Stunning views, beautiful decor, and wonderful location. Chuck's place has many thoughtful touches that will enhance your stay. The hot tub is nice on the deck with a stream that runs nearby. The downstairs bunk room is perfect for kids to enjoy. Very close to Beech for skiing! An issue with plumbing and the laundry room, but Chuck had the plumber come right out.

My stay at David & Jennifer’s was great. It was the perfect stay while attending a wedding at the Overlook Barn. They were great communicators prestay, providing a detailed rundown for check in/out. Even after I checked out, I sent them a note saying I had left and made them aware of the battery going in their smoke detector, which they promptly thanked me and assured that they would handle it. Once I got home I realized I left my Yeti ice packs in the freezer. I quickly messaged David & Jennifer saying I left the items and that would it be possible for them to ship them to me (I’d handle the costs). They read the message but never responded. I figured maybe they were waiting to confirm the items were there…a week later and no response I reached out again seeing if they had the items and could ship. Once again they read the message but never responded. Now I understand it was my fault for leaving items but it would’ve been nice to have the hosts at least acknowledge my message.

Beautiful cottage in the blue ridge. Close to the finest nature parks the mountains of NC have to offer. Our host was very respectful and responsive. Will definitely come back soon

We had an issue beyond their control, but Greg and MaryAnna went above and beyond to fix it and make sure the rest of our experience was great! This is the second time we’ve visited and we will definitely be back!! I can’t say enough about how their communication and how involved they are in making sure that e were taken care of! Thank you!!

We were very comfortable during a last minute stay at Marina’s place near Beech Mountain Ski Area. It was clean and comfortable! We would stay here again!

Beautiful place to wake up. Perfect for our family of four and our friends as a base camp for a ski weekend.

If you're looking for views from heaven this is the place! Its breathtaking. Spacious, quiet, and picturesque. House is nestled between neighbors and you'd never know. Wildlife and wilderness meets quaint neighborhood... but at a golf resort. Only downfall is if you dont get groceries prior to arrival,you're out of luck during winter since your on the top of the mountain. Its about 20 to 30min down either direction for them (I shopped on the way in). Things to do are also sparse at this time of year. But, that wasn't the point for our trip, it was to "disappear" for a few days. Bryan was an awesome host. He kept intouch throughout the entire process. I had to make adjustments to my initial occupancy number and cut our trip short a day due to weather related precautions. He was accommodating for each request. Couldn't have had a better host. He invited us back and also made us aware he had other properties on the same resort. All around pleasant and helpful. We will definitely be back!

We loved the home. The weather was iffy with the winter storm coming in and we had to leave a day early. But that’s not her fault!!! The cleaning could have been better; especially the tops of furniture. And the water took forever to heat up in the master bath…all in all it was a great place in a great location. Wish we could’ve stayed longer. Views are beautiful in the snow!

My family had a wonderful stay celebrating our sons 10th birthday! The house was clean and spacious! Beautiful decor and so peaceful.
