STOW-ON-THE-WOLD TALL TREES HOLIDAY COTTAGE

PaulRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Great place just on the edge of central Stow on the Wold. Centre of village is literally minutes away with some excellent pubs and eateries to choose from and lots of nice walks through the beautiful countryside possible. Milk, eggs and a bottle of wine awaited us at check in which was a nice touch. Would definitely recommend

Chipping Campden private House and Garden

NicolaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We stayed at Compton House with a group of friends for a birthday celebration and the house was perfect. Location was great for dog walking and for wandering into Chipping Campden village with it’s lovely shops. Beautifully clean and we were left a welcome pack that was such a lovely touch. Would highly recommend

The Sculptors Cottage | Pass the Keys

The place was absolutely beautiful and very easy to access and get in. The view of the chickens and other animals from the bed was absolutely spectacular and we loved waking up to it every morning. I would highly recommend staying here and I would definitely book again if I’m back in the area!

The Cabin: Great Bowden, Leicestershire

KarlRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We had a lovely stay for NYE 2024. The village is peaceful, with a couple of pubs nearby. The Red Lion had great food. We also took a walk into Market Harborough and walked down the canal, which was very pleasant. Would return and explore further, and Amies place would suit our needs again. Microwave and crockery provided enough for a quick snack. Bed was comfy. TV provided, although might be worth bringing a Firestick to access the usual apps (Netflix etc.)

Merripit Cottage

LisaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Wonderful few nights staying at Merripit Cottage, I would totally recommend this lovely cottage to anyone wanting a peaceful break in the countryside. It has everything you should need and has been thoughtfully decorated, someone has a real eye for interior design. The location is perfect with it being only a 15 minute walk to Chipping Camden and immediate access onto fields for dog walks. Leigh was most helpful before and during our visit with any questions we may of had being answered very quickly. Until next time……..

Stylish & Comfy - 3BR

WalterRating, 5 stars6 months ago
Free street parking as advertised. All the amenities were there. Good showers (always important!). The host Charlie was responsive and helpful. The garden wasn't suitable for much else than hanging up up clothes, but other than that, all photo's and descriptions were accurate. And there are parks in the vicinity where green space would be better enjoyed anyway. The conveniently located A4040 provided a smooth on-ramp to all destinations by car. From a Dutch perspective, the Birmingham drivers drove fast, but were generally willing to provide space when needed as well. "Good flow." The Gravelly Hill or Erdington stations take you to the inner city by West Midland Railway for a couple of pounds. Tickets available online. Recommended inner city walking/exploring: Victoria Square and then the Birmingham Canal Old Line north-westward. Recommended food: purchase cosmopolitan ingredients in Erdington High Street and cook your own. (Avoid Tesco Express if you value your money.)
