Les Acacias, cottage** * is located 8 minutes from Rumilly, 35 minutes from the Annecy and Bourget lakes and 45 minutes from the Semnoz and Margeriaz ski resorts. The house is on the side of the mountain, in a green setting and close to the hiking trails. The newly renovated 40 m2 apartment with eco-friendly materials is very pleasant and tastefully decorated.
