We stayed at Karin’s for 2 weeks. Her apartment was perfect for us. Clean spacious and walkable distance to bus stops, dairy, takeaway and corner shop. 15 mins walk to Howick town also great for us if no buses available…… The apartment had a swimming pool and beach towels & bbq we could use. Private driveway and plenty of parking. Less than 10 mins to main town Botany downs super mall. Plenty of bus route from there. All in all we recommend Karin’s place and will def be back when visiting my daughter. Des. & Kev

Cole's place is a stylish, spacious home with great living space and a beautiful outdoor patio/garden. The location is super. A short walk to Point Chevalier beach for swimming and less than 15 mins drive to the city centre. The jacuzzi is a bonus!

We had a wonderful stay at Tracey’s. We were allowed to arrive early after a tiring overnight flight and could immediately relax in the beautiful pool provided with a magnificent slide. Tracey was very nice and supported our stay fully without being overly present at all. Thanks for a wonderful first nights in New Zealand!!

We celebrated our babies first birthday here & could not have enjoyed our time more! The drive alone to the space was scenic & felt outer worldly. Arriving to George’s and staying here we were welcomed to an absolute hidden gem! Gorgeous beach view & fun access (our girl loved this) the jacuzzi was a relax haven & our room amenities were to incredible standard. We felt right at home, away from home haha. We can’t wait to come back!

This is a wonderful place to stay when travelling north, but you really do need longer to enjoy it. Generous quantity of supplies, loved the dog Rocco who sneaked in to say hello and brought a ball to the door, just in case you wanted to play fetch, which I would always do. Loved the helpful suggestions we were given when we left too

This was my 2nd stay at Leah's place and it was better then the first time. The location is amazing. Plenty of good café and restaurants in walking distance but also close to all motorways etc. If you are planning on staying in Auckland you won't find better than this. An amazing place and Leah and Tony are wonderful hosts. I will definitely be back.

Great location, super easy to find. Close to Mission bay beach & restaurants and handy to Spark Arena. Very clean and spacious and we really enjoyed our stay!

Booked this place for my parents and they thoroughly enjoyed their stay! Rachel’s home had anything needed for a pleasant stay. Great communication! Probably a bit difficult to get too without a car however bus stops are nearby! Would recommend this stay!

Great place to stay. Had everything I needed. Beautiful peaceful outlook onto greenery. Handy to supermarket and beach and central to what I wanted to do in Auckland.

Fantastic location, even closer than I thought! Easy access to beach, playground and restaurants. Parking was good. Comfy beds. Really nice place to stay a few nights.

Grant was proactive, friendly, quick to respond to messages, and anticipated our every request. He managed our expectations about getting into the place easily and sent pictures to identify the right driveway. Place is beautiful, so well laid out and welcoming. Great spot for our large family with ample space for everyone to get some much needed down time, with multiple communal areas for shared meals. Great cafes / restaurants within walking distance and so many lovely coastal walks . Thank you!

Stayed in 10 Airbnb locations in 14 days and this was the best experience we had- right location in the best area ; very well kept and clean home; clear instructions for checkin and even allowed a late checkout. We had a wonderful experience in Auckland- thanks to our place of stay!

I’ve stayed there many times. It’s always the same: excellent, magical, sunshine or rain, there’s just something about that place that’s great at creating peace and comfort. And Bruce, the cat is a welcome daily visitor.

This was our first stay in Auckland and it was a very good choice. Close to the city center (not that quickly "walkable", but close enough, and also not far from Ponsonby St which we enjoyed...) which meant that it was quieter. The complex with townhouses, apartment blocks, small gardens, and rec center was clever and interesting from a design stand point. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable. Being on the top floor meant that there were many stairs to get there (so stay here only if you can manage stairs with luggage), but it was a pleasure to be higher up. The owner's rep met us there the first day and was very helpful. The owners were always responsive. Having a garage in the building was great. There is a sweet cafe nearby (Queenies) that we recommend. Also, the grocery was only a few blocks away and that helped. Getting on the highway to go north was very easy from there. All in all, it was a fine and sweet introduction to New Zealand for us.

Everything was wonderful. The location perfect. To have the option to enjoy the beach, swimming pool or hot tub was amazing. The living space was much bigger than we expected. Ian was very generous in leaving food and treats so we didn't need to rush out to the shops. The giant blow up unicorn in the pool was perfect for our granddaughters. We hope to one day stay here again. We can highly recommend it.

Outstanding stay at Valeria’s place! The artful personal touches make the apartment chic and cozy. It has every amenity you could want or need, and the location is easy walking distance to Ponsonby and the CBD. Five stars all around!

It was a pleasure staying at Lindsay's apartment. Fit size, well-functioning, and very centrally located. Moreover, the rooftop with pool, spa and gym is a big plus. In addition, we could park our car in Lindsay's parking lot at an advantageous price. And finally, we were very grateful that Lindsay made sure we could check in early after a very long flight here. This apartment and Lindsay as a host are highly recommended. We can't wait to come back.

Charming apartment in a great spot to see Auckland.

Short but sweet stay for us but wish we were able to stay longer and spend some time relaxing by the pool. The garden is a lovely space, big shady trees, flowers and of course the pool and spa. Accom is very well equipped for whatever you need with awesome provisions for breakfast, which is great when you haven’t been able to get food in. Helen and Jack are both friendly and helpful and we enjoyed meeting them and staying at their place. Clean tidy and great value.
