Bright house, side terrace, and green background

Residential neighborhood, the house is located on the double street boardwalk, in front of the beach, to access it is convenient to walk about 5 blocks to the east. It is for exclusive use, within a property with a shared entrance. You enter through the side to the bottom, and then by stairs. If you're looking for everything to be spotless, possibly not the place, I'm an artisan and arrange a lot of things with colors. If you are looking for a joyful home where you feel at home, welcome@!!!

Located 5 minutes from the airport, and 30 minutes from downtown Montevideo, it is surrounded by native greenery and wildlife, and the views of the vineyards and a large central lake stand out. It has the wine development of Familia Deicas who made the Single Vineyard La Tahona wine year after year, a brewery wine, the result of the cutting of Merlot, Tannat and Pinot Noir strains.

I had an absolutely fantastic time staying at Geraldine’s place. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The communication with Geraldine was smooth and prompt, making the booking process hassle-free. The location was perfect, with nearby plaza Independecia. We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby.

Leonardo's place is an apart hotel (Axsur) well located ren Ciudad Vieja, just behind the NH hotel and with very good access to the center and the promenade. In itself the room was not equipped with dishware as to eat (there were no dishes or cutlery but could be ordered at reception ) but as a hotel (there were glasses and cups and some infusions). Room (503) was comfortable and had a partial view of Rio de la Plata. There is no night reception but the hotel is accessed with key pad. Leonardo was very accessible and flexible. I would choose this Airbnb again
