This apartment had great views of the ocean and city. It was clean and cozy. The location was great for walking into the city center or taking bus. The kitchen was well equipped so we could cook meals when we wanted.

A beautiful apartment that looks just like the photos! Comfy beds, spacious living room, well-stocked and modern kitchen. And super close to the downtown, many parks, and coastline. We really enjoyed our stay here!

VERY cute place - a little small but not really an issue as you spend all your time in Iceland outside. beds were the ultimate in coziness and comfort after a long day of walking around!

Eggert’s place is the perfect base for our exploration around the Southern Iceland - clean, cozy, well connected by the public bus and close by some of the pick up stops of the major tour operators. Plus, a balcony where we were lucky enough to spot the Northern Nights✨ twice during our stay. His generosity to offer us a pick up from the bus terminal, as well as the flexibility to accommodate our travel plan between stays add extra personal touch to our experience. All we could say is a BIG THANK YOU! We’ll definitely come back whenever we visit Iceland again.

This is one the nicest Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed in! It’s beautifully decorated, modern and clean with a fully equipped kitchen and supplies. We stayed for almost 4 weeks and never ran out of things to do. Bus travel to downtown is easy and the mall is walking distance. Yndisauki restaurant is literally 2 doors down and very good. We had planned to rent a car but didn’t need to. The host was very helpful and responsive. 5-stars!!

Just what we were after for a couple of nights in Reykjavik. Very well located near the centre of town, with a supermarket right around the corner. Kitchen was well appointed, no oven as per the description but this didn’t bother us. Comfy bed and all the bathroom essentials. Would recommend for a city stay.

Excellent place to stay in Reykjavík. Was exactly as described, excellent location and a really comfortable apartment. Would highly recommend. We had a great time and would definitely stay again if we ever revisit Reykjavík.

Womderful spaciuos, bright and cosy house, ideal for a family. Lara provide us with detailed instructions and was always available. The location is close to supermarkets and public swimmimg pool. Downtown is just 10 Minuts by car. We had a very nive time! Thank you so much!

The house is as beautiful as the surroundings. The furniture and finishings were beautifully crafted and very comfortable. You had the convenience of being in a small town to grab a bite to eat or run down to the store for a few groceries, but you also the breathtaking landscape views Iceland is known for. This was a wonderful place to stay and when we go back, we will be checking this listing first to see if it's available!

This bright, airy apartment is attractively decorated, cozy and comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped and the dining area is ample for four people. Almost every major point of interest in the city is walkable from the location on a quiet residential block, and it is a perfect location from which to simply stroll around. Karen was a great host - easy to communicate with and very helpful (especially when we were stranded by "Red Alert" weather conditions!). Note to those with mobility issues: there are several stairs from the gravel walkway up to the main door, and a short flight of stairs up to the door of the unit. We would highly recommend the property for anyone visiting Reykjavik.

This house is really amazing, the design really brilliant. You can easily feel the connection between people who live there before and the house, I don’t know how to describe its unique and beauty, the house has a strong aesthetic value. Before our stay, the host thoughtfully provided a detailed guide. Upon arrival, Ólafur warmly and clearly explained the important details and precautions. Whenever we encountered any issues, there was always someone available to assist us. Staying here made our trip to Iceland even more enjoyable and fulfilling.

the house isn't just an Airbnb, its home. We were 4 adults and 4 kids and the home was big enough for all of us. loved the place, and Jenny was very helpful and she quickly responded to all my questions. would definitely recommend.

I stayed here for 2 weeks while in town for work, the apartment was clean and comfortable and a good fit for my needs. The location is very good, in a quiet neighborhood but just a short walk from the downtown restaurants and attractions. It was never difficult to find free overnight street parking within a block of the apartment. I would definitely stay here again on a future trip.

Stunning! We had a short 2 night layover in Iceland and stayed at Maciej’s place, literally right in the center of the city so you can walk to everything easily! It’s a gorgeous modern condo with heated floors and a beautiful view from your bedroom, very clean beautiful bathroom, and the kitchen stocked with whatever you might need , even a blanket for an afternoon nap! Easy to find and very peaceful! So close to stroll to bakeries for morning coffee and pastries as the sun rises and 10 min taxi ride to the Sky Lagoon. We absolutely loved our stay and Maciej was an excellent host!

great location, parking free outside the house after 9pm! would recommend. do note that the toilets are downstairs from the bedrooms, which wasn't a big issue for us so was absolutely fine.

We were delighted to celebrate The New Year holidays in this place. It is a warm, clean, modern and cosy apartment with a spectacular view from all the windows. The kitchen has all the amenities (the knives need some sharpening). The bath plastic curtain needs some renovation. Thank you, Kjartan for our perfect stay in the apartment. It felt like home and we were sad to leave it.

Great stay in Reykjavik! Highly recommend to anyone looking to spend some time in the city. Walkable to many museums, restaurants, and shops. Super convenient! The hot tub is an added bonus :)

We had a great stay in Selfoss. The condo is tucked into a complex of sorts. There is a playground very close which was great for our kids. The condo was very cozy, clean and comfortable. We were out sightseeing most of our time and this was a great “home base”. Not much to see right around the condo but that didn’t bother us. The condo had everything we needed and more. Thanks for a great stay!!

Lisa is the best! Received the warmest most hospitable welcome to Iceland, with local tips and treats for my stay. The flat is super cozy, clean and quiet; perfect place to rest after spending hours at airports and traveling.
