Great location! Apartment is comfortable and clean. Although apartment is located on the boulevard, it`s mostly quiet at night, but not always and depends if there are neighbours in the apartments near you.

Alexis place was perfectly located with an amazing view of the Eiffel Tower. The building is of easy access. The apartment had a nice living room and a full kitchen. The rooms were tidy and clean, as you'd expect. We were very happy with our stay. Recommended!

We really loved our stay here. It is so safe and secure and lots of lovely bars and restaurants all around. About 5 steps from the Metro. Check in was so easy and communication was excellent

Very responsive host: after a slight technical problem in the bathroom, Iwona found us a solution extremely quickly by tilting us to another larger room:) (thank you again). Clean apartment, easy to access (several car spaces available in the street). Close to the tram! Thanks again for the nice place! I recommend 200%!

Everything super

This is a lovely little apartment, very central and very quiet. It is chic and quirky, with a number of pleasingly unusual features and a very relaxing feeling to it. Stephen is a charming and helpful host. With a bakery across the road and walking distance to a very wide range of shops and restaurants you won't struggle to be well fed. There is easy access to all of central Paris by foot or public transport, which makes it a perfect base as a tourist.

Cosy and safe apartment with a great location. Marais is both funky and chic and a nice neighbourhood with trendy cafe’s and good resturants! So nice to be welcomed with a bottle of wine, sweets on the pillows, coffe and milk! For people who are very sensitive to noise, it might be worth knowing that insulation is a bit poor and the upstairs neighbours are quite audible. Would love to come back!

Ilan was very flexible with our travel plans and made it a breeze arriving from our flight and leaving on the train. Very close to Gare de Lyon and walkable with luggage. The space was clean and nice as pictured in the listing.

Marvelous stay! It was impecable, the room had everything to cook , spacious, new, clean, beds were superb and pillows too. Service from the concierges was perfect!

We had a wonderful stay at Aleksy's place! We especially loved spending time on the balcony, enjoying the incredible view of the Eiffel Tower—what a treat! The space was perfect for our family, roomy enough for the kids to relax and play, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt very safe, with embassies nearby adding an extra sense of calm. The location was also super convenient—just a 5-minute walk to stores and cafés. One day the water cut out briefly, but Aleksy was incredibly responsive and had the issue resolved in under an hour. We couldn’t have asked for a better host or a better place. Truly an amazing stay—we’d return in a heartbeat!
