Beautiful apartment just outside of Paris! It is a 3 min walk to the tram which is super well connected with all other city transports! The apartment was beautiful with a wonderful big balcony overlooking green grass gardens! There was everything you needed! The bed was comfortable! The alarm and building were sleek and nice. Everything was great!

Lovely vintage flat in the marais but private and peaceful. She left us a bottle of wine for our arrival which was so nice. Balcony has an incredible view and the lift was great for luggage. She provided a late checkout which was so very helpful since we had a late flight out but wanted to enjoy our last day in Paris. Would definitely stay there again!

Check-in was very easy. Place was as advertised Was with in walking distance of most restaurants and grocery stores . Very centrally located.. places is very clean. Made for a very pleasant vacation

A wonderful experience from beginning to end! Kat couldn't have been more helpful - not only about the flat but about the neighborhood. And the neighborhood...perfect! Close to everything - and quite charming. The flat had everything you would need and the balcony was the cherry on top!

A great place for our visit to Paris. Sophie was great - responsive, proactive, and made sure we had everything we needed. The location is perfect and the view of the Eiffel Tower made each night feel so magical!

Ziad and his family’s home was perfect for our visit with extended family and friends. The gated yard provided a sense of security, and the outdoor space was beautifully maintained. Ziad’s hospitality was incredibly welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this property for both short and long stays. The home is conveniently located within walking distance of the La Défense Arena, as well as nearby markets, bakeries, and a variety of eateries. It’s also very easy to arrange Uber pickups and drop-offs, making it simple to spend the day exploring Paris. I can’t say enough great things about Ziad’s place—you just have to book it!

Perfect reception. This cottage is a very good starting point to explore Paris. With our three children we stayed for three nights and enjoyed Paris. convenient that you can safely put your car away and then quickly reach Paris by train and metro. Kitchen was comfortable to cook and beds were good quality. Recommended

Spacious and pleasant house with a garden certainly very nice from spring. We were greeted by Tarik's niece, very attentive to our well-being. Our rental being at the Christmas period, there were decorations, candles and chocolates. Billiards, foosball, and chess made everyone happy. House away from noise with very good bedding and good taste. Thank you for everything.

A great place admirably appointed. The comfort is exceptional. I would recommend it in a second. We had a family stay with a family member having trouble getting around, and having an elevator in the villa added comfort for everyone.

Kazumi was such a lovely host. Prior to our arrival, she reached out to provide us with the instructions for the check-in. She met us for the check-in and gave us a very detailed walkthrough on the building and the apartment. She also constantly checked in on us and provided us with recommendations on food as well as places to visit. The check-out process was also very seamless. Although the apartment is located inside an older building, at least there was an elevator in the building and the apartment was tastefully furnished and was as per the description. Really cosy and had all the amenities that we required during our stay. One of the reasons why we booked the place was because of the views of the Eiffel Tower from the balcony. Although it was too cold to sit outside, it was really nice to see the Eiffel Tower light up at night. Location was perfect because it was just a short walking distance to the metro, close to the shopping areas and attractions.

Grégory was very proactive in communicating directions and helped us in person to check-in, so getting there was very easy. As a lot of reviews mentioned, the place was even better than the pictures, the Eiffel Tower view was beautiful, flat was spacious, warm and cozy and we really enjoyed spending time there after sightseeing in the cold. All electric appliances are high quality and very comfortable stay. Grégory also helped us keep our luggage after check out too, overall a great stay, would love to come back!

Zineb is the best host, she and her family made us feel right at home. The apartment was spotless, all new. He had the beautiful detail of leaving us meticulous and water to drink as well as coffee, tea. The apartment is very well located three blocks from the bus stop that in 5 minutes leaves you on the M1 metro that connects you to the tourist places in France. 30-45 minutes connects you to all of France. It has a very comfortable parking lot that serves to vans. And it has very important air conditioning on the hot days of August. It has a very nice supermarket just two blocks away. It is ideal for three people. We are a 4 year old couple and a 4 year old. thank you!!!!!!!!

We stayed in Catherine's apartment for five nights and absolutely loved it. It was spacious enough for our group of three adults and yet incredibly cosy. Very well located with easy access to public transport, several grocery stores a couple of minutes away and of course plenty of restaurants. Very well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and large bathroom. Completely quiet too because the apartment faces the inner courtyard. Catherine was proactive about reaching out with recommendations and making sure we had a comfortable stay. Highly recommended, and definitely would stay here again.
