A modern villa with a lake plot, large private dock, hot tub and sauna. Stunning views of Lake Boren where the canal boats pass by. As cozy summer as other seasons. Great fishing in the lake. Suterränghouse where the upper level has integrated kitchen and living room for social interaction with panoramic lake view as well as WC. Lower floor has three bedrooms, bathroom, laundry room and living room/tv room. On the property, there are also two smaller cabins with a guest room in each, bathroom (not winter time) and hot tub.

Newly built apartment building with the absolute best location on the longest lake bath in the Nordic countries and one of Sweden's finest beaches. With promenades, cafes and restaurants, it's a place that has something for everyone. The shallow, clean water is sheltered in a bay perfect for surfing and kayaking. Close to padel courts, tennis courts, miniature golf. No pets are allowed. Sheets/towels are included, but can be rented for 100 SEK/person. Events/parties are not allowed. Water pipes/smoking not allowed!

Here, you can feel the wingbeats of history in the walls. Soldattorp 119 is a well-preserved 17th-century square that has been renovated with feeling and care. Torpet's history and soul are preserved, but at the same time equipped it to suit all the wishes of the modern guest. The whole interior breathes calm, as you step over the threshold through the ostrich double doors, take a cup of coffee on the glass porch, or listen to the rain in our favorite armchair and the stress of everyday life feels already distant.

On the historic mill, right between the Göta Canal and Motala stream, you find this newly renovated and fully equipped gem. The guest apartment is spacious and bright with two bedrooms and large living room with sofa bed. The bedrooms each have a workspace. A couple of minutes walk from the port, train station and city center in one way and the cultural area of Old Motala workshop with the event venue Lokverkstan in the other direction. Linen and towels are not included, but can be rented for SEK 100/set.

Historic house from late 1800's. Original details with a modern brand new kitchen. Fully furnished in an eclectic 80's style. White washed floor planks throughout the whole house. Only 150 m to the lovely grocery beach with access to swimming in clear water, shallow sand bottom great for families. There are 2 restaurants close by by the water.

Welcome to a rural home near Linköping. On the farm, we live, Gert and Lotta. Here is a dog two cats. We are located next to Svartån where we have a jetty for swimming and fishing. The farm is 12 km from Linköping. Also suitable for those who are going to work temporarily. We have great Wifi and washer/dryer. Two bedrooms 4 beds. If you book two days you can bring your own sheets or rent for 125kr per person.
