Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Moosach

We had a lovely time here. Andrea was very friendly and helpful, even had a few things I the fridge when we arrived - thanks again for the beer :) The place is as described, very cute, has everything you need and was big enough for the 4 of us. Good location too! Andrea also has some great records if you’re into that kind of thing ;) Thanks again, and my highest recommendation for this place!

Markus’ stunningly modern and spacious apartment is in a terrific neighborhood that was perfect for our nine-day stay in Munich.  From my first contact with Markus nine months ago to the day I left, he was an ideal host. He responded fast with any requests and even delivered patio furniture two days into our stay. The Apartment: The apartment is very big and sunny. It is extraordinarily immaculate and ideally laid out. The furniture was chic and modern and extremely comfortable. Although the bedroom and living room were one continuous space, nonetheless, there was a judicious separation of the two. The kitchen was well fitted out for simple dining.  As we were there in the summer, we used the patio a lot, which was a plus.  The bathroom is large with outstanding water pressure in a superb shower.   The TV screen was large and the Internet was fast and reliable.  The Neighborhood: The apartment is located in a very pleasant residential area populated mostly with young families with children.  There were plenty of food shops in the area – we tended to use Tengelmann Supermarket on Stuntzstrasse for most foods. And what a pleasure it was to walk three minutes to Bäckerei Schmidt on Stuntzstrasse  each morning (closed on Sunday) for fresh rolls for breakfast.  We particularly liked the Saltzstahns—rolls with caraway seeds and salt.  The U-bahn stop, Bohmerwaldplatz, is only a seven-minute walk. Many of the apartments in the complex were rented to college students who loved to talk and play music in the evening. Though it could have been noisy, it was not for us. In fact, the extensive common lawn at the back had many songbirds. Kudos to Markus for allowing this great place to be part of the Airbnb.

Fantastically beautiful

Quin was a great host, and my family of 4 really enjoyed her place for our stay in Munich. Great access to public transportation, bakeries, etc. Quin was very friendly. I would highly recommend.

Incredible, great price for all the possibilities

We had a wonderful week at Philipp’s place. Stylish and comfortable and easy to get to where we needed to go. Philipp was a great host - friendly and helpful and made it easy to get in and around. We would absolutely stay here again!

Wolfger was an incredibly nice man who loves being a host. Expect to be treated with care and invited to his tasty dinners. He is very easy-going and is willing to help with whatever need you have. I highly recommend you stay here with him.

Extremely clean and very easy access to the historic section of Munich, particularly using the above ground tram directly in front of the building. Andy immediately replied to our every question. She also left some very nice and thoughtful treats and drinks for us. We would absolutely stay there again.

The best thing about this accommodation is its host, Martin. So nice and kind young man who made our stay wonderful and made us feel like we were in our home. Martin's home is beautiful, comfortable, stylishly arranged and very clean. It have beautiful garden which gives you a place to fully enjoy in the nature and sun, while the spa center a minute away, gives this home six stars. There are many shops and cafes in the area, and it takes half an hour to get to the center of Munich. Visit Martins ovely home and enjoy as a king. I know we will soon again. I’ve written reviews of Adrian’s place before but it’s worth repeating that he’s is a wonderful host, and the place suits my needs perfectly.

From the moment we met Patrick and Amelie, they were very personable and welcoming. They walked us through the entire house, which exceeded our expectations and was even better than the pictures on the website. The location is very close to the train station, with great access to local amenities throughout the Munich area such as restaurants and Oktoberfest. They gave us great recommendations such as the Deutsches museum and their favorite restaurants, and transportation to get there. The beautiful balcony sitting off the edge of the kitchen was something we used every day. A really nice touch was that upon arriving, they offered us a bottle of wine and snacks. We immediately felt right at home. Highly recommend staying here!

Gerhard is an amazing host. He made us breakfast each morning. He was very polite and gave recommendations for the Oktoberfest. I would love to book again when I return!

We had a great week stay at the location. Three days of business, four days of tourism. It was conveniently located near my meetings, and the train down to the tourist area (and everywhere else in Munich) was within walking distance from the house. The house had a great living room, kitchen, and there were nice rooms on the second and third floor. (I would not recommend this for folks with mobility issues since it has a staircase that is almost a spiral staircase). The room on the third floor bed would have been tight for two people, but was perfect for me, the second floor bedroom was perfect for two. The host was super responsive and let us check in early and stay late at no extra charge. Check out was simple. We received local recommendations, and enjoyed our stay. If you are staying in hot weather, be forewarned that there isn't air conditioning and the third floor can be warm. It ended up being cool, and I was able to open up the windows so it was pleasant.

Everything was as described! On my next stay in Munich, I will go back to Yannic

Very nice house and Manuela is an excellent host. The place it isn't close to the center but it is well connected with the public transportation in every time of the day. Manuela gave us a lot of information on the activities we wanted to do and she's very friendly

I have stayed with Sabine a few times before, and even now everything was fine. Uncomplicated , and Sabine as always kind and helpful. All in all: always happy to come back!

Great place to stay and even better host!

I felt completely comfortable with Daniela. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the bed was super comfy. Daniela herself is very friendly, helpful and absolutely reliable. When I forgot a suitcase when I checked out, she took care of it quickly and easily. Absolutely recommended!

Manuel made me feel extremely welcome before even arriving, very flexible check in as well as great (and friendly!) communication all round. The place was one of the nicest I have stayed!! Very clean and spacious area with a comfortable bed and lounging area with TV and Netflix! Even offered plates/cutlery which I used for my much needed hangover food. Manuel was extremely proactive in helping me with directions to Wiesn and gave me plenty of options and suggestions on how to get there! Couldn’t be happier with my stay and glad I had such a great experience.
