Holiday rentals with a patio in Motril

Granada was lovely, and Juan Luis's apartment was sparkling clean and comfortable. Access is level-in, so no stairs. A tourist on-and-off bus stops nearby, and the apartment is walkable into the downtown business area.

The apartment is lovely and the location is great. Everything is near. It is only a short walk from the beach. The apartment has a balcony which is very nice as well since you can see the mountains and the sea. Barry is very friendly, reliable and helpful. I definitely recommend this place. My boyfriend and I stayed there for a big period of time and everything was great.

We had an great stay, the roof terrance is to die for - the views and space up there were amazing! The apartment was spacious, comfortable and very tasteful. Violetta was very friendly and helpful with lots of local recommendations. Just a few minutes walk to the centre was an ideal location but also in a nice quiet area / already planning to return!

Magical place if you like wild nature while staying in tasteful and comfortable accommodation. We’d love to come back.

Me and my wife stayed at Iana's place for over 2 months and we had a fantastic stay. Iana is a very nice and friendly host, communicative and caring. The place is located in the very quiet area, with beautiful overviews and nearby viewpoints. The flat itself is nice, cosy, has all the amenities for everyday living, with a nice terrace. I was also working remotely from the there and I didn't have any issues, Internet connection was very good. This place is really good for nature lovers and people who like being active / are into sports. There are also plenty very nice and kind people living in the area whxih creates a nice welcoming and peaceful atmosphere. We definitely recommend this place and Iana as a host.

We felt right at home this week. The apartment is great, very much in the decoration, but the most important thing was the cleanliness. Everything spotless, the bathroom, the kitchen... There are towels and sheets of good quality. The beds, a little soft, but that's going to taste. The sofa bed great, my son slept there which is almost 2m. We didn't know how to open it and Tamara and Jorge sent us up to a video haha. Very nice, very willing to every question we asked the first days and advising us places to visit and eat. The apartment has a clothesline where you can leave the beach bárts and put your clothes to dry. The fridge is really cooler!! In general, everything is very new and well preserved, except for the hob buttons, they were sunk, although they worked perfectly. The air conditioning cools the whole house even if it is only in the living room. Great WiFi because there's not a lot of coverage. The beach 2 minutes walk, very clean and sandy. LOVED!!🥰

Very good apartment and mari a lovely person gave us a very good treatment the area is far from the center but in the bus you arrive in 15 minutes and you have the stop next door We enchanted Malaga next year we will return

The two of us arrived with our car and Sam guided us so well that we also found the finca without any problems. The journey seemed adventurous but ultimately completely hassle-free. We immediately felt very welcome in the house. Drinks were provided with cold and small sweets, everything very lovingly prepared in the details. The amenities leave little. Wishes open. Whether cleaning materials or cooking utensils, everything is there. In and around the house..such as on the upper balcony with sea view and in the strikingly maintained, clean pool.. you can enjoy absolute privacy. Sam is always responsive and we had the impression that she and Ian were happy if they could also fulfill wishes for the guests. When we asked for a small table for the balcony, it didn't take an hour for us to be fulfilled. We felt like personal guests and will definitely come back. ❤️ Thanks Sam and Ian. You guys are great.

Cozy cortijo overlooking the mountains and lake of Iznájar.Cuenta with totally new facilities both inside and outside, exactly as in the description and in the photos, it is a quiet place to relax,quite equipped ,swimming pool of salt water perfect for a good dip, very few km away are the villages of Iznájar and Rute.My family and I spent ten days in absolute tranquility,so I recommend it and we would not hesitate to return.

Excellent amojamiento. Typical decoration, terrace with a beautiful view for breakfast and sunset picadas. Quiet and safe environment. We were with a car and it was very comfortable.

The apartment is really comfortable and nice, with well-maintained outdoor areas and all the necessary basics in bathroom and kitchen, as well as welcome details. It is not a tourist area or especially beautiful, but it is quiet, and Granada is pleasant to walk, you reach the center in about 20-25 minutes. Also, the public transport works very well and the apartment is very well connected. Ideal if you come for work, but also to get to know Granada. Alberto is very attentive, always responds immediately, and tries to solve any problem or need you have. I would definitely repeat again.

Great house in nice location with easy access to beach, shops and restaurants. Ines and her brother Rodrigo were easy to communicate with and flexible over arrangements. There's one thing that could make guests' stays even better - more sets of colour-coded keys. It's immportnat to understand that the house is split into two seperate apartments. The upper one is accessed by outside metal steps with it's own locked door. This apartment has access to a fantastic roof terrace and a great view over the rooftops to the mountain behind. The lower apratment has a small internal dining courtyard and small front patio separated from the street by the wall and metal paneling. So with mutiple guests coming and going doing different things, even if from the same group, more sets of keys are needed. the tags were missing from two of our sets, so we had to keep checking who had which keys. But don't get me wrong, this is a lovley well appointed and laid out property for a large family group.

Very nice location, beautiful apartment. Was only a little confused on how to find the parking garage and how to get into it. I think it would be good to say on the instructions “first enter the house to get the remote for the garage. The garage is located at the back of the building.”

We really enjoyed our stay, it was perfect for us with two dogs with two outside safe areas. Parking outside was a great bonus. It was easy to drive to the center of town and when we came back there was always a parking space.

We had a wonderfull stay at Maggies beautiful house near the beach with our parents and 2 year old. The house is well equipped with a beautiful view on walking distance to the beach. I can recommend this place.

Amazing views the best we’ve ever experienced from any apartment… !! Really helpful host, Charis is responsive and gave us a great welcome - We spent a month at the apartment, it is well equipped.. with wonderful outdoor furniture - The weather was superb with an morning sunrise and the warm hot sun lighting up the sea scape on the balcony until 2.30pm. We then dropped down to the best sandy beach in La herradura which is just below the apartment, the sea was warm enough to swim in February (like a summers day in the UK) … it was fantastic !!

We have 12 days in the Apartment and were delighted! The apartment is very nicely decorated and we felt very comfortable. The outdoor area is much larger than it can be seen in the photos. You can look out to the sea from the terrace and enjoy the sunrise! We really enjoyed everything very much and we will definitely come back again!

Staying at Esther's was great. She was super nice and helpful. It was cleaner than the hotel. The highlight was the view from the balcony and Esther's hospitality. There is a parking space almost outside the door, which is really handy. By car, it's only about 10 minutes by car to the city. Just great !

A super stay in La Herradura. Apartment was exactly as we had imagined and super communication with Michelle the host. We appreciated the step free access, and, as one of us had mobility issues, the disabled parking bay at the door was a real bonus. We also appreciated the flexibility with checking in and a lovely welcome pack helped us settle in immediately. Will definitely go back.

A great house for a couple with stunning views all round. The apartment is decorated beautifully with lots of equipment. It really felt like a proper holiday home.

Ivan’s apartment is perfect for a long weekend in Granada. It was very clean, with a lovely terrace and walking distance from the centre. The check in/out time is also much better than other places. My partner and i had a wonderful stay, we highly recommend!

The accommodation matches the description, very nice, impeccable cleanliness, a good reception, all the comforts. The ocean views are beautiful, the pool left you speechless everything was great!!!

We really had a great number of days at the apartment. The apartment has a nice atmosphere but the highlight is really the beautiful roof terrace. We enjoyed the weather and had a meal together. We were disappointed that we couldn't stay longer and will definitely be back! Two more pluses: really everything you need was there and you have your own parking space!
