Apartment holiday rentals in Montréal-Nord

Clean quiet spacious apartment in a great neighborhood. Grocery store within 10 minutes walk, multiple restaurants within the same range, and a pharmacy across the street. It was a perfect central spot for everything we did. Easy to park, safe neighborhood with parks nearby. We had a restful stay!

We had a great 3 night stay at Erfan’s place. There were lots of businesses and restaurants within walking distance and the metro is only a five minute walk as well. The combo of the parking spot and nearby metro made it easy to get around no matter what mode of transport worked best.

Absolutely beautiful apartment. Very comfortable, cozy and spacious. Thoughtfully designed. And Everything works! One word of caution- the master bedroom walls do not reach the ceiling and are open to the living room and hallway. We didn’t realize this before we rented the apartment, and so one of us who is a light sleeper had a difficult time. I think as long as people know about this unique feature ahead of time and plan accordingly, it should not be a problem.

Stayed here 7 days 6 nights with some friends to enjoy the holiday break (12/26 to 1/1). This spot is in the heart of a lot of bakeries, restaurants (quick eats to fine dining), and bars. Lots of late night eats too. We drove our EV car into town and thankfully there were some EV chargers a few blocks away. Public transit is a quick walkable distance. Very well lit and clean, simple apartment. Across the street are bars that have live music performances til the evening. I do want to *heavily* note that this apartment and area is great for the younger crowd, so bear in mind when booking for a busy and lively neighborhood; expect it to be lively til middle of the night. Thankfully that wasn't a problem for us because we stayed out late until 2-3am in the morning anyway. Highly recommend this place! Would like to come back to Montreal again :)

We enjoyed our stay at Susie's place very much. Despite extremely cold outside temperatures the house was warm and comfortable. The house was furnished in such a way that it felt like home. Susie made us feel welcome. Our questions were answered quickly and always with useful, interesting information. The location was perfect for walking to all of our destinations while visiting Montreal. This included wonderful dining within easy walking distance.

spacious apartment, well equipped and quiet street. very important ones: snow cleared parking for our arrival. and condiments available. a small shopping center very close as well as a metro stop 5 minutes walk away. everything to make our stay easier.

Our stay was great! Everything we needed was there, and there were so many things to do nearby. I definitely suggest looking for parking options ahead of time, but other than that, it was amazing!

Communication with Lily was seamless—she was incredibly responsive and always quick to reply, making the entire process effortless. The neighborhood that this Airbnb is in is gorgeous. You enter through the alley that has a strong community feel, children playing, neighbors mingling. The nicest I’ve seen in the city. The apartment is immaculate, modern, yet cozy.

The apartment was exactly what we needed for our trip to Montreal. Having a private space to park our car was a game changer and the home was very well maintained and clean.

Very nice stay in Montreal! We were there for a hockey game. Easy check-in with Thomas who gives us the keys in person. Great location! We saw the pre-game party festivities of the room! Very clean apartment. We lacked nothing! Gym, pool and sauna on site we took advantage of it:) Close to all amenities (grocery stores, restaurants, Metro, Bus...) I recommend it to everyone!

A clean and cozy apartment, like at home (cozy blanket on the couch, candle...). Our host, very responsive and attentive, had even left us enough to make an emergency meal and all the basic grocery store which very pleasantly changes from rentals where there is only salt and pepper. The views are beautiful. We are a stone's throw from the Bell center and the access to the Reso. Even no need to go out: there is direct access to the building lobby. There is a large supermarket nearby, convenient when it's -15°C. The view from the roof top is superb too and I really enjoyed the access to the building's swimming pool. In short, a very nice stay.

We had a fantastic experience at Nicolas’s Airbnb! Great location, very quiet, very clean and next to a beautiful church. The place is very spacious for 2 people. Lots of built ins for closet space and great bathroom area. Lots of odds and ends included and they thought of everything in case you may forget something. We went to a couple Canadiens games and this is only a 15 minute walk from the Bell Centre. Lots of places to eat and things to do within walking distance too. We will definitely stay here again for future visits!

My family and I loved staying here during our visit to the area. The place was clean and well equipped. Nights in the hot tub overlooking the river were a nice feature!

Patrice’s place was very nice! It was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was huge with a nice large fancy bath tub. It was very quiet and the beds are very comfortable. We would love to stay here again!
