This spacious, well-appointed apartment offers a safe, secure sanctuary in a great location with easy walking access to the marina, the historical centre, tourist sights, shopping and services. The hosts were always easily accessible and available to assist with any requirement. We only wish that we could have stayed and enjoyed the view for longer!

Our stay in Luca's apartment was fantastically beautiful! The apartment was super equipped, spacious and clean. It is 100% as described and is very quiet! Within 2 minutes you can be at the beach and shops, restaurants, etc. The communication with Luca has worked very well throughout. Even in the evening he responded to our concerns and helped us at all times. Luca is a very good host who knows very well to prepare wonderful holidays for his guests. He is friendly, patient and super personable. We had a great time and will be happy to come back! Thank you!

A stunning location, incredibly peaceful with easy access to Mogliano and surrounding villages. The apartment was perfect, plenty of space, two huge bedrooms, air con, good shower, kitchen had everything we needed. The swimming pool was clean and very much needed on the hotter days. Few other guests around but never felt crowded. Kirsty and James are the most amazing hosts, always happy to help and answer any questions…no matter how small. Kindly helped organise a Saturday night taxi and made dinner reservations for us too. We hope to return!

Charming, quiet country setting full of peaceful hikes and relaxation. Ilonka and Rob provide a lovely environment with all necessary amenities, with attention to detail. Arezzo and Assisi are both with an hours drive, Cortana a bit further. We departed our stay fully recharged. Highly recommended for those looking for time away from the pace of today. Deepest gratitude to Ilonka and Rob for their hospitality.

The apartment is really charming and spacious, very well maintained in the aesthetics and furnishings. We found it very clean. We were surprised to find it equipped with everything we needed. Really far exceeded our expectations. The house has a lovely view, in a very quiet and peaceful location. Great base for exploring the surroundings by car. Really comfortable beds, two bathrooms equipped with everything. We felt right at home. Really, thank you so much for your extraordinary hospitality. Final touch. We have a 6-year-old boy and it was very nice to discover new readings for him too, present in the house and available to guests. We felt right at home.
