The cottage (once an old barn) has been recently renovated to a high standard. It provides a comfortable lounge/diner with new sofa bed (tempur top mattress) and separate chair. Dining table with 6 comfortable chairs. 2 large double bedrooms with original features, a large bathroom with `L` bath and shower, and a large separate toilet. A recently fitted kitchen is fully equipped. Large outside play area and private terrace with BBQ and dining table and chairs.

IDEAL for reunions for FAMILIES or groups of FRIENDS. Little slice of heaven in the heart of the village of Montoire sur le Loir.
