We found the apartment perfect for a seaside vacation. The short way to the beach is just great. There is everything you need nearby, groceries, restaurants, umbrella rental…. Our family really enjoyed staying here, it was a bit like a home of their own. Filomena was extremely responsive, accommodating and friendly. Apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. The location of the apartment was perfect, everything was in the walking distance. Filomena recommended some great food places and they did not disappoint. Very pleased with our stay.

We stayed in the apartment as a family of three. However, the apartment is also suitable for four guests. The kitchen, bathroom, living room and bedroom are all fully equipped, and everything you might need for a vacation is available. Thank you for everything.

This is a very nice Studio apartment to stay in Rome for 1 person or a couple. It was lovely decorated with a lot of light and beautiful view on the swimming pool. I could easily live permanently in a place like this. Everything was walkable and you could easily take the metro. Alessandra is a lovely host. She is so sweat and even took care of me when she found out I was ill. Which was a blessing, since I was alone. She has great tips about Rome and a beautifully worked out guide with things to do in Rome. This is definitely a place where I would come back to or would refer to my friends. While being in the city you are in a quiet street and looking on green. You can easily park in the street or in the private parking space of the apartment. There is also a park near the accommodation. It was a lovely stay. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this Airbnb apartment. It’s conveniently located near a metro station, making it easy to explore all of Rome’s amazing sights. The apartment was clean and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Enza and Marco were fantastic hosts, always ready to assist and communicate promptly. We especially appreciated the extra touch of the delicious tiramisu they made for us—it was a lovely surprise and a real treat! Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Rome.
