Large and beautifulplacein Camporgiano, a small village of Garfagnana. Great value for money and perfect location for several walks or trekking in the Apuan. Large, well organized accommodation and the garden for breakfast in the morning with the sun.

Well-decorated, well-kept, clean and functional house. The living room is comfortable as the house is structured with dedicated spaces that allow guests to find the comforts necessary for their needs. Convenient parking in the nearby square without available. Host attentive and active in resolving even the small issues. Fast and clear communication. Recommended

We truly enjoyed our stay at Patrizia‘s. The house and surroundings are so peaceful and quite. Patrizia was so welcoming and helpful with anything we needed as well as very knowledgeable about the area. We truly thank her for a wonderful Tuscan experience.

We just came back from a long weekend and Betty and Roby's place and we absolutely loved it! The taverna is so cosy and welcoming, we felt at home straight away. The kitchen is supplied with all you need to cook if you wish to do so, and we did cook most of our meals, only once we went for dinner in Pruno at Locanda del Poveromo and we highly recommend it. The scenery around is stunning and there are lots of walks you can do. We didn't have great weather so we didn't go hiking but enjoyed some relaxing and quiet time in the house instead, we needed it and we loved it. We met one of the neighbours and she was really quirky and friendly. The place is easy to find and Elisabetta was super responsive if we needed anything. She met us at check in (late in the evening) and check out (early in the morning), and she brought us breakfast every morning. Every day something different but equally delicious, what a treat! I definitely recommend if want peace, beauty and a gracious host.

Isabella's AirBnB is really beautiful, the views a dream. We felt really comfortable here. Isabella and co. were accommodating, very friendly and helpful with all topics. Glad to come back!

Giovanni's place was clean in order and easy to find. He was always available and especially regarding a problem with the car, he gave me a great help. The accommodation is very quiet inside a house, quiet and sheltered. I highly recommend it and will keep it in mind for an upcoming stay

Tidy nice place near the rail station. It is a 20 minute walk to the Leaning Tower. But it is a nice walk. Pisa is a nice city. Not crowded and overwhelming like Florence.

We had a great time. The apartment is furnished with taste and attention to detail, it has everything you need to feel at home. Every night, watching the sunset from the magnificent terrace, it was a priceless dream, the view is of a poignant beauty. We had an incredible stay at this place near La Spezia. The view is breathtaking, and the location is perfect for unwinding, especially during rainy days when staying in feels just right. The house offers plenty of cozy spots to relax, and the amenities are excellent—everything you need to cook and feel at home is provided. What makes it even more special is the combination of both private and shared kitchen spaces. In the shared kitchen, they leave homemade cakes and bread, which are absolutely delicious and add a warm, welcoming touch. The shared areas also gave us the opportunity to connect with other guests, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Massimiliano, the host, was extremely responsive, and Silvia was incredibly hospitable. We highly recommend this place to anyone.

Impressive place and view. The property is clean, well maintained and the friendly host available at anytime. We have spent 5 days enjoying the property which is located at the mid point of Pisa/Livorno and Florence. We took the opportunity to visit the three cities.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The Airbnb was well equipped with everything you could need and the patio was an extra bonus! We were lucky enough to have great sunny weather and spent a good amount of time on the patio. The apartment was extremely clean and organized. It is within walking distance of great restaurants, bars, and the promenade. We will definitely be back and recommend this stay to anyone!!!

We spent a week in this little house in the woods but also close to other homes. It's really a gem surrounded by greenery, with a wonderful garden where you can eat and relax. The location is great, very close to every useful service. Benedetta was always helpful and very kind. We'll definitely be back.

The stay was beautiful! The villa was amazing, the view, the furniture, the rooms and the pool. We felt so lucky to be there. Rooms were new and clean. Every detail has been taken care of. Christina was incredibly helpful and always available. We'd be stuck without them. Unfortunately, we had more private problems and every time she helped us and brought us solutions. We, me and my friends, this stay was memorable!

We were there with two families/4 days - in October, which is unfortunately more the usual rainy season in Tuscany. Nevertheless, we always had pleasantly mild temperatures, even sunny days, and a great vacation. The house is just wonderful, there is just nothing missing! After the sauna, we were also able to use the pool well, and for us "northern lights" the temperatures were summery and perfect for excursions (so not too hot ). The location is totally idyllic and ideal for excursions to Lucca, Pisa, Pietrasanta but also to smaller mountain villages in the vicinity (Metato, etc.).

Five friends made to feel very welcome to this beautiful spacious villa with a lovely pool set amongst olive groves. The scenery that surrounded us was beautiful. Invited to Mark's villa who shared his knowledge and history of the olive groves which was very interesting and the hospitality received was first class (vino and yummy bruschetta's). This was the perfect place to stay and would highly recommend.

I nearly cried when I left Villa Fenice. Anya, Marianna and Simona worked together to make this an amazing experience. Fatty, the resident (outdoor) cat was a balm for the soul as we are grieving the loss of our cats. Despite more than usual rainfall, we enjoyed every minute in this area. The hot tub was being fickle, but the ladies worked quickly to rectify the issue. We had an assist with the linens (as we had a long stay.) We were welcomed with a bottle of rose and snacks. More amenities than you can imagine. Well stocked kitchen. Everything was perfection. It is by far, the BEST airbnb experience I've ever had. The only thing to be prepared for are that the bedrooms are small. Two of them worked well for two people, but the double bed rooms might be too small for two adults. The surrounding area was charming. The food recommendations were great! We can't recommend Villa Fenice enough. I could live here. And we can't thank Anya, Simona and Marianna enough.

We (7 girlfriends) enjoyed the stay in the villa very much! The house, especially the front yard and pool, are wonderful. Maria is great! She has sent us a lot of tips about the area (also the necessary things, such as shopping). In addition, we were surprised with a very fine cake and if you needed anything, there was a very quick response. The villa is well equipped and the surroundings beautiful. Parking has enough. Only the potholes and the access to the villa are a bit challenging - but doable!

We had a lovely stay in october, large spacious villa, with lots of space. Marvelous location with good restaurants reasonably close. Road up to villa not suitable for large cars, but can be solved with a bit of careful slow driving.

Absolutely stunning location. The views from the balcony and bedrooms are incredible. The gardens are full of lemon and orange trees which are beautiful. You can join the Blue Path at the bottom of the garden and walk to Vernazza and Corniglia. Pietro is really nice, offering lifts to pick us up in his car after a long walk. The only problem we had was the bedroom on the middle level isn't well insulated and was cold for us (it is December) but the other rooms were fine once the electric heaters had time to warm up. It's worth noting that access to the property is by relatively steep steps.

The Airbnb is absolutely gorgeous. There were so many areas to lounge outside with beautiful views. The double beds were a little bit hard but the single beds were more comfortable. The grocery stores are very close to pick up any things that were not stocked at the accommodation. You must have a car to get to this location as it is on the hill on a very narrow winding road.
