This Airbnb exceeded all expectations—spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The host was welcoming and responsive, making check-in seamless. Every detail was thoughtfully provided, from amenities to local tips. A perfect stay in a perfect location. I’d absolutely stay here again without hesitation!

My partner and I stayed overnight and it was exactly what we needed. The location was great, private and only a 15 minute drive to the Hot Springs. Helen was lovely to communicate with, and the room was as described, clean and cosy.

If you are looking for a place to unwind and feel at home without the noise this is the place for you. Start your day with breakfast in the garden and you will not feel like being in a hurry g go or the rest of the day.

Bonus #1 - meeting Lloyd the pony. The kids got a real kick out of feeding him fresh apples straight from the beautiful garden. The property was so beautiful with views of the vineyards as well as the ocean. Bonus #2 - the fireplace and all the wood that was included. We were so warm all night. A beautiful guest house overlooking a gorgeous pool & garden. The homemade lemon cupcakes, fresh bread, chocolate & homemade strawberry jam on arrival were a lovely touch. The amenities were excellent - we loved the bone china teacups + saucer, multitude of tea + coffee options, and luxurious bed linen. Our host Peter was very friendly and responsive to our messages. The checkin & checkout process was simple & efficient. A very pleasant spot for a weekend getaway.

A fun house next to a great eatery and beer garden. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here - especially the pool table and beer garden! Spacious and clean and pretty kooky - loved it!

My husband and I had a nice cozy stay at this place. We were given a secured parking spot right next to owner's and the entry to the place was easy to find and private. Anne and Arthur had put a lot of thought and efforts into making it a comfortable stay for us as guests. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who's looking for a nice cozy place closer to the beach.

Wanda’s place was lovely. We had a very easy check in and out. Communication was great. The guest suite was immaculate, private, very clean and drinking water provided. Bathroom was modern and the place was gorgeous. The location was great and a quick drive to Rye and the Hot Springs. I would recommend a say at Wanda’s.

It was a wonderful stay here and the location was perfect. Just what we wanted for a weekend getaway from the city. We fell in love with Mount Martha and the location made it super easy to get around and there’s a lovely plaza less than 5 mins away with cafes, restaurants, and delis. The kitchenette had everything we needed to cook a simple breakfast and dinner. If you’re looking for a peaceful stay, this is the place to go!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Dene Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, I was impressed by how peaceful and relaxing the space was. Dene welcome us with open arms.The highlight of the property was definitely the pool – it was spacious, sparkling clean, and perfect for unwinding after a long day. The kitchen was also very nice – it was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything I needed to cook meals with ease. The open layout made it feel bright and welcoming, and I appreciated the attention to detail in making it so functional and stylish. As for the beds, they were incredibly comfortable! Overall, this place exceeded all my expectations. I can't recommend it enough for anyone looking for a peaceful, relaxing getaway with great amenities!

Beautifully designed and furnished modern apartment with plenty of space. The place is extremely clean throughout, with comfortable beds, stylish bathroom, and excellent heating/cooling options. Kitchen and dining area is expansive with plenty of storage space. Sizeable bedrooms in the loft with skylights and fantastic block out blinds. Pictures of the apartment are definitely as described. Apartment was easy to find, with off street parking and a simple check in process using a lockbox. Clear communication from Anna, who was quick to respond to any enquiries we had. Lovely welcome note provided as well as a very helpful guide to Mornington and the surrounds. Apartment is a 5 minute walk to Mills Beach and a 2 minute drive to the centre of Mornington, where there are plenty of restaurants and bars, plus a small shopping centre providing all of the required items (groceries, alcohol, pharmacy, etc). Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again.

It was perfect for our needs close to shops and our family who live on the island. Mathijs was very helpful and communicated often which was really appreciated.

Wonderful Stay with a Fantastic Host! I had an amazing experience staying at Tess's place! From the moment I arrived, the host made me feel welcomed and at ease. The communication was excellent; they were quick to respond to any questions and provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out. The space was exactly as described, clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was so close to the beach which really made the experience memorable. What truly stood out, however, was Tess's hospitality. They went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed, even offering local recommendations for things to do and places to eat. It was clear that they genuinely care about their guests' comfort and satisfaction. I highly recommend staying at Tess's property if you're in the area! I would definitely stay here again and appreciate the excellent hospitality!

Robyn and John were outstanding hosts - warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming from the moment we arrived. Their guesthouse was spotless, beautifully appointed, and the little touches (complimentary wine & Easter chocolate) made our stay feel extra special. We loved chatting with them and really appreciated their recommendations to make the most out of our holiday. The location couldn’t be better: at the end of the street is a stunning cliff lookout that’s perfect for sunrise and sunset views, and just a short drive - or a pleasant 5–10 minute walk - brings you to the Flinders strip with its general store, café, wine bar, and more. Everything is so convenient, yet you still feel wonderfully secluded. Couldn’t recommend this charming Flinders retreat more highly!

My stay in Julia and John's little cottage was everything I expected it to be quiet, peaceful, beautiful gardens . Julia and John are great hosts.

Great place to stay for a couple nights. The blanket is quite possibly the comfiest I've ever slept in. I even tried to find what brand it was. A bigger sign or a sign on the bamboo panelling would help identify the place, though maybe I was just a noob. Has a great kitchen, many more amenities compared to other places. Air con was great too. I'd happily come back.

There is a very Private Back yard that’s secure for our dogs and beautifully Maintained. The room is very modern with lots of Amenities and we found it very comfortable with a nice touch of having the doggie door.
