Family-friendly holiday rentals in Montesilvano

Very charming and very comfortable villa. We had the essentials to have a great family vacation. The many terraces, the enclosed garden, the jacuzzi have contributed to our well-being. The well decorated and spacious rooms offered us good nights. The kitchen is very practical. It may be missing an oven and toaster. The village is quiet and charming. The small, well-stocked grocery store and small cafe are just a 5-min walk away. The village's location is optimal for visiting the region (Les Abruzzo) and enjoying swimming in the Adriatic. A big thank you to Liliana and her spouse for their kindness and availability. We recommend it.

Raffaella, is a wonderful host. She is very nice and will give you advice and help. The house is very clean, nice, with a wonderful panorama from the terrace. it is an ideal base for exploring this part of Italy. I highly recommend it and hope to return there someday.

Marco was a gentleman and a great host. Very accommodating. The location is stunning, beautiful views over the hills. Definitely recommend.

Stefano was such a great host! He left us a few bottles of sparkly and gave us the best recommendations for local places to eat and explore! The house was huge and beautiful and the view was truly amazing. Unfortunately we didn’t get to use the pool because of the weather messing something up with it, but we had a great, peaceful, relaxing stay regardless! Would totally recommend and would totally stay here again.

We had a quiet and pleasant weekend at this villa. Quiet place away from noise. Marco was very kind, he gave us directions to the area and where to eat in. Villa as described, surrounded by nature. Spacious and clean environments. Pleasantly satisfied

We occupied both apartments for a week in August . Our first criteria was to find a place for 15 people for a vacation with a children's and cousins' families. We wanted a comfortable home with an outdoor space for large family tables. And be close to the Sea so that everyone can be autonomous at their own pace . In that, Villa Arzilla was perfect! In addition, we were welcomed by very friendly owners who were very attentive to our needs and super responsive! Even though it's still secondary. We really liked the style of the apartments with its vintage antique spirit! The small accessible beach nearby is not paradise, of course there are nicer beaches nearby but to us it has much more because it was our almost private beach very uncrowded and also because we were able to bring all the beach equipment beds and umbrella made available by the owners . To be more comfortable, I recommend getting to know Mario the "boss" of the beach and making you an ally . Despite his mite apparence, he is very friendly and he will tell you his story of a great stylist and swimmer! Happy holidays at Villa Arzilla to discover the magnificent Abruzzo region!

Lovely spot - quiet, air conditioning worked really well, nice balconies on three sides, very clean, really well stocked, and generous hosts.

We had wonderful and relaxing days in Scerne. Scerne itself is a peaceful little resort without hustle and noise. There is a bakery and a small supermarket, ice cream parlor, and these typical Italian bars. Everything on walking distance Beach is a 2-minute walk to a small field via a small field. It is a pebble beach and because we have already read that in the reviews we had such thin sleeping mats and bathing shoes for the children. Always fresh, pleasant wind! The beach is therefore really very nice and not overcrowded in August. The water was very clean and has a beautiful light blue color. There is also a wide meadow strip with palm trees if you want to lie in the shade. Beach bar is also provided. Directly on the coast is a nice bike path and if you want you to go to Roseto ( there are also sandy beaches )or Pineto and there is really something going on, especially in the evening! Marino lends bikes and we used them often. Lots of shops, bars, restaurants, and music. People are very friendly in general and English is spoken almost everywhere. We had chosen Abruzzo as a holiday destination also because of the unique mountains and it is really breathtaking! A hiking day up there is a worthwhile ( sturdy shoes required! ) It would be a shame to only reduce this area to the beautiful sea! Here are some words about the place: I am very happy to join the other reviews. The family is very, very hospitable and strives to allow the vacationers a nice time. Everything is very lovingly prepared upon arrival! From dishwasher tablets, detergent, salt, pepper, olive oil, coffee and wine is somehow available! The fridge is filled with water and milk and particularly noteworthy: with fresh vegetables from your own garden! The family lives upstairs in the house, the apartment is on the ground floor and has a small separate terrace. Everything very clean and maintained! The contact is very unobtrusive and pleasant! The little cute Opi brought us fresh fruit and vegetables every day. The family includes two curious dogs who are really very sweet and like to be petted. Everything was perfect for us! If we can still afford a vacation next year, with all the increased prices in Germany we🤣🤣🤣🤣'd love to come back.

The apartment was as described in the pictures. Checking in and out was easy. The location is perfect and everything is within easy reach. All in all a very good place to stay👍

Very large and clean house, with a spacious garden absolutely enjoyable. We stayed for two nights and we were two families: we had a great time. On the hill but still close to Ortona, the Trabocchi Coast and other countries. The added value was the courtesy and kindness of the landlady.

We loved our time at Paolo's. He was super nice and very helpful with everything. He took us to Pescara the day after we arrived and helped me get a sim card for my phone and to the airport to rent a car. He told us good places to eat in Pescara and helped us with eveything that we asked, he checked in with us to see if we needed anything and he even brought us some fresh cheese. He brought his little chihuahua with him to visit us which was very nice since my wife told him how much she misses her dogs while we have been traveling. We loved the house, it had everything we needed and also had nice sitting and relaxing areas outside and even a stone bbq around back that we used. There was also a washer and two portable racks to hang clothes to dry after washing and a couple of folding lounge chairs to chill in whenever you wanted! The surrounding area is beautiful, with mountains and big rolling fields close by. Hope to see you again soon! Thanks Paolo! 100% recommend!!

We were warmly welcomed by Simonetta himself. We felt right at home and she gave us the necessary explanations of the accommodation. If we need anything else, in terms of taxi, bicycles,... she arranged that for us. I could live there myself in the stay, very cozy and cozy. Like it can be seen in the photos. The beach is within walking distance. I can't list minus points actually that we experienced during the stay. Super stay and super host. Thank you Simonetta for the warm welcome.

Small apartment with great views of the most beautiful sunrises on a lovely terrace. Worked fine as a base. Kitchen a little small - but thankfully super good opportunities for great food at a reasonable price within driving distance. Alberto is a great host and gave us great recommendations for excursions and dining. Not least the small market on Fridays a short distance from the house. Here our morning also started every day with wonderful coffee at the small coffee place. Some were shut down for the season though the weather was still great. However, this did not make our 9 night stay any less amazing. Thank you so much Alberto for all your information and flexibility with check in. We had a great holiday and hope to come again.

Anna’s place is lovely and spacious. It’s in beautiful country and one would be fortunate to stay there.

Stefano is a charming host. The apartment is cozy, clean & offered all the necessities. Location is great, 2 minute walk to a great local restaurant and grocery store. 5 minute drive to the lido and all the beachfront restaurants. Highly recommended..!!!

everything went well, including the proximity to the beach and its amenities... the pine forest between the house and the sea that we took advantage of every day because of the heat above all during lunch... also those on the greenbay. The only note out of tune is the noise of the train that disturbs during the nest in the pine forest... common or railways should make noise barriers at least in some busiest stretches

We had an amazing stay! Mario was incredibly communicative and accommodating, especially with check-in and check-out times, making everything seamless. He proactively made us aware of important updates in Lettomanoppello we wouldn’t otherwise have known about. The Villa was absolutely beautiful and a perfect, peaceful retreat to come back to each day after exploring the the area. We had everything we needed and more—Mario went above and beyond, providing complimentary food and drinks upon arrival and throughout our stay, which was such a thoughtful touch. It was also so private, offering a serene escape from the town. We truly enjoyed every minute and will definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed a lovely stay. Gianni and his daughter are two warm, sweet people who provided a nice welcome. We felt right at home in their beautiful home. The region is very beautiful and you know that if there is a problem you can go to the host. At the same time, they gave us all the privacy. There is a beautiful swimming pool that is very well maintained. We would like to come back and can only recommend this house and these hosts.

Margherita’s place was wonderful. One of the best best Airbnb we have ever stayed at! The pool is spotless and the terrace has a breath taking view. Ideal for those who want to relax in a peaceful location with friends or family. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need and the house was very clean. Thank you for the beautiful stay!

I can not praise Milena enough, wonderful host! So welcoming, friendly and charming. Our stay was very comfortable, probably the most comfortable we have had so far in all our travels. The accommodation is spacious, had everything we could possibly need, spotlessly clean, nicely air conditioned. Villa is shared between 3-4 families, but somehow it works out to be quiet and private and very pleasant, great for an occasional chat and exchange of local tips with neighbours. Same with a swimming pool, due to different schedules we had it mostly to ourselves, but even when shared with others- still comfortable. The premises are looked after by Enoch, who is absolutely lovely. He looked after us as well, made friends with our 6 year old son. Location is great! Picturesque! Convenient for visiting beaches, mountains, grocery stores, vineyards, local restaurants and great pizza. Quite close to an airport. A car is a must though. Hoping to come back next year, thank you Milena and Enoch!

Lea is a great is a great host, very easy going and makes you feel right at home. We had a great time and will definitely be booking with her again on our next vacation in Abruzzo. What they are offering took years of hard work and investment. (from building the apparemments, the fruit trees surrounding the property, olive trees, vineyard, breath taking views)
