We had a pleasant stay in this apartment offered by Yohan and Tiphaine. They were kind hosts, responsive when we had questions and even offered us apple juice and cookies from the area. A very kind attention that we appreciated. The apartment was functional, well decorated and clean, nothing to say on that side. Only negative point, if you are like us sensitive to noise, it is poorly soundproofed and rather noisy especially because of a busy street (+ presence of a traffic light) just down the building. But overall, it's good value and we recommend it.

Very quiet, well arranged accommodation; the small area was very well thought out! The bedding is extremely comfortable (nickel sofa bed👌🏻). Everything was clean and tidy, and the place has all the essentials. I stayed 2 nights at Jean-Paul's place for a business trip, and would not hesitate to come back! I recommend it.

Gwen's place was very well located and was ideal for my work trip. It should be noted that the street below is pedestrianized so it is not possible to park there. However, plenty of spaces are available nearby. Recommended

Maryline's place is a well-decorated little cocoon with lovely views from the bedroom windows. The bed is very comfortable and the condominium is quiet. The instructions for self check-in are very clear. And good value!

An apartment that allows for total rest and disconnection. We had a lovely weekend there! Florian was also flexible about the time of our departure which for us was a big plus . I would definitely recommend this apartment for a weekend in Brest!

The room is beautiful and very luxurious, and the hot tub makes it perfect for a romantic getaway, or even just a relaxing stay. Access is very easy and the neighborhood is quiet but close to the center of Brest, where all the main shops are located. We had a lovely evening and would be happy to stay here again!

We had a great stay at Maxime's. Despite a small "problem " with the hot tub, Maxime reacted immediately to fix it. The apartment was very clean, quiet environment, parking at the train station opposite so easy to park, walking access to the local restaurant. We recommend this place!
