Jason was a wonderful host and the place was just as described. Nice amenities inside and very pet friendly. The fenced in backyard was perfect for me to relax and play with my dog. My only complaint was I wish the weather had been nicer! The home was very clean and the bed one of the most comfortable I've slept in in an airbnb. Overall, I highly recommend this listing and Jason as a host of you are looking for a place in this area.

We so enjoyed our stay at this amazing house deep in the woods of Chapel Hill. It’s just lovely there! We rented both the main house and the attached efficiency. It was great to have room to spread out and by simply opening a door, between the two, we had a larger space. We did lots of cooking for family meals and found the kitchen to be well-equipped. We had brought several pots & pans, as well as other kitchen items, but didn’t need them. We were able to sleep well each night and found plenty of extra blankets for the cold nights. We enjoyed warm showers in the morning with good water pressure. We really appreciated the ability to bring our dog and he thoroughly enjoyed the woods! The owners checked in with me on that first day and I knew that they were eager for us to enjoy our stay. We highly recommend this charming home and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

The place was exactly as described and the photos are accurate. Corey was responsive. The massage chair was so exactly what we needed after an 11 hour ride. Beds were comfortable, house was clean, neighborhood is quiet, house is well stocked. If you are thinking of renting this place, just do it, you won’t regret the choice.

Great place to stay right next to North Hills! Comfortable and spacious home. Brad was very responsive and instructions were very clear. Had a great weekend with friends here and it felt safe. Will definitely come back!

Bob is a wonderful host.we have been at his home before. He is welcoming and generous. The kitchen is stocked with fruit, yogurt and other breakfast items to start the day. He points out other attractions in the area and makes us feel welcome.

I've visited the Chapel Hill/ Raleigh area several times and this neighborhood has quickly become one of my favorite areas to stay. Anna and Chris were very accommodating to our early arrival by letting us check in a little early and were very friendly. That helped us plan the rest of our day a little better! The suite was spacious, clean, and had great AC. The kitchen was fully stocked with coffee, snacks, and kitchenware for anyone wanting to prepare a meal at home. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone traveling to this area who wants a secluded stay close to town!

I stayed for a month with Marsh and he is a fantastic and friendly host. His house is in a very good location for exploring Raleigh. Marsh makes you feel right at home and he is very down to earth and welcoming. I would highly recommend staying here anytime for any amount of time and I'll be sure to try to book this place the next time I'm in Raleigh.

Yongping Home was spectacular beautiful neighborhood great surrounding she was such a great person. I love talking to her. Great walking trail. Nice looking lake right down the street stores and restaurants right down the street, but yongping made the stay so enjoyable anytime I need a place I am going to this location

Cindy and John are very hospitable and make you feel like an old friend. The farmhouse is tucked back in the woods which makes it nice and peaceful. Try to arrive in the daylight as it is easy to miss the turnoff in the dark.

We only stayed one night with Sherry and David, but my girlfriend and I were very impressed with the accommodations. The hosts were very warm and helpful. Their house is extravagant and clean. I hooe to stay longer in the future.

Sandy is a gem. I visited with her as well. She was such an encouragement and a joy to be around. Her horse is beautiful and the area is so peaceful. Next time I’m in the area, I will definitely stay there. Oh yes, her husband makes great coffee☺️

The room and bathroom were clean and neat. The mattress and comforter were very comfortable. The kitchen was big/had plenty of plates/utensils/toaster/microwave etc and she showed me open shelf spaces in the fridge and freezer I could use. Yongping is so friendly and kind! Great to chat with and she was happy to help or see if I needed anything. The room gets awesome sunlight and the desk is a good size. I'll absolutely book with her in the future when I need an Airbnb in the area.
