Holiday houses in Monti Lepini

Good position for exploring the non-touristy part of the city. small restaurants with good food. Walking distance to the metro, for those who like to walk and want to skip the buses. Lovely flat to stay. I highly recommend it

Considering that our stay only lasted one night, we can be satisfied both for the tranquility of the stay and the quality of the services offered. We plan to go back.

We stayed at this fantastic villa for two nights, Friday - Sunday. The host was immediately available and thorough to answer any of our questions. When we arrived we found ourselves in a beautiful villa, clean, modern and within reach of everyone. Carlos and his wife immediately made us feel at ease, explaining the simple little house rules. Never intrusive but always ready in time of need!! We will definitely be back!

Listing located outside of the hustle and bustle of Rome even if a room is a little noisy. The bus is at the foot of the building and takes you in 20min Piazza Venezia, to the center of Rome. Close to the Trastevere district, very pleasant in small restaurants and lively pedestrian street. Very clean accommodation, large. Very easy communication with the host who gives many tips. I recommend.

The apartment was very comfortable and in very good condition. Saretta was very friendly and attentive.

Kiwi’s home was the perfect place for us to explore Infernetto. Simona, the host, was extremely responsive, checkin was a breeze. The house itself came with much more than we expected! The kitchen is beautifully equipped with all imaginable amenities and the host was kind enough to provide a generous amount of complimentary snacks, coffee and general kitchen supplies! Much appreciated were the ice lollies in the freezer for the kids! Games and some toys were also much appreciated by the children, who immediately settled down to play. All three double beds were very comfortable, the rooms are huge, I got to try all three of them as the kids played musical beds at night! The bathroom is also very well equipped and Simona provides plenty of supplies there as well! The area is quiet, perfectly located for an evening stroll around Infernetto. I do recommend hiring a car if you want to venture into Rome or the surrounding countryside. We would love to stay in Kiwi’s Home again!

We stayed for the two days of the end and beginning of the new year. We had a great time, the house is located in a historic and very characteristic place with a wonderful view. The accommodation is cozy, clean, tidy, and there is everything you need from the kitchen to the bathroom, nothing is missing! In the living room there is a fireplace and a large and comfortable sofa that are the best. I recommend it to everyone, especially those who love tranquility and lounging for a few days to recharge and then return to everyday life. Finally, in my opinion, it's important, Riccardo is an available and attentive host.
