Holiday rentals with a patio in Montréal

Great spot for a larger group(4 bedrooms). Location was amazing with tons of great food near by. 30-45 minute walk downtown but also close to PT. Would stay here again.

Great stay! The location is excellent, and having a dedicated parking spot made things so much easier—no need to park on the street. The host also provided some snacks and sodas, which was a nice touch. Would definitely recommend!

Clean, spacious home with good proximity to food, parks, and metro. Not too much in the way of amenities but a nice stay overall.

Elena is a great host and this was a fantastic place to stay! Everything is very clean and comfortable and with the amenities it feels like someone could really live there full time. The neighbourhood is peaceful and not too far from the city centre via the Beaubien or Saint-Zotique bus. We would recommend Elena's apartment to anyone and will definitely stay there again!

What a lovely stay! Our friends recommended this place; it was the perfect spot for a few days in Montreal. We had never been to Montreal before and felt right at home. Check-in was seamless. The keyless entry made things simple and we were grateful to have a dedicated parking spot. The apartment was spotless and cozy, cleanly decorated and clutter-free yet felt thoughtful, cared for, and intentional. It was so nice to have two bathrooms and laundry, and while the apartment is on the smaller side, it is extremely well thought-out (e.g. tiled front area w seating, table, coat tree to take off snowy boots and store coats and mittens etc), bedrooms set up so each has a bit of privacy, efficient use of space in the kitchen) it never felt tight or small as we had everything we needed. We did not cook bc there was so much amazing food within walking distance but everything we needed was there should we have wanted to. The neighborhood was great, too! Loved being so close to the park.

The place was clean and spacious. There were a lot of amenities and it was a short drive to a mall, restaurants, and other shopping areas. I would definitely recommend.

Unit in quiet neighborhood, 5 nice bedrooms, 2 baths with great pressure and hot water. Living room is downstairs, kitchen up. Julia was very responsive to questions!

This was a great finds on Air bnb. The house was in a quiet, private neighborhood, just as described but was still close to a lot of amenities. It's a beautiful house with lots of space and modern touches. The kitchen was our favorite. Literally anything and everything you would need during your stay. The kitchen was well equipped. And I know for sure, if we had any requests, Minh would have been happy to help. We arrived early to Montreal and she was happy to let us check in early with a fast response to our request. And upon check out, we planned to check out on time but we had to drop our vehicle off for service before our flight. Which would have left us stranded at least 7 hours before our flight with 2 kids and a lot of luggage. I messaged Minh and she was so very helpful. She let us stay until we had to leave for our flight. Which was appreciated more than she will know. We have already suggested this property to our friends and will recommend to anyone else.

Clean house, perfect for our needs, thanks again

Winter wonderland! What a beautful clean home, we celebrating the birthday weekend as intended. The hot tub is a spectacular feature and the living quarters are perfect for our needs. Three kids and two adults were very comfortable and happy. Easy access to the bus, metro and highway. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. Boyan was very helpful and responsive- great host overall- the kitchen was well stocked and anything we wanted was close by. We’d love to come back and stay again.

Best Airbnb in montreal

A perfect perch in the Plateau. Chris’ loft apartment is tucked away in lovely heritage building (yes with quite a few stairs). Don’t let that deter you, it will help burn the extra few calories from your delicious meal at a nearby restaurant. The tasteful renovation hits the high notes with a new kitchen, washroom and comfortable furniture. Everything was spotless, functional and relatively new. A lovely view of Mont Royal from the living room windows and a cozy perch on Rue Saint-Denis from the kitchen/dining room. Well appointed, including a nice new Nespresso with pods for morning coffee. All amenities were as described, king sized bed was comfortable and the washer/dryer are a nice add if you’re on an extended stay. Chris proactively communicated with us well in advance of our trip and provided clear instructions on access. We could not have asked for a better host. He was available throughout our trip. Hosts like Chris are what makes AirBnB great, thanks so much!

A great two day stay with family. beautiful location, near water and walking trails but also central to Boisbriand and surrounding towns.

My wife and I loved our stay at Gabrielle’s place! We came to Montreal for the 4 Nations tournament and the location was perfect. Just far enough from downtown to get out of the busyness but close enough to make getting there quick and easy. So many great restaurants within a few blocks, and even a public ice rink to get a nice morning skate in just down the street. The place was so quiet, clean, and exactly what we expected. Gabrielle was so helpful and made checking in and out a breeze. Such a kind person! Next time we come to Montreal we can’t wait to stay here again!

Nice home, clean and tidy. Private parking in a fenced in yard. I enjoyed my stay and would come back again. Opening the lock box for the key is tricky, ladies prepare to break a nail or two.

Jason and Eric were excellent hosts! They were very responsive with any questions we had. The Airbnb was well stocked with everything we needed in terms of kitchen utensils, toiletries, and linens. The apartment was also immaculately clean when we arrived. Our group walked around the neighborhood quite a bit and enjoyed going to India Rosa and St. Viateur right nearby. We would recommend this apartment to any group 6+ visiting Montreal!

Beautifully located, Cozy and clean yet modern and charming apartment in the heart of the Ahuntsic district. The apartment was well equipped with Brand new appliances, welcoming art and was comfortable and cozy! Eric is a great host and it is evident he takes pride in maintaining his beautiful property. He is also very helpful and accommodating and agreed to let us stay past checkout time due to inclement weather and road conditions at time of departure.

The host was accommodating and available even though we were delayed in our check-in they met us and walked us through the space. Will definitely book again when I'm in the area
