Charming, beautifully restored, well-appointed, dog-friendly farmhouse in quiet, safe, unique setting of Marshallberg – as described and pictured but even better! Easy check-in and check-out. Excellent, communicative hosts. Very enjoyable – no problems at all. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it to others! Top notch!

Overall our stay was great! The positives- The location is diagonal from the beach access and you can hear the waves from the porch. The kitchen was stocked with pots and pans but no oven mitts so be prepared to use towels to remove hot pans. There was a Keuring and a coffee pot which was nice. My whole family agrees that the beds and pillows were very comfortable. There was plenty of seating in the living room for all of us too. I would stay here again!

Luis was easy to communicate with, check in was simple and easy, the neighborhood was quiet. The house was just as described and perfectly comfy. A great deal!

This house was amazing for my family! We have a rather large family and it worked out very well to be able to spread our family into the two sides of the house. The beach was literally within sight and walking distance. It was quiet and peaceful just as we had hoped. Yet, you are within minutes of driving to whatever activities or shopping you wish. Amy our host was absolutely fantastic!!! She checked on us after checking in and was friendly and responsive to any questions we had! She rocks and so does their home! We absolutely would recommend her and this house if you are in the Emerald Isle area!!!! We will definitely come back!!!

Tara’s place was great. Perfect for just myself and my husband. Close access to the beach and a plus was being able to bring our pup. We would definitely stay here again.

There are not many air bnb’s I’ve been to where I leave thinking “I would come back here again.” But I genuinely thought that about Richard’s place! The house was clean, cozy, and well organized. Richard was very responsive and accommodating and the house is located in a great spot to access multiple beaches as well as the towns nearby. Not to mention, Richard left snacks and personalized water bottles for us to take home with us. 10/10 experience!

The home was comfortable and inviting with a great view of the Sound and only a block from the beach. It was exactly what we needed for a short getaway and some R&R.

We loved our stay! We came with another family it was the perfect setup. The space was clean, cozy and updated, had everything we needed. The location was great, a quick walk to the beach access. Host was responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend and cant wait to come back!

Our stay was incredible! We were close to the beach, nearby restaurants and shops, and close to the venue we were going to for a wedding. Team was responsive and EXTREMELY helpful in regard to helping us locate an item that we left behind. Would recommend!

The hosts were absolutely incredible. They responded very quickly, were flexible to our particular needs and were very quick to fix any problems that we had. They were by far the best hosts we have ever had. The house is very nice, we enjoyed playing pickle ball on the pickle ball courts that were walking distance away, and our dog had fun playing in the dog park. We would definitely stay there again!

Cannot say enough wonderful things to describe Melissa's attention to my family's every needs and questions. I don't do AIRBNB that often and Melissa was so immediate to any questions that we had. Melissa made my family's stay feel pampered and special. My wife and I came in from California to see our Daughters and Grandkids who live near Emerald Isle and we could not have had a better stay. The house was better than the pictures, especially the pool area with the palm tree vibe, we all felt like we were in the tropics. The family spent hours in and around the pool rather than time by the Ocean. The air conditioning during the incredible humidity made meals and down time absolutely the best. The inside space and decorations in each room was perfect. My wife was overjoyed with seeing our family and the house accommodations. Melissa and rental made this old soldier's vacation perfect. Seaborne is an amazing house and terrific location. It was stocked, labeled and organized better than any place we’ve been. The golf cart and hot tub are a really nice add. We could walk to beach in 90 seconds and enjoyed the grill too. I used the downstairs gameroom as an office when I needed to do a few video meetings. sarah was a fabulous communicator and we would definitely stay at Seaborne again.

We had a great time at Pamela's place! It's a short walk to the beach and close to everything on the island. We especially enjoyed the screened porch, which was a nice way to be outside when the weather wasn't great. Pamela is a very attentive host and made sure had everything we needed to have a great visit. We would happily stay here again the next time we're in the area.

The house was charming and cozy. Beautifully decorated, nice quiet neighborhood. I loved sitting on the deck and watching the waves and hearing the surf. Loved our walks on the beach after the tide went down. If the tide was high, not much room to walk. Everyone we came in contact with was so super nice. Ashleigh is a great hostess.

This place was amazing! So cozy and comfortable with everything we could have possibly needed. My son and husband loved fishing off the deck right out back. The fore pit right on the water was awesome.

Adorable spot that was perfect for our stay. I booked last minute due to a cancellation of another reservation, and I’m glad it worked out that way! Deborah was super nice and personable, and her place had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

We’ve stayed at this location a number of times, always a great stay; that’s why we look for it every time we come to Morehead. This was our first visit since the remodel/reno work has been done.
