Beachfront holiday rental in Montmartin-sur-Mer

Very pleasant stay in this charming house for a family get together. We particularly appreciated the proximity to small shops and the waterfront. We recommend it!

Dominique and Sabine's place was perfectly as advertised, very well located and nice. Our host was absolutely perfect, from the welcome to the start! The stairs contiguous to the apartment lead directly to the old town and the most commercial street is less than a 10-minute walk away. The views of the harbor are gorgeous!

Katie, our dog Jesse and I had a lovely peaceful break at Jeanne's cottage. Jeanne provided lots of helpful info about check-in, which was flexible and the local surrounding area for things to do. The house was warm and really well equipped, with lovely dinner sets and a welcome bottle of her local Pommeau de Normandie, which was delicious. The pantry cupboard is well stocked with all the necessities, so you don't need to buy everything in your first shop. The surrounding area both in Normandy and into Brittany, is really pretty, reminds me a lot of Devon in some ways, with big beautiful sandy beaches and rocky coves. Plus, some of the best seafood we've eaten in ages. If you love oysters, you'll love this area. I would love to come back in the spring/summer to experience it in warmer weather and longer evenings, but it was a perfect break in winter, too.

We (six adults) had a lovely stay at Isabelle's place. The house was clean and tidy and had good amenities. The size was perfect for us. There are two ways to sit outside and the proximity to the beach was a special pleasure for us. Thank you for the time, we would come back anytime.

Very comfortable house, spacious, bright, well heated, impeccable cleanliness. We had never had a place so well equipped (dishes, pots, dishes for cooking, cutlery, raclette machine, extension cords, duvets, baby equipment with changing table, bath, bed...). The house was decorated for Christmas which was very nice. Extremely close to the beach, ideal for a relaxing stay in peace. 1h30 from Mont Saint Michel by car. Reverse of the medal (to be taken into account perhaps): a little far from everything, there is a proxi at 10min walk but you have to drive 15 minutes to have a large area, a butcher or a restaurant. In total, great place, we recommend!

Mélodie's cottage is very pretty and tastefully renovated. Congratulations on the room murals😉. The bedding is comfortable, the bed linen and towels provided are of good quality. The location is perfect, we took advantage of our week to visit Mont Saint Michel, Grandville, Villedieu, the stoves, the beaches of Jullouville and the Andaine beak. I'd recommend it without a second thought.

Very good stay in Fanny's house. We are entitled to a great welcome with a basket with sweets, cakes, cider and recommendations of nearby places and restaurants. The place is quiet even if the house is roadside. Fanny has always been very responsive in our communications.

Special stay in a lovely house with so much for the adults and the children. Children loved the pool and the garden! Lovely location.

1 week of vacation at the top nothing to say! The beach next door and really an amazing bonus! The clean mobile home nothing to say about it, it was quiet the nice locals. I advise everyone to make a stay that's right for you 😉

We had a wonderful weekend with friends (4 adults and 3 children), what's more under the beautiful sun of La Manche The house is very well equipped, inside and out, young and old are there The four rooms are spacious and pleasant. A perfect stay in Valerie's cottage! The location by the sea is ideal, the bedrooms are spacious with very comfortable beds. The kitchen is perfectly equipped and the terrace is a real plus to enjoy convivial moments. Valerie is a caring and available host. An address to recommend without hesitation for a pleasant stay!

The house is adorable - beautifully renovated with all you need (swimming pool, kitchen equipment, pool table, etc). The location is great, directly at the sea-side with hardly any other people, for which it felt like a private beach. Also a nice walk along the shore to Granville. We would definitely recommend this place!

Our family from the US, Wales and London spent 5 amazing nights making memories at this great place! You can walk to the beach in less than 5 mins, walk to city center and great restaurants! I would recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in the Normandy area!

A peaceful location for our October/November stay. The beach is at the end of the road and offers lots of great walks. The garden is secure and the hot tub a perfect addition after a day walking.

We had a great time with our family with our dog in this very recent home. The accommodation is impeccable, the proximity to the beach very pleasant and Nicolas was responsive to the problems we may have encountered with the wifi! We recommend this place to stay for a beautiful holiday along the English Channel.

We had a great time at Victoire's house, the location and the sea view are fantastic. The furnishings and the open layout of the house are very suitable for couples. The built-in equipment (kitchen, bathroom, closet) is very high quality, the standard cannot be kept quite with the bed, sofa and chairs. Overall an absolute recommendation!

It was such a great stay! The house is superb and Delphine is very hospitable and welcoming. The location of the house is walkable to the seafront and it is an amazing place to chill and walk the doggie. Overall very pleasant experience and I recommend to anyone looking for a weekend getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay. Very nice and spacious house with direct access from the garden to the beach. The view is fantastic !! In the evening, you can sit and watch the sun go down from the terrace. Within a few minutes you are by car in nearby villages. There is definitely plenty to do on the peninsula. The house itself is very spacious (seemed even more spacious than in the photos) and fully equipped with everything you need. Thank you for the nice reception and a great holiday!

Excellent stay since we arrived at our departure. Warm, available, and active hosts. Accommodation as described, pleasant and functional. The environment is really conducive to rest as the place is quiet even during the day. The sea is very close and within walking distance. We were able to witness wonderful sunsets and the walk on the dike allows you to enjoy the view and access the restaurants as well as the small convenience store without forgetting the local Sunday market.
