Beautiful setting in native bush. Well equipped. It’s well lived in but felt very cosy and we really enjoyed our stay.

Cole's place is a stylish, spacious home with great living space and a beautiful outdoor patio/garden. The location is super. A short walk to Point Chevalier beach for swimming and less than 15 mins drive to the city centre. The jacuzzi is a bonus!

Exceptional place and owners! They had me at the expresso machine but the rest of the kitchen was very thoughtfully supplied with an exquisite view from the dining table, living room and spacious deck. Beautiful grounds. The hosts were very friendly, helpful and responsive. Would absolutely return

This is my family 2nd visit in this lovely house & the location is perfect for close by families. The 1st visit was last year 2023 & due to my medical condition, I was not able to come on that trip, but my family mention that it was a house that we can call home. It was my 1st visit and now I see why they say this is home. Thanks to the host for making it possible for my family to check in early. Hope all is well with the host & in the future if possible & be able to return would be great.

Great location, super easy to find. Close to Mission bay beach & restaurants and handy to Spark Arena. Very clean and spacious and we really enjoyed our stay!

Great home that our family used over the Christmas period. Jo was very thoughtful as she left us a Christmas tree, which was a nice touch. She was also very responsive on any questions or issues that we had. Would recommend this property as it was in such a great location in Browns Bay with many locations to visit nearby

A second fabulous stay in 2 months. We're so happy to have found Island Breeze! Once again, we were treated to peace and quiet, bird song (including Kaka fly-pasts again!), plus beautiful weather, easy access to beaches and townships - what more could we ask! Island Breeze is spotlessly clean, private, on a bus route if you need it, and just right! Thanks again!

Pam was very pleasant to have as a host and the place was perfect for what we needed. Great location downtown to get to all the areas we wanted. Cool view of the tower and bridge from the patio. Flex room on main floor which she set up for our needs with a second separate sleeping area which was very appreciated. We had a great weekend at Hannah's place - the views from the bedroom are amazing. It is perfectly located, walkable to K road & St Kevin's arcade - and also very easy to reach Queen Street. Perfect little romantic weekend flat :)

I cannot recommend this home enough! Rozelle and Grant were the most welcoming and helpful people we could wish to meet. We felt well and truly spoilt with everything this air bnb has to offer! The most amazing view, great surroundings and you couldn’t want more in the area. Ideal location, within walking distance of everything you could need. Sky Blue is hard to beat for a short, medium or long stay based in Takapuna. It is cosy, welcoming, spacious, clean and perfectly located. We had no need to contact Jacqui during our stay but all communications prior to and after our stay made it clear she would have been immediately responsive. If we come back to Takapuna we shall definitely book Sky Blue again. Five stars is well earned and deserved

Our family of three loved staying at Jon's place. It's spacious, clean, and SO well-equipped. We loved being right next to the park and supermarket, and a short drive from Ponsonby. Would stay again.

Great place to stay, ideal for people travelling and sightseeing. Apartment had everything you could ask for away from your own home. Clean and tidy and in my opinion very good value for your money. Excellent communication from Shane who recommended a few places to us.

We loved staying here! We were able to communicate with the hosts with ease. The Airbnb is within walking distance of restaurants, grocery stores and everything in between. Irene is really accomodating and had come down to check on us to see if we needed anything which was nice. The facilities were great. Personally, the pictures don’t do the property justice! We were pleasantly surprised at how spacious and homely it was. Most definitely would stay here again if I’m in the area next time😊

We had a great 3-day stay at Nick's place and would be happy to stay here again. The private balcony is clearly the star of the show with its garden, grill, jacuzzi ("spa pool" in Kiwi-speak), and Sky Tower view. The condo is in a great location (I recommend the Grey Lynn butcher shop to make best use of Nick's grill) while still being quiet & private. And Nick himself is easily among the best Airbnb hosts I've interacted with –– he went above & beyond to make sure that check in & check out were at times that made sense for us, he's got a great sense of humor ("humour" in Kiwi-speak), and generally speaking he seemed to genuinely care that we had a fun experience.

This is the best point. - Location is good if you want to enjoy suburb area. Need to rent a car, but worth to visit beautiful Clevedon town. You can walk to forest. Nice playground is in a walking distance. - Enough personal space with good facility. Clean.

I loved staying here. prime location, pictures are very accurate. the space is lovely, spacious and the hosts are responsive, helpful and overall really good. I highly recommend this bnb. it's worth every dollar spent. I actually thought it was going to br deceiving and small but it was the opposite. photos are a very accurate representation of this unit. they are not deceiving and represent the size of the unit perfectly.
