

We had a great time here. Close to the old city. Quiet area and easy to find. Ampika was very helpful and allowed us to check in early and drop our bags. We even got spoilt with a Christmas chocolate - THANK YOU. Would highly recommend.

Very nice gest house on the outskirts of Chiang Mai, we are not in the middle of the countryside but not really need to go out because the garden is very large and very comfortable. We stayed with our 1-year-old baby and were very happy to be able to cook on site. Only downside, there is quite little hot water but this is a place we highly recommend!

Casampika was perfect for my weekend stay to enjoy Yi Peng. The location is 1 minute away from the river where all the activities are. And it is only a 10 minute walk to the Old City. The room is clean and modern. Great shower with hot water and good pressure. Having air conditioning was great! I felt very safe as a solo, female traveler. The hosts are friendly and helpful. They gave me many tips to enjoy the festival. If you go during the festival it will be loud because there are a lot of fireworks and street vendors. But it was worth it for me to be close to all the action.

The house is clean. The outlet is not very good. It is close to the old city. Conveniently located in the lobby on the first floor and the table tennis table.

In general good, the only defect that rises a little smell for the nights of the pipes. It has a washing machine and kitchen and it is a quiet and welcoming place

We had a great stay at Alistair and Nok’s guest rooms, their property is lovely. It was a nice break from the busy city.

I stayed with a family of four, and the location, washing machine, dryer, and unlimited water provided are the best value for money.
