An ideal comfortable home within walking distance to shops, supermarket & restaurants. Has a well equipped kitchen & laundry, excellent WiFi, good heating & airconditioning & everything you need for a relaxing holiday. We always enjoy staying here & look forward to returning again.

This is the second year in a row we have stayed at the stables, its location is excellent, easily walkable to everything. The space is large and has everything you need.

Lovely location, clean house and close to it all. Would definitely return.

This was our home away from home for 4 weeks. It's got everything a family or group needs, located in the wonderful suburb of Brunswick. Emily the host was highly responsive, flexible and accommodating during our stay. Thanks so much!

The hostExtremely comfortable house in beautiful surroundings. Very well equipped with excellent attention to detail, and lots of surprising nice touches. Comfortable beds and pillows with lovely doonas and bed linen. Plenty of clean, fresh blankets. Firewood chopped and ready to go. All bathroom amenities provided were natural and environmentally friendly. Well equipped kitchen with nothing missing. Even supplied a very nice organic ground coffee for the coffee plunger, and fresh local milk. Beautiful birds and lots of wildlife sightings both at the property and in the region. The Blackwood hotel is nicely renovated and a great place to go for dinner and/or drinks, and is about 500m walk from the property. We took some extra supplies with us, which we bought at the IGA at Trentham, which was very well stocked. Overall, we couldn’t fault the property - it was perfect. The host was very good with communication, responding to enquiries, and providing instructions. Would return!

Eric's place was great and we all enjoyed our stay ! Despite there being an unexpected issue with the hot water system on Day 1, Eric was able to rectify this within a short time. We were also compensated as well. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a cosy place to stay with family or friends 🙂

Stayed here as I needed to be at the Afred hospital earlier in the morning - work out perfect to get a good sleep and comfort and get to the hospital within minutes of leaving. Unit was very clean, and was easy to access. Highly recommend

Jims unit is in a fabulous location, and as it is at the rear of the block there is no High St Road noise. It was fantastic to be so close to Moby cafe and a short walk to the Gardner Hotel. The space was full of light, clean and comfortable. The kitchen is large and well equiped with washing machine and dishwasher There is a small spiral stair case to get up to the apartment with 25 stairs, this was no issue for us as we had small suitcases. Thanks Jim for leaving a delicious baguette which when toasted was sensational, particularly with the fancy butter and jam you also provided. We had a fantastic stay, and would book the unit again.

Jo's lodging is a fantastic art deco apartment with loads of charm, heritage and has a cosy living space. The apartment building is easy to find, is in a superb location with plenty of public transport options, restaurants and great proximity to bustling social hubs like Melbourne CBD, Richmond and Fitzroy. Jo was superb with communication, offered a great deal of flexibility with the check in/out times and checked in on us regularly to ensure we were having a great stay. The next time we're in Melbourne we will definitely be staying with Jo again. Thanks for everything!

We had an amazing stay at Jeff and Melinda’s place. The location is superb, just outside the tram stop. The instructions given by them for the checkin and other things are very clear. They are also very accomodating and responds promptly to questions. Overall a great place to stay and amazing hosts!!! Thank you :)

Chian's apartment was super clean but also had lots of little personal touches which set it apart from other similar styles which can feel a bit sterile. the views from each room were stunning and loved the fairy lights in the evening. The location was perfect for us...close to the city if you wanted 5o walk or a quick tram ride to shopping and CBD attractions. The South Melbourne Market is also close by which had fantastic places to eat on the Sunday morning. Highly recommend and would stay there again. 👍

We had the best time at Jason's place. The decor was beautiful and the property was positioned perfectly for what we envisioned for our Ballarat get-away. Highly recommend this property and hosts - we will visit again in the future. Thank you!

Michelle thoroughly deserves her 5 star rating. The apartment is beautifully appointed with lovely furnishings and great attention to detail. The balcony was awesome - lovely to relax on amongst the trees. Location was excellent- easy to walk everywhere and close to public transport, restaurants and gardens. Can’t recommend highly enough

We had an amazing stay. Georgina is a very kind host, super reactive and flexible. Her apartment is very clean, nice and spacious. It is perfectly located in Melbourne in a quiet area with close transportation to go easily in the city center, and nice restaurants within walking distance.

We had an extra long weekend in one of the 2 story villas at Hepburn Springs for the Daylesford Chillout Festival. We could not have been more delighted! Beautiful surroundings and view from our villa, perfect 2 bedrooms, each with private bathrooms and all the amenities we could want. Parking easy, coffee machines and aircon, lovely clean and comfy beds. This place is a special find for us and we will definitely return. We also loved the location within easy reach of all the local shops and restaurants.

Really enjoyed the stay, the place was clean and the spot 2nd to none right on the lake.

We had a wonderful stay at the Springs Spa Villa! The beds were super comfy, the villa was sparkling clean and we had everything we needed. The location was perfect and within walking distance of all the restaurants / cafes in Hepburn Springs. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the area. Spent 2 nights La Boheme. We really enjoyed our stay here. The place is in the middle of nature with plenty of wildlife. The highlight was definitely the regular kangaroos bouncy past the house. The location is perfect with plenty to do and plenty to see.

Amber, you are truly the most wonderful host - from initial booking, right through our stay (including great local recommendations). The information around the home was faultless, and clear / easy. From the ambience of the front retreat room, the fully appointed kitchen (truly, it has everything and more!!), the quality linen (and plenty of towels, which are often lacking), to the lounges, the gorgeous table and the best sleep I’ve had in months…. I cannot fault this magnificent property. Quality, class, and spotless!! I’ve not even started on the swim spa! I cannot wait to be back, thank you for sharing this piece of heaven. So grateful. Wonderful central property for family group to stay in. Very comfortable and homely for all ages. Encouraged informal catch ups in spacious areas available. Easy to get around with car spaces plus very close to public transport. Brenda was responsive and helpful.
